BREAKING: ADRIAN PETERSON, VIKINGS PART WAYS

Hi, as you can see in the title, this is crazy but other crazy things happened today too so I will talk about those first:
-Steelers sign WR Antonio Brown to a 5 year extension and franchise tag RB Le'Veon Bell
-The Chiefs sign S Eric Berry to a huge deal making him the highest paid safety in football
-The Redskins franchise tag QB Kirk Cousins, The Chargers franchise tag LB Melvin Ingram
the Cardinals franchise tag DE Chandler Jones, the Giants franchise tag DE Jason Pierre-Paul, and the Panthers franchise tag DT Kawann Short. Also Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles has been released. Theres more even...Jets release CB Darrelle Revis. Now finally here is my take on Adrian Peterson:

I knew that there was about a 50 percent chance the Vikings kept Peterson and a 50 percent chance they didn't. They chose not to. Peterson had a terrible season this year after only playing a few games due to an injury. He looked old and a bit washed up and no one could tell if it was just because of injuries. The year before though Peterson had an absolute monster season carrying the Vikings to the playoffs. The Vikings run game was one of the worst in the league this season. Peterson's release means that the team is moving on and will find another running back. Peterson looks like he may be on the wrong side of 30 but obviously we don't know because last season Peterson was plagued with injuries.
Now we will talk about potiential landing spots for the future hall of fame RB.

1. New York Giants: The Giants have always had one of the worst run games in the league and getting Peterson would be the biggest star they will have ever had at RB probably. Rashad Jennings has been cut so unless they intend of starting Paul Perkins, Peterson will likely join Big Blue he even commented that the Giants were making some "interesting moves" this means he might want to be on their team?

2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: RB Doug Martin's future is up in the air and who knows if he will ever play again? The team I think has interest in Peterson because Jaquizz Rodgers isn't good enough to be a starter and Peterson is likely to become a Buc.

3. Dallas Cowboys: This may surprise a lot of people but Peterson is also likely to go to Dallas. Owner Jerry Jones has said he really wants Peterson and Peterson earlier said maybe he wanted to end his career in Dallas. Apparently he would be a "sidekick" for Ezekiel Elliott if the Cowboys are trying to re-create the Falcons success with their RB duo.

4. Oakland Raiders: The Raiders may get rid of RB Latavius Murray and make room for Adrian Peterson. The team has some interest in him and getting a veteran RB would really help a pretty young offense.

5. Green Bay Packers: With questions about Eddie Lacy returning and the Packers run game not doing well, I think there is a strong chance Peterson goes out to Green Bay. I'm sure he would like to play for a contender team with a great QB. Peterson could be great if he went out to Pack.

Some other landing spots are Minnesota Vikings (they didn't rule it out), Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks, Houston Texans, Cleveland Browns, and more.

Thanks for reading about all this news and if you didn't already know the new league year opens on March 9th which is a little over a week from now and thats when teams can sign these players like Peterson.

NFL Oscar Awards

Hi, with the Oscar awards on tonight I thought I would make a post about some fun awards I made up for this past football season in Oscar form. Some quick news that the Jets release longtime C Nick Mangold, he will be hot this off-season. Here it is:

Best Drama:
Odell Beckham Jr. Vs. the Kicking Net:
Odell Beckham lost his temper this season and threw over a kicking net and then later after a good game he hugged the net.

Draft Bust of the Year:
Jared Goff, QB, Rams:
The no. 1 overall pick was a fail. He didn't even start the whole season and was a fail when he did play.

Free Agent Bust of the Year:
Brock Osweiler, QB, Texans:
Osweiler was supposed to be a great young QB. Nope! The Texans are in the market for a QB again. The team gave Osweiler a Russell Wilson type deal for one of the worst QBs in the league. 72 Million dollars can get you better than the worst QB in the league.

Choke of the Year:
Atlanta Falcons, Super Bowl 51:
By far maybe even the biggest choke ever, the underdog Falcons had a 25 point lead at halftime in the Super Bowl but the Patriots came back from the biggest Super Bowl deficit to force a dramatic overtime where the Patriots won the game.
Snub of the Year:
Dak Prescott Wins Rookie of the Year over Zeke Elliott:
Ezekiel Elliott had a pretty much historic rookie season while Dak Prescott was pretty good. Zeke deserved the award and everyone was surprised to see Dak take the award.

Funniest Moment of the Year:
Browns win their first game of the season:
In the 2nd to last game of the season, The Browns still hadn't won a
game but they won their first one by a missed field goal against the Chargers and the team went crazy!

Under the Radar: Mike Glennon

Hi, with a lot of talk about which QBs will switch teams this off-season and stuff Mike Glennon is a QB that is very rarely talked about but the guy has got skills. I will be writing about him today and what he could do this off-season and possibly starting under center next year. Some quick news that the Broncos cut former Seahawks star O-lineman Russell Okung because they didn't pick up his option. Here is the post:

Mike Glennon, Bucs Backup QB:
Glennon sits behind Jameis Winston on the depth chart. He hasn't started a game since 2014. While there is a big risk in signing him and starting him, Glennon could become a great QB. With players like Jimmy Garapollo, Tony Romo, Kirk Cousins, even Jay Cutler discussions are picking up Mike Glennon continues to fly under the radar. Lets talk about Glennon's stats first from his playing days.
In 2013 Glennon played 13 games and was actually really good for a rookie QB. He threw for 2600 yards, 19 TDs, and only 9 picks which is under double digits which I consider good. He completed about 59 percent of his passes which is great because its above 50 percent which means he completed more than half of his passes. I've got to say thats pretty good. The next year he only played 6 games and got replaced at QB but in that time he threw for 1400 yards, 10 TDs, and only 6 interceptions. Again, having an over 50 percent passes completed record with 57 percent complete passes. Over the course of his short career Glennon has tossed 4,100 yards, 30 TDs, and 15 picks. His
career completion percentage is about 59 percent which is also over half of passes completed which I consider great.
Glennon's short career has been pretty good and he has only played for 4 seasons so he's not getting very old at age 27. Glennon has a perfect body for a QB. He is 6'6 and he has a very strong arm and is very smart when throwing the ball. When all of the top QBs this off-season are gone such as Tony Romo, Jimmy G, and others, teams who didn't get a QB that needed one will remember that Mike Glennon is still there and they can give him a contract to prove himself because this dude could end up becoming better than any of the QBs in this off-season class.
Now for the final part about Mike Glennon we will talk about landing spots. The Cardinals come to mind. This is likely Carson Palmer's last season and Glennon could be trained behind him so when he is gone next season Glennon can step in and become an elite QB. The Jets could be a landing spot considering in the draft they own the 6th overall pick but have other important needs than QB such as CB. They could take the CB they need like Marshon Lattimore and sign Mike Glennon to a deal so he can give the Jets someone to try at QB because they literally don't have anyone right now considering Ryan Fitzpatrick is now a free agent and Geno Smith is injured. Bryce Petty can't cut it and Christian Hackenberg is still too young. Glennon has some other great landing spots and I believe he will get lured off the Bucs bench and into a starting role this off-season and it will be exciting to see if the smart passer can become an elite QB this off-season.

2017 Off-Season QB Landing Spots

Hi, with the off-season just beginning and a great QB market this off-season, I will be discussing the teams that need could be suitors to draft, trade, or sign a QB this off-season that could make an impact. Some quick news that the Jags trade tight end Julius Thomas for Dolphins O lineman Branden Albert. Here it is:

Cleveland Browns:
The Browns need a QB and they have great chances at getting a good one. Holding the first overall pick in the draft and the 12th overall pick, 2 top 15 picks they can use one on a QB or not or trade one of them for a QB. The Browns have tried so many QBs this year, here is the long list: Robert Griffin III, Josh McCown, Cody Kessler, Kevin Hogan, Charlie Whitehurst, even QB turned wide receiver Terrelle Pryor took snaps. This team needs a good QB fast and it will happen this off-season. Likely pickup: Jimmy Garapollo, Patriots

San Fransisco 49ers:
Everyone knows the Niners biggest need is QB and with the 2nd pick in the draft they are the likely first team to select a QB which rules out a free agent or trade. However if they don't go QB in the draft they might try and get a QB off the big market. New coach Kyle Shannahan is great with developing young QBs so this team can be in good hands if they get someone good this off-season. Likely pickup: Mitch Trubisky, College/Draft

Chicago Bears:
The Bears have needed a QB for the longest time and we know the Jay Culter era is over. News that they have been trying to shop him all of January was spread and if he gets no takers he will likely be cut. The Bears hold the 3rd overall pick in the draft where they could probably get someone like DeShaun Watson who I think will be the next big QB in the NFL. The Bears will strike for a QB this off-season. Likely pickup: DeShaun Watson, College/Draft

New York Jets:
If all the QBs are picked before the Jets 6th overall pick, they could be screwed considering they might not be able to get a QB off the free agent market. It is likely though that the Jets could even be the first team to take a QB in the draft if the top teams don't before them. I'm thinking the Jets will draft someone but if they don't expect someone like Jay Cutler to be under center for the Jets next season. Likely pickup: DeShone Kizer, College/Draft

Denver Broncos:
The Broncos do have 2 QBs that could be starters in Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch, but neither are completely ready to start yet and with a late first round pick, the Broncos won't likely be able to draft anyone leaving them with someone from free agency. Tony Romo would be a great fit on the team where he could play his last years and the young QBs could learn from him and be ready to start when his time is done in Denver. Likely pickup: Tony Romo, Cowboys

Houston Texans:
Houston we have a problem. The Texans overpaid trash QB Brock Osweiler who turned out to be a bust and the Texans are now BACK on the market for a new QB. The draft won't be much help since they have a late pick in the first round but free agency could be what they need. If they can land an under the radar QB like Brian Hoyer, Mike Glennon, or Sam Bradford maybe it could be the turning point they need. Likely pickup: TO HARD TO SAY

Arizona Cardinals:
The Cards don't need a QB immediatly but this is likely Carson Palmer's last season and the team will want to start looking for the future. They have an early-ish pick in the first round and may be lucky enough to land someone good for the future. I don't know if the team will address QB this off-season but it is a major possibility. Likely pickup: TO HARD TO SAY

Buffalo Bills:
I think that the Bills don't need to get rid of Tyrod Taylor because he is actually pretty good but the team thinks so and so I will list them as a taker. If the Bills are lucky enough for a good QB to fall into their lap by pick 10 they will be happy but they could be stuck drafting lower class QB Pat MaHomes at 10. Who knows what the Bills will do for QB this off-season... Likely pickup: Pat Mahomes, College/Draft

2016 Best Draft Classes!

Hi, as most of you know, the NFL draft is one of the biggest deals in the NFL. It's where the college players come into the NFL and its suspenseful because you don't know exactly when everybody's going to be picked!!! This season had some pretty good rookie classes. A rookie class is a teams full draft and everyone they picked and I will be looking at the teams who had the best drafts. Here it is:

Dallas Cowboys:
Dak Prescott
1st round: Ezekiel Elliott RB, 2nd Round: Jaylon Smith LB, 3rd Round: Maliek Collins DT, 4th round: Charles Tapper DE, Dak Prescott QB, 6th Round: Anthony Brown CB, Kavobn Frazier S, Darius Jackson RB, Rico Gathers TE:
This draft was a major success and probably the best team draft class this season. The Cowboys 2 main picks were first round pick RB Ezekiel Elliott who became one of the best RBs in the league in his rookie year and lead the league in rushing. Dak Prescott was a major surprise but ended up being the Cowboys starting QB and playing one of the best rookie seasons a rookie QB has played in awhile. He won rookie of the year. Jaylon Smith in future years may be able to become one of the best linebackers in the league. This draft class was a home run. GRADE: A+

                                                     Atlanta Falcons:
Keanu Neal

1st Round: Keanu Neal S, Round 2: Deion Jones LB, Round 3: Austin Hooper TE, Round 4: De'Vondre Campbell LB, Round 6: Wes Schweitzer OT, Round 7 Devin Fuller WR:
The Falcons had one of the best draft classes this season. Their best pick was 2nd round steal Deion Jones who started a lot this season and was up for Defensive Rookie of the Year. Jones was a key factor to get the Falcons to the Super Bowl. Keanu Neal was a great pick too. He made some good plays and will be a future top safety in the league. De'Vondre Campbell also was a starter. The team got 3 defensive starters. Thats a quality draft. Also tight end Austin Hooper may be able to become the teams no. 1 tight end in the future. GRADE: A-

San Diego Chargers:
1st Round: Joey Bosa DE, Round 2: Hunter Henry, Round 3: Max Tuerk C, Round 4: Joshua Perry LB, Round 5: Jatavis Brown LB, Round 6: Drew Kaser P, Derek Watt FB, Round 7: Donavon Clark G:
Joey Bosa
This draft class was a hit. Starting with first round pick Joey Bosa, the team got really lucky. Bosa didn't even play the full season due to a contract dispute but still ended up playing over 10 games, recording 10.5 sacks which is some numbers J.J. Watt would put up. He won rookie of the year. Hunter Henry had his great games and will be their future at tight end. He is great. Max Tuerk looks promising but he is the backup. Joshua Perry was decent but better than expected. He had 2 forced fumbles. Jatavis Brown was a great pleasant surprise. He played 12 games and he forced 2 fumbles and recovered one. He also had 3.5 sacks. Drew Kaser is the teams starting punter. He was good for a rookie punter. It was a really great draft class! GRADE: A

Chicago Bears:
1st Round: Leonard Floyd LB, Round 2: Cody Whitehair, Round 3: Jonathan Bullard DE, Round 4: Nick Kwiatoski DE, Deon Bush S, Deiondre Hall CB, Round 5: Jordan Howard RB, Round 6: DeAndre Houston-Carson S, Round 7: Daniel Braverman WR:
Jordan Howard
The Bears had a great class. Their best pick was surprise Jordan Howard, their 5th round running back selection. He ended up starting due to Jeremy Langford's injury and then he took the job from him and had the second most rushing yards in the league. Its crazy that 2 rookie running backs lead the league in rushing and Howard didn't even get to play the full season and imagine how much better he would have been had he. Leonard Floyd was a good draft pick in the first round. He had a forced fumble and a fumble recovery along with 6 sacks and even a touchdown off a fumble recovery. Cody Whitehair was a great help on the O-line. Deiondre Hall played a decent amount and had an interception and a few tackles. GRADE: B+

Tennessee Titans:
Derrick Henry
1st Round: Jack Conklin OT, Round 2: Kevin Dodd DE, Austin Johnson DT, Derrick Henry RB, Round 3: Kevin Byard S, Round 5: Tajae Sharpe WR, LeShaun Sims CB, Round 6: Sebastian Tretola OG, Round 7: Aaron Wallace LB, Kalan Reed CB:
This was a great draft. Jack Conklin was an amazing pick. He was one of the biggest steals of the draft. He was an all-pro selection in his first year and is one of the top O-lineman in the league. Kevin Dodd was underwhelming but I think he has upside and could still end up being a top player in the league. Austin Johnson wasn't great either. Derrick Henry was a great steal. He was a great duo with DeMarco Murray. Kevin Byard played the whole season and was decent. He had 44 tackles and 1 sack. Tajae Sharpe was a pleasant surprise who may have an even bigger role in the offense next season. It was a decent draft for these Titans. GRADE: B-

Jacksonville Jaguars:
Yannick Ngakoue
1st Round: Jalen Ramsey CB, Round 2: Myles Jack LB, Round 3: Yannick Ngakoue, Round 4: Sheldon Day DT, Round 6: Tyrone Holmes LB, Brandon Allen QB, Round 7: Jonathan Woodard DE:
The Jags had a great defensive draft. Their first pick Jalen Ramsey established himself as a lockdown corner and was a candidate for DROY. Myles Jack underwhelmed but was sorta injured and has other seasons to prove himself. Yannick Ngakoue was their biggest steal of the draft. He had 8 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, and 1 interception. He did it all. He was great. The rest of the draft class didn't do much but this first 3 picks were good. GRADE: B

Thanks for reading about my top draft classes and I will have a lot of draft related content coming soon! :)

Whats Next for Darrelle Revis?

Hi, today some bad things happened with Jets CB Darrelle Revis and I'm here to explain them and talk about what might be next for him. Some quick news that the Dolphins release veteran DE Mario Williams. Here it is:

Darrelle Revis:
Today Jets cornerback who most likely will be a future hall of famer was charged for fellony. According to NFL.com, this past Sunday morning Revis was spotted by a 20 year old man walking down the street. The man asked, "Are you Darrelle Revis"? Revis replied yes and then the man took out his phone and starting recording him talking to Revis. (Probably because Revis is famous and the man wanted it for social media). He followed Revis and videoed him. Revis apparently snatched his phone and tried to delete the video. Another man nearby saw this and ran over to try to help the man recover his phone like it was a loose ball off a fumble. Revis then chucked the phone into the street. Apparently then they all began smack talking each other until Revis punched both of them unconscious. When they woke up the men talked to the police about what happened. Revis was charged today and this will cause crazy things to start happening. He was already treading on thin ice with the Jets but this sets him over the edge...the team will likely release him.
Revis' last season was his worst. "Revis Island" was gone. Revis got beat deep every play and couldn't be a lockdown corner like usual. His age is catching up with him. Revis also is being paid so much, he has a 15 million dollar cap hit on the Jets team. Since the Jets have found out about what he has done, he is likely done with the Jets. I'm sure they will release him. This could be it for Revis in the NFL. He will maybe be suspended for that and that would also give the Jets yet another season to call quits on him. If the Jets cut him, I don't think another team will get him due to his legal mess, his old age, and his huge money hit on whatever team he plays for. Revis will likely linger in free agency and then retire. Hopefully this stunt doesn't mess up his Hall of Fame chances but we may have seen the last of Darrelle Revis and for sure the last of Revis Island.

Hi, with the NFL Draft this off-season, in advance to the draft, people make things called mock drafts which are who people think will get picked at each spot. Here is my first one of the year:

I did my mock picks on another website here is the link: http://walterfootball.com/mocks/publishedmock/58677

For fun here is my prediction for the first pick of the second round: Browns: Davis Webb, QB, Cal

Thanks for reading and I hope you looked through all my mock picks because it took me awhile to do them! :)

My Top 5 Players EVER!

Hi, with lots of talk about if Tom Brady is the greatest of all time, lots of people have been talking about who really is. First some breaking news that the Giants release veteran WR Victor Cruz and veteran RB Rashad Jennings. Here are my top 5 players ever:

5. Randy Moss, WR, Vikings, Patriots, Raiders, Titans, 49ers 1998-2012
:
Randy Moss
Moss was something that the NFL might never see again. He was a crazy athlete. The Vikings stole him 21st overall in the draft his year and he won Offensive Rookie of the Year. He had a few great seasons with the Vikings before being traded to the Raiders for a bunch of draft picks. Moss wasn't good on the Raiders and he didn't like being on the Raiders. He was traded to the Patriots where he was insane. He broke the NFL all-time record with Tom Brady catching 23 TD passes. He helped the Patriots become undefeated except for their insane loss to the Giants in the Super Bowl. He had some more great seasons with the Patriots before being traded back to the Vikings. The rest of his career wasn't really great. He finished his career with 15200 receiving yards and 156 receving TDs. We may never see such a crazy athlete again in the NFL.

4. Joe Montana, QB, 49ers, Chiefs 1979-1994:
Joe Montana
Montana was one of the best QBs ever. Everyone knows who the guy is. He lead the 49ers to 4 Super Bowl wins in which he won 3 Super Bowl MVPs. In his rookie year Montana was the backup QB but midway through his second season he became starter. in 1984, Montana lead the 49ers to a at the time league most wins ever 15-1. The Niners made it to the Super Bowl and beat the Dolphins 44-10 where Montana was named Super Bowl MVP by throwing for 330 yards and 3 TDs. Montana then had a few good seasons but they had some injuries in them and some question whether he should be the starting QB but he regained his starting spot and lead the 49ers to a crazy last minute Super Bowl win vs the Bengals. The next season the 49ers won the Super Bowl AGAIN lead by Joe Montana who had a great game and Montana won his 3rd Super Bowl MVP award. He wasn't that great the rest of his career due to injuries, he was traded to the Chiefs and was decent but got the Chiefs to the AFC Championship. One of the best QBs ever retired soon after. He finished his career with 40000 passing yards and 273 passing TDs.

3. Jerry Rice, WR, 49ers, Raiders, Seahawks 1985-2004:
Jerry Rice
Debatably the best player ever but I don't think he's quite there. He is the best receiver ever though and no one will likely ever be better than him and if there is it won't be for awhile. The 49ers traded up to draft Rice 16th overall in the 1985 draft over the Dallas Cowboys who wanted him too but had the 17th overall pick. In his rookie year he was great, he won Rookie of the Year and averaged 19 yards per catch which is pretty crazy. The next season Rice was great. He caught 15 TDs and 1500 yards. He was named Offensive Player of the Year by AP. The next season the 49ers won the Super Bowl against the Bengals and he was a big part of it. That season he averaged 20 yards per catch and he caught 1300 yards worth of balls and 9 TDs. In the Super Bowl he had 215 yards and a TD. He won Super Bowl MVP! The next season Rice caught 82 balls for 1400 yards and 17 Tds!!! Crazy...
The 49ers made it back to the Super Bowl and in their SB win he had 3 TD catches and 148 yards. The next year he had 1500 yards, and 13 TDs on 100 receptions. The 49ers came just short of the Super Bowl losing to the Giants in the NFC Championship game. After a few more insane seasons including one with a league best 1800 receiving yards and he also helped the 49ers win another Super Bowl. After that Rice got injured the next season and then his next 2 seasons he failed to have 1000 yard seasons after his insane last few seasons. In 2001 Rice left the Niners to join the Raiders. Rice had 2 1000 yard seasons but in after his 3rd season he was frusturated with the team and requested a trade. He was traded to the Seahawks where he had a decent season and then retired. Over his long career, Rice racked up 22800 receiving yards and 197 receiving TDs. He is the greatest receiver ever.

Tom Brady
2. Tom Brady, QB, Patriots 2000-STILL PLAYING:
The best QB ever and arguably the best player ever, Tom Brady is number 2 on my all-time best list. Everyone knows Bradys crazy story about how he was a 6th round pick thrust into the starting role and later became the best QB ever to play football. Brady's first season he was the backup QB to Drew Bledsoe but the next season in week 2 the Jets Mo Lewis hit Bledsoe so hard that he had internal bleeding. Brady came in but the Pats still lost. Brady picked it up though and lead the then at the time 0-2 Patriots to a playoff berth with a first round BYE. Brady lead the Pats to a win vs the Raiders in the divisional round and then in the AFC championship he injured his leg but was back when the Patriots ending up winning and moving on to the Super Bowl vs the Rams. Brady had a Super Bowl MVP winning performance when the Patriots won by a field goal in the closing seconds of the game. At the start of the next season Drew Bledsoe was traded to the Bills so Tom Brady had the starting job all to himself. The next season the Patriots missed the playoffs with a 9-7 record, Tom Brady didn't have that good of a season. Tom Brady and the Patriots had a great year the next year going 14-2. Brady was a candidate for MVP but didn't win. The Patriots made it back to the Super Bowl that year and took down the Carolina Panthers where Brady won MVP again and the Patriots kicker Adam Vinateri had another last second game winning field goal to win the Super Bowl. The next season Brady lead the Pats to win ANOTHER Super Bowl vs the Eagles this time. The season after Brady was good again but in the postseason, the Broncos beat the Patriots. The year after THAT the Colts ending up beating Brady and the Patriots in the AFC Championship. Brady was good again. In his next few seasons, Brady won 2 more Super Bowls and won league MVP a few times. Brady will go down as the greatest QB ever when he retires (whenever that is). Brady currently has 61000 passing yards along with 456 passing touchdowns. Brady is insane!

Jim Brown, my best player of all time
1. Jim Brown, RB, Browns 1957-1965:
Some people may not even know who this is, but he is the greatest player of all time. Brown was 6th overall pick in the 1957 NFL draft by the Browns. Brown was insane. He had a 230 rushing yard game in his rookie year which was a single game record at the time. By the end of his first season, Brown racked up 942 yards and 9 TDs, he won rookie of the year. He was also selected to the pro bowl like he was every year of his 9 year career. When Brown retired, he had an amazing resume. Rookie of the Year, 3 time league MVP, Super Bowl champ and more. At the time when he retired he owned all of these records, Most single season rushing yards (1800), most career rushing yards (12300), the NFLs all time touchdown record at 106 rushing TDs, total TDs (127), and finally leader in all-purpose yards 15500. He owned ALL OF THOSE RECORDS AT THE TIME PLUS HIS
INSANE RESUME. Even though most of those records have been broken by now, at the time, Brown was so dominate to have all of those records its crazy. Back then the league was different and it was harder to dominate in all categories like he did. He also owns the record of 6 4 TD games which is still a record and he had one season a 5.4 average yards per carry which is an insane record that hasn't been broken. Brown is the best RB ever and in my opinion the best player ever!

Thanks for reading this huge long post...it took a really long time to write!!! :)

Best QBs that Could be Hot in the Off-Season

Hi, a lot of teams are in need of a QB and they is a load of talented QBs that could be moving teams this off-season. I will rank the QBs who could potentially move on talent and stuff. Here it is:

Jimmy Garapollo
1. Jimmy Garapollo, Patriots:
The Pats backup QB shined during Tom Brady's 4 game suspension. He got injured in week 2 but by then he had already won the Pats the game. He is 2-0 on career starts and he looks like a very promising young QB that could be a franchise QB someday soon. I think there is a good chance he will get traded to a QB needy team and I rank Jimmy G the no. 1 probably open QB this off-season.

2. Kirk Cousins, Redskins:
Cousins has a big chance of likely staying with the Redskins, but in the case he rejects their offer, we could see him moving teams. Cousins was elite during some games this season. Cousins is a franchise QB and we've seen that. If he moves teams, he could be even better if the team has a better receiving core. Cousins is elite.

3. Tony Romo, Cowboys:
The once elite QB is now getting older and injury prone. We all know that he got replaced after he got injured by now Rookie of the Year Dak Prescott and that was sad. There is almost no way the Cowboys will keep him and he will likely move on. If he doesn't keep getting hurt, he could be the top of this list by the end of next season.

DeShaun Watson, Draft Prospect

4. DeShaun Watson, Clemson:
There is a huge debate on who is the best QB in the upcoming draft, Watson is usually at the bottom of the top 3 list, but I think he is the best QB coming out of college. He is a great passer with amazing talent to scramble like Cam Newton. The problem is that he throws a lot of interceptions. Also remember, Watson just a month ago picked apart one of the best college teams ever in the National Championship game. He has leadership skills.
Watson will be a first round pick, but he could go anywhere from pick 1 to 31.

5. Mitch Trubisky, QB North Carolina:
Trubisky looked great this season in college football, but he hasn't played that many games which makes him a bit of a risky pick. He looks very comfortable in the pocket and throws tight spirals which is what you want from a starting franchise QB. I wouldn't be surprised to see him be a top 5 pick and the first QB taken in the draft though I do think DeShaun Watson is better.

6. DeShone Kizer, Notre Dame:
Kizer shined last season, but wasn't as good this season. Kizer is the most risky QB to take in this draft I think, but he has great upside. He could either be a huge bust or a great success. This year no one is 100% sure what the order of the QBs drafted will be so it wouldn't be a HUGE surprise if he was the first QB taken, but I don't think that will happen.
Mike Glennon

7. Mike Glennon, Buccaneers:
Glennon has been a backup for years, but people always want to see him play because he does have some good attributes. He is set to become a free agent and I think a team will pounce on him and try to get him to become a quality starter.

8. Tyrod Taylor, Bills:
Taylor would be near the top of the list, but I'm just putting him on here because theres a chance the Bills don't re-sign him and then he would be a free agent but it is very likely he will stay put so there isn't much to say.
Brian Hoyer

9. Brian Hoyer, Bears:
He lead the Texans to the playoffs last season and he looked VERY promising on the Bears before getting injured. If a team takes a chance on him, he could payoff. He is set to become a free agent.

10. Sam Bradford, Vikings
No one has probably thought about this, but there is actually a great chance Bradford becomes a starter somewhere else. The Vikings traded a lot to get him as a good replacement for injured Teddy Bridgewater, but with him back, Bradford who is a starting quality QB will be sitting on the bench. I wouldn't be surprised if a team targeted him this offseason.

Thanks for reading about what QBs could be hot this off-season. :)

What is the Future of the Patriots?

Hi, when you look at the title no one probably understands this because everyone thinks, the future of them is they will probably go deep into the playoffs again but I'm not talking about this year, but for the next few years when Tom Brady finally retires. Here it is:

Patriots 2017-2018 Season:

Win Prediction: 12 or more wins..
Jimmy Garapollo, Pats backup QB and Trade Candidate

This is the next coming season. Not much will be different. They will have some new rookies, maybe some new free agents. Mostly the same team though. Young backup QB Jimmy Garapollo will likely have been traded because so many teams want him to be their starter. Tom Brady won't look like he's probably getting much older. The Patriots will most likely make a deep playoff run and possibly another Super Bowl. This team will be mostly the same.

Patriots 2018-2019 Season:

Win Prediction: 9 or more wins...
Malcom Mitchell, Pats Young WR

The team will have a bunch of new stars from draft picks. When they traded Jimmy Garapollo they probably got a lot of young players that can help the team. Tom Brady will likely be playing his last season and will most likely be playing like old Peyton Manning (not good). Brady will be 41. The receivers will older. Julian Edleman will be 32, Rob Gronkowski will be 29, Martellus Bennett will be 31. 25 year old Malcom Mitchell will be a good receiver on the the team.

Patriots 2019-2020 Season:

Win Prediction: 5 or more wins...
Jacoby Brissett, Patriots Current 3rd String QB
Tom Brady will either be retired or a lingering free agent or the teams backup. A young QB that the team drafted will be starting or Jacoby Brissett, a rookie from the 2016-2017 season(this past season). Bill Belichick will likely be on his way out and Offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniels will be the top candidate for the job if he is still on the team. The team will get rid of one of its tight ends Rob Gronkowski (who will be 30) or Martellus Bennett (33) in a trade and look for a new young tight end. The team will have an all new running back because LeGarrette Blount will be 33 and too old to play well. The team will be one of the young and upcoming teams which means that they won't be that
good but decent.

Thanks for reading about how the Patriots will likely turn out in the next few seasons! :)

Teams that could go from Worst to First Next Season

Hi, today I will be talking about bad teams from this season that could potientially become one of the best teams in the league next season. Some quick news that the Falcons waste no time hiring a new offensive coordinator hiring Alabama's Steve Sarkisian. Also breaking news that the Browns release veteran QB Josh McCown who played a lot for them. Also I will be trying to in my next posts have pictures in them.
Here it is:

Robert Griffin III, Browns Starting QB
Cleveland Browns, 2016 Record: 1-15
THE worst team in the league this past season has hope. They have 2 top 15 picks in the draft including the first overall pick where they could potientially get a franchise QB and maybe a defensive difference maker. Even if they don't get a QB, if Robert Griffin III stays healthy he could breakout like he did in his rookie year and maybe lead the Browns to a good season.

Kyle Shanahan, 49ers New Head Coach
San Fransisco 49ers, 2016 Record: 2-14:
The 49ers have great potiential for next season. They hired this seasons Assistant Coach of the Year, former Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shannahan. He developed Matt Ryan into the MVP he was this season and with their bad QB situation the 49ers could use him to turn one of their QBs into a good one. With the 2nd overall pick in the draft, they will likely take a QB and that could really help the Niners who passed up on Paxton Lynch and Dak Prescott in last years draft. They could be great!

Philedelphia Eagles, 2016 Record: 7-9:
Carson Wentz, Eagles Rookie QB
The Eagles weren't horrible this past season and they have a great shot at being good. Rookie QB Carson Wentz looked really good this past year and could have a breakout this coming season. The Eagles will likely get him some playmaking targets and that will be the difference. The Eagles D was good this year and the offense will need just a tiny bit of work to get it up to speed with other teams in their division.
David Johnson, Cardinals Playmaking RB

Arizona Cardinals, 2016 Record: 7-8-1:
The Cards looked horrible this past season, but the end of the season gave me hope. They played great their last 2 games including stunning the Seahawks and giving them their first home loss of the season and having another great game after that. Carson Palmer played like he wasn't an old man and David Johnson is insane. The Cards will look to pick up some skill players in the draft and maybe make the playoffs like they did 2 seasons ago.

Jacksonville Jaguars, 2016 record: 3-13:
One of the most disappointing teams this past season, the Jags were my off-season Super Bowl pick but something didn't click and Blake Bortles heavily reverted and the young defense which I thought would be good collapsed. The Jags own a top 5 pick in the draft this off-season and will likely pick a defensive difference maker to help the bad D. Blake Bortles will maybe flourish with a new coach and play like his 2015 self.

Blake Bortles, Jags QB
Thanks for reading and we will see if these teams pick it up next season.

CRAZIEST SUPER BOWL EVER!

Hi, we may have just witnessed the craziest Super Bowl ever. Here it is:

SB51 PATRIOTS 34, FALCONS 28 OT:

The Falcons started off the game on fire, getting a lead at halftime of 21-3. Everyone thought the game was already over and most people called it a boring Super Bowl. Then everything changed. The Falcons scored again making it 28-3 but then throughout the rest of the game the Pats lead by Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, and surprisingly James White. With about 2 minutes left the Falcons had the ball just outside of field goal range up 28-20 after the Pats had made a huge comeback. A big sack took them out of field goal range and forced them to punt. Brady and the Pats charged to the endzone and then a 2 point conversion to tie the game! INSANE! The Falcons had the ball and didn't do anything with it causing the Super Bowl to go into the first overtime ever in Super Bowl history. The Pats won the coin toss and thats when all the doubts came in. Brady was still on fire and lead them to the goal line. It was basically over but then the Pats threw the ball on the goal line and it was almost picked off. It would have been funny because thats how the Pats won their last Super Bowl by Malcolm Butler picking off Russell Wilson to seal the deal in Super Bowl 49. Then on second and goal they ended the season by rushing in for the score and leaving everyone, especially Falcons fans in dis-belief. They had just pulled off the impossible. Tom Brady was named Super Bowl MVP and now in my 2 years of this blog I am 0-2 on Super Bowl predictions predicted the Panthers last year and obviously the Falcons this year. Everyone at my party including me though was sad to see the Pats win again. Its getting annoying how many times the Pats have won in the last few years and hopefully someone can stop them next season. Here are some early teams who maybe could do it ranked in a top 10 list:
1. Falcons
2. Packers
3. Seahawks
4. Cowboys
5. Raiders
6. Steelers
7. Giants
8. Broncos
9. Chiefs
10. Cardinals (the way they played at the end of the year puts them here)

Thanks for reading and I will still have a lot of posts in the off-season so don't worry but sadly another NFL season is in the books. Thanks for reading this season and I hope I did a good job! :) :)

Super Bowl 51 GAME PICK!

Hi, today is the day I make my official Super Bowl 51 Pick: The Atlanta Falcons will upset the New England Patriots:

I'm taking the risk and saying that the Falcons will flush the Patriots down the toilet. On championship weekend the Falcons demolished the most dangerous team in the league, the Packers. If they can stick to that same gameplan, they may be able to pull off the Super Bowl upset. Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman, the great Falcons running back duo will be hard to stop and the Patriots can't cover them. Julio Jones won't be easy to cover for the Patriots corners. Matt Ryan is also very hard to beat. He will likely win league MVP the day before the Super Bowl and he will play like the MVP he is.

The Patriots do have a great shot at winning this thing. Its there Super Bowl to win. Tom Brady is playing like Tom Brady, if Matt Ryan doesn't win MVP, he will. Brady has been turning the Patriots lack of good receivers into great ones. Julian Edleman, is their WR1 and one of Brady's favorite targets. Chris Hogan had a hell of a game last weekend, Malcolm Mitchell does well when they need him, and Michael Floyd is clutch. Martellus Bennett is very hard to cover and if the Patriots win, he could be Super Bowl MVP. LeGarrett Blount has played out of his mind lately at RB and will probably countinue rolling this weekend. The Pats D is a great defense that is underrated. Malcolm Butler and Logan Ryan will be occupied on Julio Jones while the other decent corners will be left to guard the Falcons other playmaking receivers.

This will be a close super bowl but its always fun to predict the upset and upsets happen a lot more these days so going with the Falcons could likely have success. MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE BIG GAME!

Players Who SHOULD Have a Super Bowl Ring!

Hi, with the Super Bowl coming this weekend, I'm going to talk about the top active players who should have a Super Bowl ring/deserve a Super Bowl ring because how they play. Here it is:

Phillip Rivers, QB, Chargers:
Rivers has been the Chargers starting QB forever and he has played amazing but his team has never been good enough to get to the next level. The future hall of fame QB will likely end his career with no Super Bowl rings even though he deserves one.

Adrian Peterson, RB, Vikings:
The future Hall of fame RB has been on the Vikings his entire career and his dominance hasn't mattered because the Vikings can't get him to the next level. Last season they lost in the wildcard round when they had a real chance to win the Super Bowl. Peterson will likely ride off into the sunset ringless.

Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Cardinals:
Fitz has played amazing over his career but the Cards have never done it with him. They made it to the Super Bowl where they came up just short of the Steelers and last season they made it to the NFC championship. Fitzgerald may have already played his last game and its looking like when its all set and done, he won't have a ring.

Joe Thomas, OT, Browns:
Thomas has been in the league for a long time but he has always been on the Browns. He is almost always the best O-lineman in the league every season but the Browns never even get more than 2 wins some season sinking his chances to finish his career with a Super Bowl ring.

J.J. Watt, DE, Texans:
Watt is the best defensive player in the league, but he doesn't have a ring like Von Miller or other great defenders. The Texans are never good enough to make that push because they never have a good enough offense. The year they get a good QB could be a game changer for Watt if he ever wants a ring.

Eric Berry, S, Chiefs:
Berry has been a top tier safety since joining the league but the Patriots have owned the AFC. The Chiefs always have a chance but a team like the Steelers or the Patriots spoil their chances in the end. Berry has always been good and by the time he is looking back at his career, he will likely be ringless.

Mike Vick, QB, Free Agent:
Vick hasn't officially retired, but we all know its over. In 2004 Vick was the most insane QB we've ever seen. Vick played the best anyones ever seen for a stretch of a few years before jail troubles and more ruined his career. When you think of the best QBs ever, Vick comes to your mind, and he never got his Super Bowl ring that he deserved after being one of the best QBs ever in his prime.

Thanks for reading and there will be a lot more coming this week for Super Bowl week including my PREDICTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
