Top 10 Free Agents at Each Position: QB

Hi, I am starting a blog series over the next few weeks where I will rank my top 10 players hitting free agency this off-season in every position. Hope you enjoy. I will say the players former team next to their name. This time its QB. Some quick news is the Dolphins franchise tag WR Jarvis Landry and Buccaneers release RB Doug Martin. Also make sure and check out my last post and vote! Here it is:

1. Kirk Cousins, Redskins:
Cousins is finally going to hit the open market and generate some serious buzz. We've never seen a QB this good hit FA. Kirk Cousins is likely going to come out as the highest paid player in NFL history and his new team will be elated. Cousins is young and in his prime and can lead a team in the playoffs. The Jets are willing to do WHATEVER it takes to sign Cousins which likely means he's going to New York. Likely
Landing Spots: Jets, Browns, Broncos, Vikings

2. Drew Brees, Saints
Brees will likely get re-signed by the Saints before he hits the open market but for some reason if he does hit the open market, he should be able to get a short term, big money type of deal with a team a good QB away from the playoffs. Brees is up there in age but still performs at an MVP level and lead the Saints to an amazing playoff year.
Likely Landing Spots: Saints, Browns, Broncos

3. Teddy Bridgewater, Vikings
Who knows what the Vikes will do with their 3 starting quality QBs all hitting FA. Bridgewater seems to have the brightest future of the 3. Viewed as their franchise QB, Bridgewater went down with a almost career ending ACL tear but has comeback from it and since has not really seen the field. We don't know how Teddy B will play after injury but a team will love to take him on a big deal if the Vikings don't.
Likely Landing Spots: Vikings, Browns, Bills, Cardinals

4. Case Keenum, Vikings
Another one of the 3 Vikings QBs, Keenum was the starter this past year and did an amazing job. He broke out and had an MVP candidate year. The Vikings made it to the NFC championship with him at the helm and he looked unstoppable. Keenum may not be re-signed by the Vikings but if he does, expect him to perform more at a high level.
Likely Landing Spots: Vikings, Browns, Cardinals

5. A.J. McCaron, Bengals
McCaron played for an injured Andy Dalton a few years ago and he played well. He's still young and has been generating hype since. The Browns attempted a trade for him at the trade deadline and it failed. I can see the 3 time college National Championship winner getting a 1 or 2 year, 10+ million dollar deal as a try for a team before a long term deal. I can see him as a bridge type QB for the Browns. There will be demand for him this off-season.
Likely Landing Spots: Browns, Cardinals, Bills

6. Sam Bradford, Vikings
Bradford has almost no chance of going back to the Vikings. He's the oldest and worst of the 3 in Minnesota. Bradford is still a starter quality player in this league but there is not much demand for him. Bradford will likely get a small deal from a team that needs a win now starter and replace him in a year or 2.
Likely landing spots: Cardinals, Bills, Vikings

7. Josh McCown, Jets
Now we get to the not really starter quality players. McCown is 38 years old and only getting older. His career is winding down but surprisingly he had a great season last year starting for the Jets. That could give him some nice offers on the market. His next team will likely be his last as he will not be able to play much longer. McCown was a great player last year and could be a bridge QB for a team or a mentor to a young QB.
Likely Landing Spots: Browns, Cardinals, Jets

8. Colin Kaepernick, 49ers
Kap has not been on the Niners or on any team for a whole season but still remains a great QB on the market. Sure he is controversial but a team should give him a chance. Kap has had some amazing years and is still young. On his last stint with the Niners starting, he looked pretty good but has been blackballed since. I hope Kap gets a deal and proves to a team he is still a great QB. I think Jon Gruden's Raiders are gutsy enough to give him a chance and maybe he outplays Derek Carr coming off a bad year and plays some games for the Raiders. Kap should be signed.
Likely Landing Spots (IF ANY): Raiders, Seahawks, Panthers

9. Matt Moore, Dolphins
Over the past few years, Moore has played multiple games and done a decent job. Moore at times looked pretty good and could be an AJ McCaron type of QB. Then there were times he looked no good. Moore could go on a small deal to a team and serve as a backup or a week 1 starter before a young QB comes in. Moore's age is getting up there.
Likely Landing Spots: Any team in the market for a backup

10. Chase Daniel, Saints
Daniel is now getting up there in age at 31 but still could have a few decent years left. Daniel has been a longtime backup QB in this league and hasn't had much of a starting chance and I think he could actually start a few games for a team with a young learning QB. Daniel will be a great pickup at backup QB for a team who picks him up and I think he could have Case Keenum like success in the right situation.
Likely Landing Spots: Any team in the market for a backup QB

10 Bold Off-Season Predictions

Hi, today I am going to be making predictions to some of the burning questions of the off-season. Here it is:

Kirk Cousins signs mega deal with Minnesota:
After all the drama over the last few years with Kirk Cousins, it finally ends when Kirk Cousins signs a deal to become the high paid player in NFL history with the Vikings. The Vikings have 3 starting quality QBs hitting free agency this year but they go for Kirk Cousins instead. Cousins has hinted he is drawn to Minnesota and it would be a great fit. The Vikings are in win now mode and Cousins could be the final piece to a Super Bowl appearance.

Nick Foles gets traded to Arizona:
New coach Steve Wilks makes his first move by trading for reigning Super Bowl MVP QB Nick Foles. The Cardinals are not known for making big moves in the QB position and with Carson Palmer retiring, the Cards just aren't quite ready to draft a QB early. The Cards give up a second round pick and a low value player to the Eagles for breakout QB Nick Foles. Foles was bound to be the backup in Philly this next year and coach Doug Pederson is willing to give Nick Foles a great opportunity for a good value for his own team. Foles starts the whole year before Arizona decides if he is their future or if its finally time to draft a QB.

Le'Veon Bell stays in Pittsburgh after Steelers sign him to huge deal hours before free agency opens:
Steelers star RB Le'Veon Bell wants a long term deal and the Steelers for whatever reason aren't ready to give him it. The star RB will hit free agency if the Steelers don't sign him. Bell is willing to leave and get a long term deal if the Steelers aren't willing but hours before the free agency market opens, the Steelers give in and lock Bell up on a long term deal.

Cleveland FINALLY signs Bengals QB AJ McCarron but draft a QB at no. 1 anyway:
After the Browns got a deal to go through with the Bengals for backup QB AJ McCarron, it didn't go through because they failed to notify the NFL before the trade deadline was up. This off-season, they finally sign him to a short term, 1 to 2 year deal and have him their week 1 starter. Even though they get McCarron, they still draft a QB at no. 1. More specifically, Josh Allen who they develop and eventually he comes in midway through the season to replace McCarron who is underperforming.

Drew Brees re-ups with the Saints:
After a great season which ended just short of the NFC Championship, the Saints give aging QB Drew Brees a 1 year deal that is 20+ million dollars. The Saints have almost the same team going into next season and make it to the Super Bowl and defeat the Patriots. Brees rides off into the sunset a Super Bowl champ and retires. #boldpredictions

Colin Kapernick Signs with the Raiders:
After a season not playing on any team, Jon Gruden makes a bold move and gets controversial QB Colin Kapernick to come play backup QB for the Raiders. Kapernick ends up playing at least 1 game this season due to a minor injury on Derek Carr. Jon Gruden keeps Kapernick for more than 1 year. Kapernick is back to football.

Marshawn Lynch, Tyrod Taylor, Doug Martin, DeMarco Murray, Dez Bryant, and Michael Crabtree are among big names offensive players who will be cut:
All of these players on the list are either aging or not liked by their teams. Marshawn Lynch will either be cut or retire after a lackluster season. There is a chance Lynch signs back with Seattle after being cut. Tyrod Taylor will be cut after a disappointing season with Buffalo. Doug Martin will be cut and will likely be out of the game within a month after 2 bad seasons in Tampa. DeMarco Murray gets cut but will sign on a small deal with an RB needy team. Dez Bryant will join a playoff contender on a 2 year deal after underperforming in Dallas. Michael Crabtree will be cut for cap purposes.

Michael Bennett, Aquib Talib, Clay Matthews, Muhammed Wilkerson, Tamba Hali, and Derrick Johnson will be among big name defenders who will be cut:
Michael Bennett is still a stud but Seattle is trying to get younger will cut him for cap reasons. A team like New England will snatch him up. Aquib Talib will be cut for cap purposes and will join a contender. Clay Matthews will be cut after bad play and cap purposes by Green Bay. Mo Wilkerson will be cut but a team like Seattle will sign him to try and eek his good years out of him. Tamba Hali and Derrick Johnson are 2 former stars in KC who will be cut for cap reasons as KC will be getting younger on D.

Adrian Peterson Finally Hangs up his Cleats:
After many amazing years in the NFL, AP decides to retire. He gets cut and then signs a 1 day contract with the Vikings so he can retire a Viking. Over his many seasons, AP played for the Vikings, Saints, and Cardinals. He played for both the Saints and Cardinals last season. AP is a first ballot hall of famer when its time for him to be inducted.

Seattle Loses out on 2 of their stars but drafts a kicker:
The Seahawks have star TE Jimmy Graham and star DT Sheldon Richardson both hitting free agents. Both of them go to other teams. Jimmy Graham goes back to his former team in New Orleans where the Saints offense gets EVEN better with him. Sheldon Richardson finds a team willing to pay him serious money. Seattle makes sure Blair Walsh does NOT come back next year as they easily let him walk and are the first team in this years draft to select a kicker.

Ranking the Head Coaches Hired

Hi, today as the Colts hired Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich to become their next head coach, it ended this off-seasons head coaching carousel. I am going to rank from 1 (the best) to 7 (the worst) hirings of the off-season. Some breaking news that the 49ers signed QB Jimmy Garopollo to a 5-yr/$137 million dollar contract extension to make him the highest paid player ever in NFL history. Here it is:

1. Jon Gruden, Raiders
Last Season Was: NFL Broadcast Booth Announcer
Easily the best coach hired this off-season. Gruden was one of the all-time greats in coaching history in the NFL but retired and worked in the booth for the NFL. After years of teams potentially trying to lure Gruden out of retirement, the Raiders finally made it happen and brought Gruden back to Oakland for more money than a lot of players make. Gruden should have no problem piecing a playoff contending team back together to make a run quickly. I can see Gruden coaching out that entire 10 years because of how good of a coach he is. Easily the best hire of the off-season.

2. Matt Patricia, Lions
Last Season Was: Patriots defensive coordinator
I loved the Matt Patricia signing for the Lions. Before Jon Gruden was in the picture, Patricia would have easily been the best coaching hire. He has been the defensive coordinator for the Pats for years and the Pats d has been good almost every year he was leading it. Not only was he good at his job, but his personality type seems perfect for this Detroit team. He reminds me in his personality ways of Pete Carroll because both of them are laid back enough to make sure their teams succeed and not be too harsh on the players but at the same time also aren't too loose on the players. I love Patricia and think he is going to be a great coach. Detroit did an outstanding job. He is the next Sean McVay.

3. Pat Shurmur, Giants
Last Season Was: Vikings offensive coordinator
The Giants reportedly really wanted Patricia as well but he chose Detroit over him so the Giants went for another great option. Shurmur lead the Vikings offense to a great turnaround season. He was one of the main factors behind the rise of Case Keenum. The Giants really need to help their offense and with such a great offensive mind, Shurmur should be able to really help. Having that no. 2 pick in the draft will be his first big move as coach. Will he go QB and try and develop a young talent to be the signal caller for years to come or will they go running back in a sort of win now mode. I loved the Pat Shurmur hire and think it will help a lot in New York.

4. Matt Nagy, Bears
Last Season Was: Chiefs offensive coordinator
A bit of a surprise that the Bears went with Nagy over some other big names that were available but I still like it. Nagy was the Chiefs offensive coordinator before being hired by Chicago. As you can tell, he did a good job. The Chiefs were an outstanding offensive team this year lead by great play from QB Alex Smith, RB Kareem Hunt, WR Tyreek Hill, and TE Travis Kelce. Nagy did a great job with the offense and should be a big help in Chicago. QB Mitch Trubisky is heading into his 2nd year and needs to develop a ton for Chicago to be good. Nagy will need to be a big help for that or his job will not be safe next year or for years to come after that. I still think the Bears did a good job picking someone who can really help their situation. I like this hire but think they should have gone with current Vikings OC John DeFilippo.

5. Frank Reich, Colts
Last Season Was: Eagles offensive coordinator
This hire came in just today, but I'm liking it. While I also think they should have gone John DeFilippo, Reich will also be great. Reich is coming off a stint as the offensive coordinator for the Super Bowl winning Eagles. He was part of the 'Philly Special' the magical trick play in the Super Bowl which ended up with QB Nick Foles CATCHING a TD. Reich was great this past year doing his job and being hired as head coach for the Colts is his reward. Reich will not just be a coach they try out for a year or 2, but he is their future at head coach.

6. Steve Wilks, Cardinals
Last Season Was: Panthers defensive coordinator
At the time I did not like the signing of Wilks, but over time, I am starting like it better. Wilks was the defensive coordinator for the Panthers this past year and he did a decent job. The Panthers D wasn't anything special, but they were decent. Wilks brings good intensity and a great skill set to the rebuilding Cardinals whose starting QB just retired. I think Wilks is going to become a great head coach but in year 1 I don't see him leading the Cardinals to anywhere special. Still a good hire by the Cards front office.

7. Mike Vrabel, Titans
Last Season Was: Texans defensive coordinator
I don't know and still don't know why Vrabel was such a hot pick to be hired by multiple teams. He is not super experienced and his Texans D was not great this past year. The Titans really liked him though and stepped up and hired him as head coach. Vrabel has committed to making sure Marcus Mariota flourishes under him and if he does, then the Vrabel signing will be a score. If not though, the Titans could be on the market for a coach again soon. He will also bring some nice intensity to this lackluster Titans D. Still not a bad hiring even though it was in my opinion the worst of the off-season.

My 2017 All-Rookie Team: Saints Everywhere!

Hi, I have already made my All-NFL team and now its time for my all-rookie team. Some breaking news that the Colts are back on the head coaching market as Patriots offensive coordinator signs with them, then decides to pull back his accepted offer to stay the offensive coordinator in New England. Here it is:

QB: Deshaun Watson, Texans
Rd. 1, 12th overall
Watson was the 3rd QB off the board but has clearly turned into the best. Before missing most of the season with a torn ACL, Watson was amazing and lead the league with 19 TDs in just a short span. He looked like the best player in the entire league while doing so. He will be scary next year.

RB1: Alvin Kamara, Saints
Rd. 3, 67th overall
Kamara may in my opinion already be the best player in the league. He was absolutely amazing. It was impossible to tackle the man who made a play every time he touched the ball. Kamara won offensive rookie of the year. Kamara was a rushing and receiving threat.

RB2: Kareem Hunt, Chiefs
Rd. 3, 86th overall
Hunt took the NFL by storm the first few weeks, slowed down, and then in the end sped up again. Hunt had an amazing rookie season in which he lead the entire league in rushing. He is going to be a special player in the future.

WR1: Juju Smith-Schuester, Steelers
Rd. 2, 62nd overall
Midway through the year, Juju came out of nowhere and lit the NFL up. The youngest player in the league was amazing and added ANOTHER offensive threat in Pittsburgh which really helped the offense when Antonio Brown was covered.

WR2: Keelan Cole, Jaguars
UNDRAFTED
Cole is a player many probably don't even know, but I took notice of him. Cole, the undrafted free agent lit the league up near the end of the year and had a few huge games. He looks like a player who will be good for years in Jacksonville. The Jags took a risk and hit a homer with it.

TE: Evan Engram, Giants
Rd. 1, 23rd overall
When the Giants picked him ahead of David Njoku, I thought they were stupid, then Engram became a top 5 tight end in year 1. The speedy, receiver like tight end was a lone bright spot in a lost season for the Giants. Engram was amazing and will continue to be a top tier tight end for years to come.

O-line:
Ryan Ramcyzk, Saints
Garrett Bolles, Broncos
Dion Dawkins, Eagles
Cam Robinson, Jaguars
Hal Vaitai, Eagles
Ethan Pocic, Seahawks
Dan Feeney, Chargers
Pat Elfein, Vikings

D-Lineman 1: Myles Garrett, Browns
Rd. 1, 1st overall
The first pick in the draft lived up to the hype. After missing a few games with injury, Garrett played a lot this season and in his first game had 2 sacks. He went on the have 6 on the season and looks promising for years to come.

D-Lineman 2: Carl Lawson, Bengals
Rd. 4, 116th overall
One of the biggest steals of the draft, the Bengals got a star pass rusher after pick 100. Lawson blossomed into a stud on the defense and ended with 8.5 sacks on the season. Lawson looked so good this season and I was excited to see him breakout.

LB1: T.J. Watt, Steelers
Rd. 1, 30th overall
Watt was one of the most pleasant surprising of the draft class. A projected late 1st rounder, to second round pick, Watt was a first round pick and played like it. He had 7 sacks, 1 pick, and a forced fumble. He played really well and will become a top player in the league and a yearly pro bowler like Tom Brady.

LB2: Jarrad Davis, Lions
Rd. 1, 21st overall
Like Watt, Davis was a great package too. He exceeded expectations to have a nice little season in Detroit. 1 pick, 2 sacks, and a forced fumble. I thought Davis deserved the nod to make the All-Rookie team over Rueben Foster.

CB1: Marshon Lattimore, Saints
Rd. 1, 9th overall
Maybe the best pick in the draft. Lattimore fell a lot farther than he should have as the Saints reluctantly took him. He ended up having an AMAZING season, winning defensive rookie of the year and proving to be a lockdown corner all year and a top 5 corner in the entire league. He had 5 interceptions and didn't allow a single TD.

CB2: Tre'Davious White, Bills
Rd. 1, 27th overall
The Bills traded down to get a top 5 player in the draft. White excelled past expectations, having an AMAZING season. He is a top 5 corner in the league as well. White had 4 picks, and 18 passes defended. What a pick the Bills made this late in round 1.

CB3: Shaq Griffin, Seahawks
Rd. 3, 90th overall
Griffin was a pleasant surprise for the Seahawks playing aside Richard Sherman. Their breakout rookie had 1 pick and 15 passes defended. He will be a lock for the future on the Legion of Boom.

S1: Jamal Adams, Jets
Rd. 1, 6th overall
Adams was great as a rookie and had 2 sacks, 6 passes defended, and 83 tackles. Adams was exactly what the Jets hoped he'd be and more. Adams will be top tier for years.

S2: Marcus Williams, Saints
Rd. 2, 42nd overall
The Saints easily had the best draft class this season and stealing this early first round talent this late was amazing. Williams had an amazing season, with 4 picks and 7 passes defended. Forget about that one play that ruined the Saints season in the playoffs and Williams had a spotless, amazing rookie year.

K: Jake Elliott, Eagles
Rd. 4, 153rd overall
While Harrison Butker was also amazing, I thought Elliott was better. Elliott was an amazing kicker for the Super Bowl winning Eagles. In his first game ever he hit a 61 yard field goal to win the game!!!! 61 yards!!!! Then he iced the game in the Super Bowl which must have been super nerve wracking. Elliott is the real deal.

P: Rigoberto Sanchez, Colts
UNDRAFTED
Sanchez was a free agent pickup by the Colts and he was great as a rookie as he had the 4th most yards per punt in the league. The Colts found a special teams gem in Sanchez.

Return Man: Jamal Agnew, Lions
Rd. 5, 165th overall
Agnew was an amazing pick in round 5. Agnew was a gem in the return game as he had a whopping 2 punt return TDs along with leading the league in punt return yards. He was a first team All-Pro player in his first season.

Special Teamer: Budda Baker, Cardinals
Rd. 2, 36th overall
Baker is not only a great safety, but an amazing special teams player. He had the most special teams tackles in the league and in year 1 was first team All-Pro and a pro bowler. Baker is the next Matthew Slater.

Thanks for reading my all rookie team!

Onto SB53, Who Could Win it?

Hi, I know its only been a day since the Eagles upset the Patriots in an amazing Super Bowl but things move very quickly in sports and its already time to talk about Super Bowl 53. Here are my top 10 teams (other than Patriots and Eagles) who I think have a great shot at making the next Super Bowl. Here it is:

Houston Texans
2017 Record: 4-12
The Texans looked like of the best and brightest teams early on in the season. Rookie QB Deshaun Watson was better than amazing and already lead the league with 19 TDs early on. Then after an amazing performance against the Seahawks, he tore his ACL and ended his season along with the Texans who sucked without him. With AMAZING Watson back, the Texans are instantly Super Bowl contenders. The Texans are a top 5 team with him healthy and pairing that defense with his offense, the Texans will be unbeatable.

San Fransisco 49ers
2017 Record: 6-10
The 49ers were the ultimate late season turn around story. At mid-season the Niners had only 2 wins, they were starting a terrible rookie QB CJ Beathard, and looked like they would be bad for years. Then they pulled off an amazing trade for QB Jimmy Garopollo who instantly took them on a huge winning streak winning their last 4 games and beating 3 playoff teams in the Jaguars, Rams, and Titans. The Niners look red hot with Jimmy G and the helm and already look like Super bowl contenders for next year. Baring something unbelievable, Jimmy G should be locked up on a mega contract this off-season by the Niners. We saw the Eagles go from a bad season to Super Bowl champs. The Niners are a team that can easily do that.

Oakland Raiders
2017 Record: 6-10
The Raiders went from a top playoff team to an embarrassing after thought of a team in one season. Everyone just failed. The Raiders are already improving. They got legendary coach Jon Gruden out of retirement on a 10 year-$100 million dollar deal. He will easily help the teams struggles and get QB Derek Carr back on track. With Grudens help and the talent on the roster, I expect the Raiders to win their division next season.

Los Angeles Rams
2017 Record: 10-6
The Rams were my Super bowl pick right after the season ended, sadly they got upset round 1. I completely expect them to bounce back. They had the coach of the year, offensive player of the year, and defensive player of the year on their team. Along with a young QB who developed a ton in year 2. This team will be set for years and I expect them to make a run this next season. The Rams have a great combination of an amazing offense and defense. It will be hard to beat them next year.

Jacksonville Jaguars
2017 Record: 10-6
The Jags were so good this season and excelled past expectations everyone had. Beating the Steelers in the playoffs and ALMOST upsetting the Patriots in the AFC Championship. They have a bright future with easily the best defense in the league along with a budding offense that will be defined by if Blake Bortles (QB) can stay consistently good. The Jags are one of the brightest teams in the league.

New Orleans Saints
2017 Record: 11-5
The Saints are also one of my top Super Bowl bets. After sweeping the offensive and defensive rookie of the year honors, the Saints should be set for years. RBs Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara are undoubtedly the best RB duo in the league. Kamara in my opinion other than Tom Brady may be the best player in the league. He is impossible to tackle. The Saints defense is also turning out to be amazing. Rookie of the year CB Marshon Lattimore may be the best up and coming secondary player in the league. I think the future holds greatness for him. The Saints should give Drew Brees a 1 or 2 year deal and stay contenders before getting their QB of the future. Expect the Saints in the playoffs again next year. Personally if I had to pick a new team to win the Super bowl right now, it would be the Saints.

Green Bay Packers
2017 Record: 7-9
The only reason the Packers weren't in the playoffs this year was because Aaron Rodgers was hurt. Rodgers in the key to this team and without their top 3 QB, the Packers cannot handle themselves. Rodgers will be back and better than ever and I expect them to be a DEEP playoff contender. Also after an offseason of work and additions, the Packers may be even better and set for a run at the Super bowl.

Pittsburgh Steelers
2017 Record: 13-3
The Steelers were once again amazing this year but fell short in the AFC divisional round to the Jaguars. The Steelers need to make sure to get Le'Veon Bell back because if they don't, a dropout could be coming even with an amazing QB-WR tandem in Big Ben and Antonio Brown. Don't forget about breakout rookie Juju-Smith Schuester either. He was amazing. The Steelers D needs little improvement but the goal of the off-season is to lock up Le'Veon.

Seattle Seahawks
2017 Record: 9-7
The Seahawks were great this year and were in the hunt until the final game of the season. In the end, (as usual) the Seahawks fell short because of injuries and O-line struggles. If the Seahawks can upgrade their O-line and get younger on defense, they could be back in the playoffs next year. Also they NEED to upgrade the kicker position. I could go into depth with that but as a Hawks fan, I don't want to talk about Blair Walsh. Russell Wilson had the best year of his career and seems like he will be getting even better this off-season working with a new offensive coordinator. It will be fun to see what they look like next year. By the way they probably would have made the playoffs if it weren't for the worst player in NFL history kicker Blair Walsh who blundered their season.

Atlanta Falcons
2017 Record: 10-6
The Falcons looked like they would make it to the 2nd straight Super Bowl when they made the playoffs this season but ended up being upset by the Eagles. They will be set for next season as it isn't likely they lose too many of their stars. The Falcons will be hosting the next Super Bowl and have a shot to be the first team in play in their home stadium in the Super Bowl. The Vikings fell short, will the Falcons?

EAGLES UPSET PATRIOTS, TAKE SB52 CROWN!

HIIIIII, WHAT A CRAZY SUPER BOWL. ITS ALL OVER AND SET AND DONE. HERE IS EVERYTHING:

Super Bowl 52 Final Score: Eagles 41, Patriots 33
Its over! The Eagles the ultimate underdogs all season go out and take the win. It was so well deserved and I am so happy I got my Super Bowl prediction wrong. That makes me 0-3 on Super Bowl predictions the last 3 years. I picked the favored Panthers in Super bowl 50 and the favored Pats this year in Super Bowl 52. Last year I picked the underdog Falcons and they blew it. I suck at Super Bowl predictions but boy am I happy I got this one wrong. Not to upset any of my readers but I am tired of the Pats winning and winning, its finally a new teams turn and may be the end of a dynasty era for New England. Lets start with Nick Foles. As we know, Foles' long career has been so up and down but the still young QB has a storybook moment in his career as he took over for MVP candidate Carson Wentz late in the year and upset every team they played in the playoffs to give the Eagles their first Super Bowl win ever. The dude is crazy good. All playoffs he has played so confidently and didn't let the pressure get to him, especially on the biggest stage. Now he is a Super Bowl champion. The Eagles RB game went off. LeGarrette Blount moved the chains on his former team including a barreling TD run that he got early on to help the Eagles stretch their lead. Jay Ajayi had some nice runs and proved helpful. Corey Clement had some monster plays including that huge 50+ yard play that got Philly to the red zone. Alshon Jeffrey, Nelson Agholor, and Zach Ertz were all amazing. All making huge catches. TE Trey Burton also helped with the biggest play of the game on 4th and goal as the Eagles did an end around that ended up with Burton passing it to Nick Foles in the end zone for a TD. This was a historic Super Bowl. It was the most combined yards total from both teams of any game EVER, including regular season. Eagles rookie kicker Jake Elliott capped his amazing rookie season with some clutch field goals, especially one to get the Eagles to 41 to give them a sizeable 8
point lead near the very end. Missing could have spelled the end for Philly. Both O-lines were amazing, only 1 sack was allowed all day and it was by the Patriots which ended up being one of the biggest plays of the game where Eagles D Brandon Graham strip sacked Brady to give the Eagles another offensive possession with 2 minutes left to ice the game. The Pats did not struggle, as Tom Brady delivered a 500 yard passing game. TE Rob Gronkowski had a huge 2 TD game. The Pats offense was beautiful even after losing key piece WR Brandin Cooks early on to a possible concussion. The Pats D was what killed them in the end as they could not contain a red hot Eagles offensive attack. The game ended in a Tom Brady hail mary that just missed Rob Gronkowski. What a season for both teams but its crazy that in just one season, the Eagles went from last in the NFC East to Super Bowl champions. Nick Foles is the goat. Tom Brady confirmed another season but who knows how much age will have caught up to him by the time next season rolls around. I doubt Brady will be the same but hey, he always surprises us. Nick Foles is now an experienced Super Bowl champ and a desperate team may be willing to give up a lot to the Eagles to get Foles to be their starter. Carson Wentz is the unquestioned starter in Philly despite Foles' amazing run. Its gonna be a fun off-season and I will keep posting. What a season and what a finish.

SUPER BOWL LII Prediction

Hi, I am finally doing my super bowl 52 prediction. Here it is:

Patriots Vs. Eagles, Super Bowl 52:
This is going to be a great super bowl. When it was first set, I was disappointed. I thought it would be a Patriots blowout on a rookie team with a backup QB starting but as the match has gotten closer, I have started having more hope in the Eagles. Lets start by looking at each team's roster. The Patriots are the obvious favorites here. They've been here so many times and even though they are just a team, its like playing against some type of force when you play them like sometimes its not even possible to beat them. QB Tom Brady is the main reason. As we know he has a tied for most ever 5 Super Bowl wins and he's been to 7 total. This is Super Bowl no. 8 for him and if he wins, he will be the most winningest player in the Super Bowl. His rings will start going onto his other hand. Thats crazy right. He is likely to also win NFL MVP tonight. He is the key for the Patriots, he will need to be as clutch as always. The Pats running back core is pretty sweet also. Dion Lewis has shown how versatile he can be for the Patriots this season and the 2 punch with Rex Burkhead has also been nice. Don't sleep on James White either because in the last Super Bowl, he was snubbed of SB MVP after his 3 TD game including the game winning TD. The wide receiver core is also very good. We have Brandin Cooks who is so fast and Brady loves getting the ball to him. He is an ideal WR1. We have
Patriots WR Danny Amendola
Chris Hogan who at times is AMAZING and is sneaky and no one sees it coming to him. Then there is Danny Amendola who is the ultimate forgotten player even after what he does for this team. He had the game winning TD last week along with a great game. DO NOT sleep on him. The Pats are lucky that star, almost uncoverable TE Rob Gronkowski is cleared to play as he got a concussion in the game against the Jaguars 2 weeks ago. He is a key for the Patriots. Not going to say much about either teams O-line but the pats have a good o-line so thats all that matters. The defense could be the breaking point of the Pats. It could either win them or lose them this game. When this makeshift defense plays well, the Pats are unbeatable. When they suck, the Pats have bad odds. The CB room is pretty good though. Malcolm Butler didn't have another great season but he was still decent and he is going to be needed for the Pats to win. CB1 Stephon Gillmore didn't have a hot start to the season but has found his rythm of late and has been great. He made a game saving diving swat last week that pushed the Pats to the Super Bowl. The D-line has been performing well this year and as has the rest of the D. The Pats should not be worried about their D, they just need to bring some pressure so they can intercept the Eagles. Now onto the Eagles side. QB Nick Foles is the ultimate comeback story. I won't go into detail about it because you've probably already heard about it. Anyways, Foles looked un-experienced coming into the playoffs and now looks like a pro, especially after his game against the Vikings 2 weeks ago. For the 3rd week in a row, if Foles has a great game, the Eagles will win, if not, they are screwed. We all know about their amazing 3 punch at RB with LeGarrette Blount, Corey Clement, and Jay Ajayi. There is some hype that LeGarrette Blount will go off for a Super Bowl MVP winning game. That core will be hard for the Pats to work around, especially with all the run pass options the Eagles will run. Alshon Jeffrey and Nelson Agholor are players to watch. They have both had breakout seasons and the WR position and can be huge helps for Nick Foles if they perform at their best. TE Zach Ertz also is slept on but he is having as good of a season as Gronk. If he continues to be slept on, the Pats will pay for it. Again, not saying much about the o-line but the Eagles probably have the best in the league so thats great for them. The defense may be key for the Eagles. Their D has been top 5 all year and lately they've been SO good at pressuring the QB. If they can do that in the Super Bowl then they could have a huge game. Chris Long, a former Patriot had a good game pressuring last week and maybe he will be able to do it again this week. He could be a key defender. The Eagles have so many defensive stars that can make an impact. DT Timmy
Eagles RB LeGarette Blount
Jernigan, CB Patrick Robinson, S Malcolm Jenkins, DT Fletcher Cox, DE Brandon Graham, and more. If that defense can go off, along with Nick Foles having a decent to good game, the Eagles may have a win. So, its actually going to be closer game than you may think. Its going to be super close but the winner of Super Bowl 52 has to be...
FINAL SCORE PREDICTION: Patriots 31, Eagles 30

Thanks for reading my super bowl prediction and make sure to watch tomorrow and watch the NFL honors awards tonight!
