Top Free-Agents this Off-Season!

Hi, with only one week of games(game) remaining, the off-season is pretty much upon us and one of the most important parts of the off-season is the free-agent signings, they can alter a teams whole next season if they sign an insane RB or a new QB. Here are the top free-agents this season:

1. Le'Veon Bell, RB, Steelers:
Bell is an insane RB. He had an amazing comeback season from injury and the Steelers have indicated that they are probably going to franchise tag Bell so they can negotiate a huge deal this coming football season. Franchise tagging is where a team has one tag and they can use it on someone to give them a high paid one year deal so that over the course of the season they can negotiate and try to get a huge deal so they can stay with the team. Sadly to other teams, the Steelers likely have him back for at least another year.

2. Kirk Cousins, QB, Redskins:
With a lot of teams in need of a QB this off-season and a pretty much elite QB coming out, he will be a hot commodity. Cousins had an insane season this past year which also was only 1 game short of the playoffs. Cousins is a great deep passer with amazing accuracy and any team in need of a QB will want him. I do think that the Redskins will re-sign him though.

3. Eric Berry, S, Chiefs:
Maybe the best safety in the league, Eric Berry is coming out of free-agency. Berry had cancer 2 seasons ago but made an incredible comeback last year winning him comeback player of the year. He was a great safety this season and is in the running for Defensive Player of the Year. Berry also is great at making pick 6s and that adds to his value. I expect the Chiefs to re-sign him.

4. Alshon Jeffery, WR, Bears:
This season was a fail for Jeffery. The QBs kept changing, then he had a nasty suspe
nsion. Things really haven't worked out with him and the Bears and I know they will be really trying to get things to work out but they won't. I don't know if Jeffery even wants to stay in Chicago where his talent is shining. Jeffery can be that top receiver everyone knows he is on a different team. The Bears will make a strong effort to re-sign him, but I don't think its happening.

5. Kawan Short, DT, Panthers:
Short as been unbelievable in the last 2 seasons. He has really shined on the Panthers D-line and has become one of the most feared defensive players in the league. Jumping all over the line he is a real monster for opposing teams. I don't know about this one but I guess I think he will stay with the Panthers.

6. Chandler Jones, DE, Cardinals:
Chandler Jones as proved to be a great player on any team after thriving with the Patriots and then the Cardinals. I won't say much about him because Coach Bruce Arians said that if the team can't sign him a big deal they will just franchise tag him.

7. Jason Pierre-Paul, DE, Giants:
Another great defensive end, Jason Pierre-Paul is crazy. He plays with an amputated finger after his fireworks inncident a few years ago. Before his recent surgery this guy was playing out of his mind for the Giants. No one thought he would ever be the same after his finger injury but he is still the same old JPP who I think will end up staying with the Giants.

8. Kevin Zietler, OG, Bengals:
After watching the Cowboys amazing O-line carry 2 rookies to an amazing season, many teams would like to replicate their O-line and they can do that with amazing OG Zietler who is playing out of his mind for a 26 year old. He will be hot this off-season and the Bengals will really try to re-sign him but I think it will be tough.

9. Martellus Bennett, TE, Patriots:
With Rob Gronkowski out most of the year, Bennett was the Pats top tight end and he played pretty well. He showed to be a pretty much elite TE and he will be a hot commodity on the free-agent market this off-season for pass catcher needy teams. I don't expect the Pats to be able to re-sign him as another team will likely pounce on him with a great offer.

10. Calais Campbell, DE, Cardinals:
This dude is scary when he lines up in front of you. He is huge standing at 6'8 and if that isn't enough he breaks free to the QB super easily and will destroy your o-line. This guy is a must-have on a good defense and will be a top player in the off-season. I expect him to re-sign with the Cardinals.

11. Stephon Gillmore, CB, Bills:
He turned into an elite CB this season, Gillmore was great on the Bills and made the Pro Bowl. He can be a top corner in this league if he keeps playing the way he is and I think that the Bills won't be able to get him back because other teams need CB's and this is the top corner on the market.

12. Terrelle Pryor, WR, Browns:
Pryor was a QB a year ago and now fast foward a year, he is one of the top receivers in the league. Pryor had an 1000 yard season after converting from QB to WR and working his way up the Browns receving depth chart before taking the no. 1 role. I assume Pryor will take a big deal and run away from Cleveland but the Browns may make a big offer to keep their rising star right where he is.

13. A.J. Bouye, CB, Texans:
Bouye has had a great first full starting season, playing like a solid corner that can stop receivers. He has under 2 full seasons of starts under his belt which may scare some teams, but there are teams who see him as a great corner and will look to offer him up. The Texans will probably take him back.

14. LeGarrette Blount, RB, Patriots:
What a season Blount has had. As a starting running back, Blount looks really good. He had an elite season that was just short of a pro bowl and he really got the Patriots run game going. I imagine the Patriots want him back, but with Dion Lewis and a first round pick that will probably turn into a running back, I'm not sure if he will stay in New England if he wants too much money.

15. Brandon Williams, DT, Ravens:
He was the leader of the Ravens top 3 run defense. He was great a stuffing up running backs because he is so huge and lots of teams are in the market for a big run stopper. Williams will be hot this off-season but the Ravens will probably re-sign him.

16. Melvin Ingram, LB, Chargers:
Ingram had a pretty decent season, becoming a top LB in this league. Teams see him as a top player at his position and I wouldn't be surprised if any team made him an offer.

17. Nick Perry, LB, Packers:
Perry had 11 sacks this season. That will be attractive to a lot of teams. The Packers will try to re-sign him and I think they will probably get him back though those 11 sacks make Perry a consideration to many teams.

18. D'onta Hightower, LB, Patriots:
With 2 of the Pats linebackers off to Cleveland and Arizona, they will look to keep Hightower who without, wouldn't have great linebackers anymore. The Pats' biggest priority will be to re-sign him.

19. Ricky Wagner, O-line, Ravens:
After a pretty good season with the Ravens, o-lineman needy teams will look to sign him. Its pretty simple.

20. Mike Glennon, QB, Buccaneers:
Most people don't kno Glennon, he is the backup QB for the Bucs but with so many teams needing QBs this off-season, he will actually be a very hot player on the market because he has such an intriguing arm.

Other notable free-agents: DeSean Jackson WR Redskins, Eddie Lacy RB Packers, Tony Jefferson S Cardinals, Donatari Poe DT Chiefs, TJ Lang OG Packers...more

Pro Bowl 2017 Outcome

Hi, I am 0-2 in the last 2 years making Pro Bowl predictions. Last season I predicted team Rice, and it was team Irvin, this year I picked team NFC and team AFC won. Ugh. Next year...anyways before we get started some news that the 49ers hire former star safety John Lynch to be their new GM. The Colts have also hired a new GM. Here is the game results:

Pro Bowl 2017 NFC Vs. AFC: AFC 20, NFC 17:

It was a very fun Pro Bowl to watch this year as it was for which division I guess is better even though I still think NFC is better we can see the final result in which division takes the Super Bowl. The first quarter was a boring no score game but then the AFC struck first with an Alex Smith TD pass to Delanie Walker. At half it was 14-7, AFC. The NFC scored on a Drew Brees to Doug Baldwin TD on a defensive breakout where Casey Hayward of the Chargers and Reggie Nelson of the Raiders messed up and gave Doug Baldwin one of the easiest TDs of his career. The run game wasn't really there tonight as the games leading rusher was Jordan Howard with only 21 yards. People were actually thinking Panthers fullback Mike Tolbert might have a big rushing game since the coaches would want to rest their good RBs but Tolbert didn't even carry the ball that much. The AFC took a big 17-7 lead at the start of the fourth quarter but NFC rallied back to make the score 20-13 with about a minute left. Surging Redskins QB Kirk Cousins had the NFC in the red zone and it looked like this would go into overtime but then Cousins passed to Jimmy Graham whom just let it bounce out of his hand and right into the hands of later named Defensive MVP of the Pro Bowl Lorenzo Alexander. Alexander ran it back some yards and then lateraled it to Aquib Talib who returned it to about the other 20 yard line before KIRK COUSINS stripped the ball from him and it was a fumble. The AFC recovered in clinching them the game though but what a crazy play. How about Kirk Cousins though! His contract is up this season and the Pro Bowl is for nothing and he still made a diving play to strip that ball and risk injury and maybe even his career had he gotten injured. He will be a top free agent this off-season with an effort like his. It was a fun Pro Bowl and AFC was the winner but we will see which division takes the Super Bowl this weekend on Super Bowl Sunday!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed the Pro Bowl! :)

Pro Bowl Prediction

Hi, the pro bowl is already tomorrow and I have to tell you my prediction for which team will win the Pro Bowl. Here it is:

AFC Vs. NFC Pro Bowl 2017, My Predicted Winner: NFC:

The pro bowl is always hard to call because you never know what teams will doin the pro bowl and how much the best players will play but looking at it right now, team NFC will probably win it. Lets start out with the fact that they have better QB's. The NFC has Dak Prescott, one of the best QB's in the league, Drew Brees who is going to be a for sure hall of famer, and breakout QB Kirk Cousins. Those are 3 really really good QB's. The AFC team has horrible QBs replacing other injured QBs. Alex Smith who is an inaccurate passer, Andy Dalton who is a mediocre QB, and old Phillip Rivers who can't get his team to beat the Browns. QBs are a big factor in any game. The NFC has Ezekiel Elliott at RB, Elliott is probably the leagues best RB. The AFC does have Jay Ajayi though and he is pretty decent. The NFC roster has all better players at almost every position pretty much giving them the edge over the AFC team in Orlando.

Thanks for reading and make sure to watch the Pro Bowl tomorrow and then Super Bowl week is this week which is pretty exciting.

Things Teams Need to Address this Off-Season

Hi, today I will be talking about things that teams will need to do to make sure to have a great next season. Here it is:

Falcons: Get a great new Offensive Coordinator:
Kyle Shanahan has been a great offensive coordinator for the team. He's almost certainly going to win the Assistant Coach of the Year and he has already pretty much accepted the 49ers head coaching job. Shanahan is the big reason why the Falcons are in the Super Bowl this season, he has bonded with top MVP choice Matt Ryan and helped him put together an insane season. If they don't get a good new offensive coordinator, next season may not be as good.

Browns: Ace the draft:
The Browns need to have a great draft if they want to think about winning more than 1 game next season. Both of their first round picks will have to be stars and they will need to get a QB in the off-season through the draft or free-agency/trades. They need some young players to build around to get the team off the ground.

Cowboys: Trade Tony Romo:
The Cowboys were so close to a Super Bowl this season but fell just short losing in the divisional round. If their D was a little better they could have done it. Tony Romo is wasting cap room and a ton of teams want him. If the Cowboys can get a good draft pick or defensive star for Romo, it could really help their team.

Seahawks: Get Better O-lineman and Safety Insurance:
The Seahawks were another team super close to the Super Bowl but fell short because of flaws in their team. The Hawks probably have the worst O line in the league and so Russell Wilson and the running backs are always scrambling to make great plays on their own without the O-line. They will need to get some new o-lineman. The absense of Earl Thomas also screwed the Hawks. Their backup safeties played badly and if Earl were to get hurt again or retire which he will soon, the Hawks need a great backup safety to come in and make plays.

Steelers: Get a QB for the future:
With Big Ben getting older and even hinting at possible retirement this off-season, the Steelers need a new backup QB. Ben has been hurt a lot lately and is obviously done soon, the Steelers will need a good backup QB for insurance and to give him practice for the day Big Ben is gone.

Giants: Get a QB for the future:
Same thing as the Steelers, Eli Manning is getting old and starting to look aged on the field. He may be gone sooner than we think. The Giants need to get someone good to back him up because he will be gone soon and they need someone very experienced to come help out. If they draft a QB and get him ready, he will be good when Manning is gone.

Texans: Get QB Competition:
Brock Osweiler can't stay the starting QB. The Texans need another QB this off-season to bring in and compete with Brock Osweiler for the job. He may turn out good and help the team and bringing in QB competition would help Brock Osweiler step up because he always has to look behind his shoulder to know that he isn't being replaced. The Texans need options because Tom Savage is not a good secondary option.

Packers: Grab a Running Back:
Cool, Ty Montgomery was a pretty good running back, but he was truly a receiver and can't play running back forever. Eddie Lacy probably won't be back and the team needs a good starting running back. They can maybe draft someone like Christian McCaffery in the late first round or draft someone in the later rounds like Dalvin Cook or D'Onta Foreman. There are some good RB's in the draft or they can buy one out in free agency.

Rams: Train Jared Goff All DAY LONG!!!!!!:
Jared Goff was the first pick in the draft this season and the way he played was like a 7th rounder. He has great potential and is a great QB but he needs work and practice to unlock his full potential. Goff could really turn the team around and new coach Sean McVay can really develop him. Goff could be the turning point on a bad Rams team.

Every Teams Biggest NFL Draft Needs

Hi, with the season almost over and the draft the biggest event of the off-season, we are quickly going to take an early look at teams biggest needs in the draft. Good picks are my reccomendation of who they should pick and if I suggest a bad player at that position thats because the team doesn't have a high enough pick to get one of the best at the position. This is also in order of the draft order. Some quick news that Ben Roethlisberger admitted he may retire this off-season. Here it is:

Browns: QB, RB: The Browns passed on Carson Wentz in last years draft and they obviously need a QB because RGIII will not work for long. Isiah Crowell and Duke Johnson are young, but they are not great running backs and the Browns could get a star like Leonard Fournette. GOOD PICK: Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina

49ers: QB, WR: The 49ers need a QB because Colin Kaepernick is garbage. Their are some good QB's in the draft they could get like Mitch Trubisky. Their best receiver is a guy who would be a 3rd string on any other roster. They need some elite pass-catchers to help a young QB. GOOD PICK: DeShaun Watson, QB, Clemson

Bears: QB, CB: Another QB needy team, the Bears went through 3 QB's this season and Jay Cutler is likely out of Chicago for good. Brian Hoyer looked good but he is too old to be their answer. The Bears also had one of the worst defenses in the league and will need a great corner to help defend against the pass heavy teams in just their division. GOOD PICK: DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame

Jaguars: DT/DE, S: The Jags need to have a scary front on the D line and they could benefit from a good DT or DE. They don't have great safeties which allows them to give up big plays that could be stopped by a talented safety. GOOD PICK: Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M

Titans: WR, CB: Marcus Mariota was on fire this season but didn't have great receivers. If he had someone like Antonio Brown imagine what he could do!! The Titans D got exposed this season and they need a young corner that will distrupt the good receivers in their division like DeAndre Hopkins, T.Y. Hilton, and Allen Robinson. GOOD PICK: Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State

Jets: QB, CB: Ryan Fitzpatrick was horrible this season and will be gone right away. The Jets need their future QB and someone like DeShaun Watson could fall into their lap. They also need a new CB1 because Darrelle Revis may retire and even if he doesn't he is too old to be their best CB. GOOD PICK: Pat Mahomes, QB, Texas Tech

Chargers: WR, QB: The Chargers need a great receiver. Keenan Allen keeps getting hurt and Tyrell Williams can't be their no. 1 receiver. A reliable target would really help the Chargers. Phillip Rivers is still an insane QB, but with his age, he could easily get injured and the Chargers have no one to back him up plus in a few years, Rivers will be retired. GOOD PICK: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson

Panthers: RB, OT: The Panthers need a new running back to take some pressure off Cam Newton. Jonathan Stewart is way too old and getting a new young RB could really help. The Panthers have needed an OT for so long and they could finally just pull the trigger this off-season in the draft. GOOD PICK: Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU

Bengals: DE, LB: The Bengals need to bring more pressure to other teams QBs and with a new stud LB or DE they could easily bring pressure and give a terrible D some hope. GOOD PICK: Jonathan Allen, DE, Alabama

Bills: QB, WR: I think QB Tyrod Taylor is a great QB but the Bills don't and they can't start trash E.J. Manuel so they need a good QB for the future. Their wide receiving core also needs some upgrades with Sammy Watkins always getting injured. GOOD PICK: John Ross, WR, Washington

Saints: CB, S: The Saints need a star CB because in a great division they can't keep up with a bunch of old corners. Safety Jarius Byrd is playing badly and needs to be replaced so they don't get exposed on big plays. GOOD PICK: Marshon Lattimore, Ohio State

Cardinals: QB, WR: Carson Palmer showed that he is almost done with his age catching up to him. If the Cardinals get a young QB that can learn and in a few seasons, play when Palmer is done, that would be great for them. A wide receiver would help because Larry Fitzgerald has likely played his last game and the Cards got rid of WR1 Michael Floyd. GOOD PICK: Dede Westbrook, WR, Oklahoma

Colts: LB, DE: The Colts pass rushers are getting old and they will really need an upgrade to bring the pressure on the great opposing QB's in their division. GOOD PICK: Soloman Thomas, DE, Stanford

Eagles: WR, RB: Wide receiver is for sure their biggest need. All their receivers have been playing terribly and they need some receivers for young QB Carson Wentz to grow and play well. Ryan Matthews isn't a good running back and drafted a dangerous running back could take some pressure off the QB. GOOD PICK: Juju Smith-Schuster, WR, USC

Ravens: WR, CB: All of the Ravens receivers aren't top 10 and most are getting pretty old. A young speedster or red zone threat could be great for a QB like Joe Flacco. They need a great CB to compliment their great run defense with a great pass defense too. GOOD PICK: Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan

Redskins: S, WR: A good safety could help Josh Norman so he wouldn't have to be the one that everyone relies on to make great plays. Most of the receivers on the team aren't great and the Skins' could use some because WR1 DeSean Jackson may even leave this off-season for another team. GOOD PICK: Jamal Adams, S, LSU

Buccaneers: D-Line, TE: Having a great player on the D line could help improve a Bucs defense that is on the rise. They don't have a reliable tight end after cutting Austin Seferian-Jenkins and getting a great tight end can really helps teams because they are so hard to cover. GOOD PICK: Chris Wormley, DT/DE, Michigan

Broncos: OT, TE: The Broncos next QB will be young because Trevor Siemian, Paxton Lynch, or any QB they draft are all young and they will need time in the pocket. A great OT could really help them improve. The Broncos are pretty good at all of the positions and so their next biggest need would be a tight end because its great to have a great tight end that can be impossible to cover. GOOD PICK: Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama

Lions: Pass Rush, CB: The Lions have pretty much no one at CB and in a great division full of talented QB's they will need a great CB to help. Ezekiel Ansah didn't have a great season and the Lions obviously need to bring pressure to other teams. GOOD PICK: Marlon Humphery, CB, Alabama

Dolphins: DE, OG: The Dolphins need a young DE to replace the aging Mario Williams because the Dolphins need a great pass rush. With Brandon Albert maybe gone next season, the Dolphins will need an OG to replace him. GOOD PICK: Taco Charleton, DE, Michigan

Giants: RB, LB: The Giants have never had a very strong running game and they could finally nail a good running back down so they don't have to pass every play with the aging Eli Manning. A good LB could finish a defensive re-build that the team started last off-season. GOOD PICK: Dalvin Cook, RB, FSU

Raiders: CB, DT: The Raiders need a lockdown corner because their current corners aren't cutting it. A defensive tackle upgrade would also really really help a rising D-line. GOOD PICK: Quincy Wilson, CB, Florida

Texans: QB, LB: The Texans yet again need a QB because if they actually want to go deep in the playoffs they will need a good QB. A great linebacker would help a rising Texans D. GOOD PICK: Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami

Seahawks: O-Line, S: The Seahawks obviously need a good O-lineman because they probably have the worst O-line in the league. It could help Russell Wilson have time and Seattle's young RBs to get holes to run. Earl Thomas was a huge loss and no backup safety could replace him. Earl Thomas will likely retire soon and so getting a great backup safety for when Earl's hurt or when he retires would be great for the Seahawks. GOOD PICK: Jabrill Peppers, S/LB, Michigan

Chiefs: WR, RB: With a great defense, they don't need much there but the offense needs work. Tyreek Hill looked insane this season but Jeremy Maclin and the other receivers on the team played horribly. A great WR1 or 2 could really help Alex Smith. Who knows whats happening with Jamaal Charles but if he is gone, Spencer Ware isn't good enough to be the starting RB. GOOD PICK: Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU

Cowboys: CB, DE: The Cowboys offense looks great and young but the D needs work. A great CB1 could help even though the Boys' corners were good this season. A star pass-rusher could really help and the Cowboys have needed one since they passed up on Joey Bosa last draft. GOOD PICK: Adoree Jackson, CB, USC

Packers: CB, Pass Rush: The Packers need a lockdown corner so they can win the Super Bowl again because with a crappy D like theirs, they won't win. A bad pass rush also slows the Packers down and an upgrade there would be nice. GOOD PICK: Jalen (TEEZ) Tabor, CB, Florida

Steelers: TE, LB: Health Miller was great on the Steelers and having a great tight end again could really help the Steelers pass game. The Steelers have needed a linebacker for awhile and Lawrence Timmons will be retired soon. GOOD PICK: O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama

Falcons: DT, Pass Rush: The Falcons need pass rush because their D is horrible. Its that simple. GOOD PICK: Malik McDowell, DT, Michigan State

Patriots: LB, TE: The Pats need an LB since Jamie Collins left and with Rob Gronkowski always getting hurt and Martellus Bennett maybe leaving in free-agency this season they will want a great tight end to be there. GOOD PICK: Christian McCaffery, RB, Stanford

TEAMS WITHOUT A FIRST ROUND PICK:

Rams: WR, QB: A great WR would really help the struggling Rams QBs. Jared Goff is still very young and un-proven but they might want to think about a good backup in-case things go wrong. GOOD PICK: Curtis Samuel, WR/RB, Ohio State

Vikings: RB, WR: The Vikings running game went down the drain with Adrian Peterson gone and he's getting old so when he retires soon or leaves for another team they will need a great RB to be there. The Vikes also need a great WR1 because Stefon Diggs isn't a WR1. GOOD PICK: D'Onta Foreman, RB, Texas

Thanks for reading this long post!

Who's Going to the Super Bowl?!

Hi, its crazy but the Super Bowl is almost upon us and yesterday the match-up was decided. Super Bowl 51 will be the usual suspect Patriots against the Falcons who are playing in their 2nd ever Super Bowl and will look to win their first ever. Some quick news that Jamie Collins and the Browns agree to a huge contract deal. Here it is:

Packers @ Falcons, My Predicted Winner: Packers, Final Score: Falcons 44, Packers 21:
When I predicted the Packers to win, I knew that there was a great chance of the Falcons winning but I didn't think it would be by this much. For the 2nd week in a row the Falcons have blown out a team that could have beat them. The way they pulled off the upset was because they slowed Aaron Rodgers down and they made sure to get Julio Jones the ball a bunch. Aaron Rodgers was limited to 287 yards, 3 TD's, and an interception. Those weren't bad stats but they haven't been as good as Rodgers usually plays like. Matt Ryan who now pretty much owns the MVP award had an amazing game. He threw for 392 yards, 4 TD's, and 0 picks. What a game for the Falcons as they advance to the Super Bowl.

Steelers @ Patriots, My Predicted Winner: Patriots, Final Score: Patriots 36, Steelers 17:
Another blow out but this time it wasn't as crazy. I don't think anyone on earth thought the Steelers could really come in to New England and pull off the upset. The Patriots offense played as well as usual with a breakout game from wide receiver Chris Hogan. Hogan finished with 9 catches for 180 yards and 2 TD's. Hogan really helped Tom Brady and the offense win the game. Brady also had a spectacular game. 384 yards, 3 TD's, and no picks. The Pats are headed to their 7th Super Bowl and they are heavily predicted to emerge with another win.

Thanks for reading and the Super Bowl match-up has been decided. I will have a predictions post coming soon but there is 2 weeks before the Super Bowl with the pro bowl this week. I will have a lot of fun posts coming in these next 2 weeks and I'm kinda sad though that the season is pretty much over...

The All-Pro roster is people who are big in the NFL vote for the best at every position for the season and then the highest votes becomes All-Pro at that position. You'll see how it works. I will also put a star next to their name if they were a player on my all-pro team who is also on the real official All-Pro team. Some quick news that the Colts fire GM, the Chargers sign former Jags coach Gus Bradley to be their defensive coordinator. Also it is almost official that the Raiders are going to move to Las Vegas! Championship Game Picks!

Hi, these are my game picks for the 2 games this weekend that will decide the long awaited Super Bowl 51 match-up. Some quick news that the Raiders are now likely to move to Las Vegas and the move is almost official. Also Jamie Collins is supposed to be finalizing a deal that will keep him signed with the Browns. Here are the picks:

Packers @ Falcons: Packers:
I think Pack has to win this one. Even though these are 2 of the most exciting and good offenses in the league and the Falcons is slightly better I just can't see Aaron Rodgers losing his crazy win streak. The Falcons will be tough to beat especially covering Julio Jones will be hard for a pretty bad Packers secondary. The Packers though will be able to win I feel like. If not though the Falcons do have a great chance at this one especially because they are at their home turf. The Falcons won't make the Super Bowl this year.

Steelers @ Patriots: Patriots:
The Steelers are dangerous, but not dangerous enough to break down a great Patriots squad. The Pats O and D have been on fire lately and they won't be slowed down in their home stadium. The Steelers barely won their last game, they only scored field goals. 6 of them! Thats not enough to get them by the Patriots. Le'Veon Bell is the key for the Steelers. He will need to keep playing like he has been if the Steelers want a shot at this one. What a surprise, the Pats are going back to the Super Bowl!

If my predictions go right, Super Bowl 51 will be Packers Vs. Patriots, a battle of 2 great QB's that has been a long awaited Super Bowl! Thanks for reading!

What Went Down on a Crazy Divisional Weekend!

Hi, the NFC and AFC Championships have been decided with a few crazy games from the weekend. Here is everything:

Seahawks @ Falcons, My Predicted Winner: Seahawks, Final Score: Seahawks 20, Falcons 36:
My prediction went way wrong on this one. I am sad to see my favorite team eliminated from the playoffs but only 1 team ends up winning the Super Bowl so so be it. The Falcons offense played insanely and their D stepped up and came in clutch when they needed it. The Seahawks started out the game playing better but then the Falcons got a safety on the Hawks to give them a 2 point lead and that was the beginning of the end. The Falcons won and will be back next week in their home stadium for the NFC championship game. Julio Jones, Matt Ryan, and the Falcons offense played really well and could possibly make the Super Bowl.

Texans @ Patriots, My Predicted Winner: Patriots, Final Score: Patriots 34, Texans 16:
The Patriots did what everyone thought they would, destroy the Texans at home to go to their 6th AFC championship in a row. The Texans didn't actually look too bad and Brock Osweiler wasn't bad. The defense though didn't step up like it needed to and thats what crushed them in the end. The Patriots didn't look as good as usual though and they will need to fix their flaws so they can win the AFC Championship.

Packers @ Cowboys, MPW: Packers, Final Score: Packers 34, Cowboys 31:
This was a great game as everyone thought it would be and it was another close one. Insane Aaron Rodgers lead the Packers to a huge 28-10 lead but the Cowboys rallied back and with 1 minute left, the score was tied 31-31 with the Packers with the ball. Aaron Rodgers slung one to Jared Cook who made a memorable toe drag which set up the game winning field goal. The Packers are moving on to their 2nd NFC championship in 3 seasons.

Steelers @ Chiefs, MPW: Steelers, Final Score: Steelers 18, Chiefs 16:
This was a very boring game. The Steelers scored 6 field goals and the Chiefs had field goals and Td's but none were very exciting. Tyreek Hill was a no show, Le'Veon Bell played well though. Steelers kicker Chris Boswell set a post-season record with 6 field goals in one game. It would have been a more excited game if when the Chiefs scored and went for 2 they got it. They went for 2 and got it but a holding penalty set them back 10 yards and they couldn't get the 2 point conversion giving the Steelers controll of the game. The Steelers won and are moving on to the AFC championship.

Championship Matchups: Steelers @ Patriots, Packers @ Falcons...
Thanks for reading and I am now 7-1 on post-season predictions!

Breakout Players from this season!

Hi, today I thought I would make a post about some of this seasons breakout players (not including rookies because its their first year anyway) and tomorrow I will be doing a post about players who disappointed after having good seasons last year. Quick news that the Broncos hire Mike McCoy to be their offensive coordinator and the Rams hire Wade Phillips to be their defensive coordinator. Here it is:

Melvin Gordon, RB, Chargers: After a terrible rookie year, where he was the off-season OROY pick, Gordon stepped it up from week 1. He became an elite runner rushing for 997 yards and 10 TD's. He was 3 yards short of an 1000 yard season and he would have got them if he didn't miss the last few games with an injury. Gordon is considered better than Todd Gurley now who won OROY last year.

Terrelle Pryor, WR, Browns: Pryor came into the NFL as a QB, he always was the backup and every year he would backup somewhere else. He wanted to play and since he is still so young, he made a move. He converted to playing receiver and started as a bench receiver but worked his way to the no. 1 WR role on the team, becoming an almost Pro Bowler. He had 1007 yards receiving and 4 TDs and he would be even better if he wasn't on the worst team in the league with a good QB.

Derek Carr, QB, Raiders: Carr in his first few years in the league was thought of as a mediocore QB in the NFL until this year when he became a strong MVP candidate. He had a great year leading the Raiders to the playoffs in the first time in forever but got hurt in the second to last week of the season, sending the Raiders out of the playoffs in the first round lead by a third string QB after the backup got injured too. He threw for 3937 yards, 28 TDs, and only 6 interceptions.

Marcus Mariota, QB, Titans: Mariota had a decent rookie season but this year he stepped up. Mariota lead the Titans to a season 1 game short of the playoffs after being the worst team in the league last season. Mariota could have got them to the playoffs but he went down with the same injury as Derek Carr in the same week and so he was gone. He is not a rookie anymore, this guy is the real deal. He threw for 3426 yards, 26 TDs, and only 9 interceptions. He had a great year.

Casey Hayward, CB, Chargers: After be a disappointment in Green Bay, Hayward went to the Chargers and put together a pro bowl season. He lead the league in interceptions with 7 and became one of the leagues best corners. When top pro bowl CB Jason Verrett went down with an injury early in the season, Casey Hayward saved the Chargers CBs by playing great.

Jay Ajayi, RB, Dolphins: After being a backup RB in his rookie season, Ajayi became the starter in his second season, having a bad start to the season but ending up making a productive season. Ajayi had back to back 200 yard games this season which put him in club with some legendary football players. He finished the year a dangerous running back and was the reason the Dolphins could maybe win games in the post-season. He ran for 1272 yards, and 8 TDs. Good year for him.

Thanks for reading and here are some more breakout players from this season: LeGarrette Blount RB Patriots, Jameis Winston QB Buccaneers, Mike Evans WR Buccaneers, Michael Crabtree WR Raiders, Landon Collins S Giants, Lorenzo Alexander LB Bills, Adam Theilein WR Vikings, Kyle Rudolph TE Vikings, David Johnson RB Cardinals, DeMarco Murray RB Titans, Rishard Matthews WR Titans, Taylor Gabriel WR Falcons, and more!

BREAKING NEWS: CHARGERS MOVING TO L.A AND COACHES HIRED!

Hi, some crazy things have gone in the last day and I'm about to give you the rundown. Here it is:

CHARGERS MOVING TO L.A.:
Since last season, the Chargers have been thinking about moving the team to L.A. and its finally happened. The Chargers have had a weird season, they had so much potiential to make the playoffs but the pieces didn't quite fit together and so they ended up with a bad season, missing the playoffs again. Moving to L.A. will be interesting, I'm pretty sure they are going to have a different stadium from the Rams until the new L.A. stadium is built and then I think they will share it. They have also unveiled a new logo which you can find on NFL.com which shows that they probably will not have the same uniforms. There will be more coming on this but there is some more information to get to.

CHARGERS HIRE BILLS ANTHONY LYNN FOR HEAD COACHING JOB:
On the same day the team announced their moving to L.A., the team also hired Anthony Lynn. Lynn was the Bills interim head coach after they fired Rex Ryan and was the front runner to become the next Bills coach but the Bills went with Coach McDermott so the Chargers snagged Lynn. I think Lynn is a great coach and will maybe lead the Chargers to a great new beginning in Los Angeles.

RAMS HIRE SEAN MCVAY FOR HEAD COACHING JOB:
A surprise was that the Rams hired their Coach, Sean McVay. McVay was the Redskins offensive coordinator and he was doing a pretty great job which is why the Rams hired him. McVay is also very young, only 30 years old, younger than some of the players! He seems like a talented guy and will probably be a good coach, he can help the Rams young QBs develop.

Thanks for reading this big news and I will have the Chargers new logo up on my blog top for a little so you guys can see it!

Two Coaches Hired + Award Predictions

Hi, today was a crazy day because 2 head coach spots were filled with people who no one suspected would actually become head coaches. The Bills ended up not going with Anthony Lynn and getting Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott, I don't know much about him but apparently he is good at disciplining players so that should be interesting. The Broncos got Dolphins defensive coordinator Vance Joesph who I also don't know much about but with a talented roster, Joesph could probably be a good coach. Now here are my award predictions for all the awards at the NFL honors show the night before the Super Bowl, when it is the week of the Super Bowl I will make an improved honors predictions but here it is:

MVP: Matt Ryan, QB, Falcons
Offensive Player of the Year: Aaron Rodgers, QB, Packers
Defensive Player of the Year: Von Miller, LB, Broncos
Offensive Rookie of the Year: Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys
Defensive Rookie of the Year: Joey Bosa, DE, Chargers
Coach of the Year: Jack Del Rio, Raiders
Fantasy Player of the Year: Le'Veon Bell, RB, Steelers
Comeback Player of the Year: Jordy Nelson, WR, Packers
Assistant Coach of the Year: Kyle Shannahan, Falcons
Play of the Year: Landon Collins pick-6 vs. Rams
Walter Payton Man of the Year: Greg Olsen, TE, Panthers

SB51 Prediction: Seahawks Vs. Patriots

Thanks for reading about who I think will win all the awards, comment anything you would change. For fun I added in my Super Bowl Prediction and we will see if thats true in a few weeks! Thanks for reading!

Divisional Round Picks!

Hi, today I will be calling the divisional round match-ups and see who advances to the NFC and AFC Championships! Some quick news that Clemson upsets no. 1 undefeated Alabama in the National Championship college football. Here it is:

Texans @ Patriots: Patriots:
Everyone is saying this will be one of the Pats easiest match-ups all season, but it actually could be close. Even though the Pats are the best team in football, Tom Brady can't be perfect vs the no. 1 D in the league. Pro Bowl LB Jadeveon Clowney has been on fire lately and he played great on Tom Brady the last time the Texans played the Pats. The Texans O looked actually decent last week in their big win vs, the Raiders. Brock Osweiler didn't actually throw a pick and DeAndre Hopkins scored a TD! The Pats offense though is so good with top MVP candidate Tom Brady at the helm completing almost every pass. Michael Floyd looks like he could be good in the playoffs and Martellus Bennett is a great tight end. LeGarrette Blount is having an elite season and will play well. The Pats probably have the easy win unless their D shuts down Brady and the Texans O plays as well as it did last week and probably it would need to play even better.

Seahawks @ Falcons: Seahawks:
I don't care if the Falcons have home-field atvantage or MVP candidate Matt Ryan or top receiver Julio Jones. They won't win. The Falcons don't have the best home-field bonus by the way. If you look at team like the Seahawks who has one of the loudest stadiums if not the loudest in the league it is harder for teams to win there. The Hawks offense looked almost as good as the Falcons last week which is good for them because they were having some offensive struggles. Thomas Rawls broke out and the receivers and Jimmy Graham played well. This game will come down to the D. While the Falcons have one of the worst defenses in the league, the Hawks have one of the best. Making Atlanta's strength (their offense) need to work for it. Julio Jones will be tightly covered by the seasons best corner Richard Sherman while Mouhmaed Sanu and Taylor Gabriel will also be covered by breakout corners DeShawn Shead and Jeremy Lane. Kam Chancellor will do his job at safety and the Seahawks key is for Steven Terrell to play well so they don't get beat where Earl Thomas would be. If the Seahawks D struggles and lets the Falcons O make good plays, then it will be harder for the Hawks to win, but they are lucky the Falcons have such a bad D because that is what will get the Hawks the win. Sorry Falcons, this year isn't your year. #UPSETS!

Packers @ Cowboys: Packers:
Everyone says the Cowboys will win, but I don't think so. Did you see the Packers make a good team (the Giants) look like the Browns last week, exposing their top defense and shutting down their offense by covering Odell Beckham. The Packers are the real deal and they are the most dangerous team in the playoffs. Even though Jordy Nelson is out, it doesn't matter, Pack will still win. The pressure of the playoffs maybe too much for star rookies QB Dak Prescott and RB Zeke Elliott. It will be hard for the Boys' to stop the Packers long winning streak. This will be a battle of offenses but in the end, Pack will come away with the upset and move to the NFC championship. #UPSETS!

Steelers @ Chiefs: Steelers:
Even though the Chiefs have the home-field atvantage, the Steelers will win. The Steelers O has been unstoppable lately. Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown have been on fire and won't stop anytime soon. Big Ben is playing well and will be able to connect with all his receivers. The Chiefs do have a top D, but they don't have enough to fend off such a great offense. The Chiefs though have a great shot at winning. Their O has been pretty good too. Alex Smith has looked really good and rookie Tyreek Hill has been insane. He will need to have another big game for the Chiefs to punch themselves a ticket to the AFC Championship game. Travis Kelce and the rest of the Chiefs pass catchers need to catch balls and Spencer Ware needs to expose the Steelers decent D. This will be a close, good game, but the dangerous Steelers will win.

If what happens happens, the championship games will be...NFC: Packers @ Seahawks, AFC: Steelers @ Patriots. The Super Bowl is near and these games will be crucial to what the Super Bowl will look like. Thanks for reading!

Rookie Ratings + TOM COUGHLIN IS BACK!

Hi, today I will be talking about my top rookies from this season and who are the front runners to win offensive and defensive rookies of the year awards. But first legendary former Jaguars and Giants coach Tom Coughlin is BACK! After retiring last season from coaching the Giants, the Jaguars wanted him back and they interviewed him for their recently opened head coaching position but they ended up hiring interim coach Doug Marrone for the role. The Jags didn't ditch Coughlin though, they hired Coughlin to be their vice president. He is back! Some quick news also that Seahawks breakout rookie RB C.J. Prosise is back in practice this week and may play Saturday vs the Falcons for Seattle. Jordy Nelson broke some ribs and probably won't play in the Packers game vs. the Cowboys this weekend. Also I am thinking of making a huge post about the top 100 players of the year so comment players you think should be high on the list. Here are the rookie ratings:

7. Jalen Ramsey, CB, Jaguars:
Barely making this list, I will talk briefly about him as I have other rookies to get to. Ramsey has established himself as a great lockdown corner for the Jaguars but the off-season DROY favorite hasn't been the best. He began heating up near the end of the year which isn't what you want if your going for DROY. He had his first pick 6 in week 16 showing that he really was heating up at the end of the season. His first career interception was in week 15. He had some other good plays and weeks this year but those were the highlights. This shows he really wasn't great.

6. Deion Jones, MLB, Falcons:
Jones was the only bright spot on a terrible Falcons defense that lacked talent. Jones was a surprise because no one thought Jones would do anything for the Falcons but he did. He finished the season with 3 interceptions and 2 of those 3 were pick 6's. Thats pretty good. He also had 1 forced fumble on the season. He had a decent season and will be in the running for DROY.

5. Jordan Howard, RB, Bears:
A highlight of the Bears lost 2016 campaign was rookie Jordan Howard. Everyone was excited to see starter Jeremy Langford finally get all the carries with Matt Forte shipped off to New York but he got injured and Howard stepped in and stole the starting job from Langford just the way Langford did in his rookie year when Forte got hurt. He rushed for 1313 yards as rookie! Thrust into the starting role in his rookie year he broke 1000 yards!!! Thats crazy! He had 6 rushing TDs and 1 receiving TD and he had a few games where he just went OFF! What a year for the late round pick who will look to become the next Le'Veon Bell is his coming years unless another rookie comes in and steals his job too :) !

4. Joey Bosa, DE, Chargers:
Bosa will win DROY. What a story he was. After missing the first few games of the season in a contract dispute with the Chargers, Bosa signed his deal and came right in and dominated. He had 10.5 sacks. As rookie! Missing the first games! Thats so crazy. His sacks are the most exciting thing about him because with a full season next year unless he gets hurt, he could maybe be the sack king. He looks like the next J.J. Watt, especially cause he sports number 99 just like Watt. He will win DROY and be a force in coming years.

3. Tyreek Hill, WR/KR/PR, Chiefs:
One of the most crazy stories this season, Tyreek Hill is an all-around monster. He plays 3 positions and he dominates all 3 of them. Hill came into the season doubted by everyone because he was a 5th round pick but he slowly eased into the NFL and then became a monster. He ended up with 593 yards and 6 TD's receiving. Great for a WR3/4. Hill though was a pro bowler in returning because of his insane season. He racked up 2 punt return TD's with blazing speed and 1 kickoff return TD also with his blazing speed. He is the fastest player in the NFL. Hill also had a few running plays. 1 week he ran up the middle for a 3 yard TD, one week he had 1 carry for 68 yards and a TD and one week he had 6 carries for 95 yards and a TD. The man can actually play 4 positions. Crazy! He will be in the running for OROY but he sadly won't win. If you want more on Hill check my posts from a few weeks ago because I did an article on just Hill.

2. Dak Prescott, QB, Cowboys:
Everyone knows Prescott now. He came in as a backup QB but in the pre-season, as usual Tony Romo went down with injury and Prescott was thrust into the starting role. He because an elite QB that went into the running for MVP, leading the Cowboys to the division title and a 13-3 record actually 13-2 not counting week 17 where he rested so he wouldn't get hurt for the playoffs. Prescott threw for 3667 yards, 23 TD's and only 4 picks. Less picks than Russell Wilson and other elite QB's. Prescott has a small chance of winning OROY and thats just because no. 1 would be a longshot not to win it. What a season for Prescott who was thrust into a starting role at the start of the year.

1. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys:
Zeke is no doubt the best rookie this season. He has won everyone over for OROY and maybe even MVP. Zeke was the best running back in the league already just by his first season. He lead the league in rushing with 1631 yards and he also had 15 TDs! Thats right, 1600+ yards and 15 TD's! Thats one of the best rookie seasons ever by anyone. There isn't much more to be said except for that Zeke will no doubt win OROY and be one of the best running backs in the league for years to come.

Thanks for reading this long post and again make sure to comment on which players you want to see make my top 100 players 2016/2017!
An insane fact is 2 rookies on this list, Zeke Elliott and Jordan Howard were the top 2 rushers in the league as rookies! CRAZY!

What Went Down on Wildcard Weekend!

Hi, the first week of the playoffs is officially over and lots has happened since my last post. Here is all starting with the Saturday games:

Raiders @ Texans, My Prediction from my last blog post: Texans, Final Score: Texans 27 Raiders 14:
This was a good game. The Texans and Raiders game was one of the hardest to call because of all of their struggles, but the Texans did in fact win. By a lot too! Everything clicked for the Texans this week. Former 1st overall pick and pro bowler this season Jadeveon Clowney showed that he really was worth that first pick. He had a hanfull of impactful plays including an interception which is rare for someone at his position. He looked amazing. Struggling QB Brock Osweiler even looked good, finally getting the ball to star receiver DeAndre Hopkins. He threw for 168 yards and a TD with no interceptions which is rare for him. He also had 1 rushing TD. He looked good and it will be interesting to see if he starts next week or if the Texans go back to Tom Savage. Again, DeAndre Hopkins finally got the ball a lot and he had 5 receptions for 67 yards and a TD. Maybe he's back!? The Raiders were decent. You could totally tell rookie QB Connor Cook was starting his first game, he played terribly. He threw for 161 yards, 1 TD, and 3 interceptions. Not great. That brought down the Raiders even though their defense did play pretty well. Hopefully next season Derek Carr stays healthy the whole time so the Raiders can have their well deserved playoff run. TEXANS WIN!

Lions @ Seahawks, My Prediction from my last post: Seahawks, Final Score: Seahawks 26 Lions 6:
What a game the Seahawks had. They destroyed the Lions who were looking for their first playoff win in years. The Seahawks O was on fire and the Lions could not put it out. Russell Wilson finished with 224 yards, 2 TD's, and no interceptions. Wilson though wasn't the highlight of the game. Paul Richardson, the 3rd receiver had an insane game. He finished with 3 receptions for 48 yards, and a TD. Doesn't sound like much, but it was. Richardson had what I would say, the play of the year catch for the TD. He caught the ball 1 handed under a Lions defender, it was insane. Watch it here: http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-cant-miss-plays/0ap3000000771120/Can-t-Miss-Play-Richardson-pulls-in-one-handed-scoop-catch-TD  . Anyways, Richardson had some other insane catches and he was looking like Odell Beckham Jr. Thomas Rawls lit up the running game and makes the Hawks feel better about it going into next weeks playoff game. Rawls ran for 161 yards, and a TD. He had so many broken tackles and he just played so well. It looks like the Thomas Rawls from last season. Doug Baldwin had some great plays including a funny 1 where there was a pass in the endzone right to Jermaine Kearse and Baldwin was nearby so he tipped it to himself and caught it. It was funny. The Lions played terribly. Zach Zenner had a great first quarter running the ball, but the Lions pretty much ditched the run game for the rest of the game. Matthew Stafford played horribly and receiver Anquan Boldin got way to many penalties. The defense was even worse as you can see by the amazing stats of the Seahawks offensive players. The Seahawks D played really well and they will be a force to be reckoned with in the coming weeks of the post-season.

Dolphins @ Steelers, My Prediction from my last post: Steelers, Final Score: Steelers 30, Dolphins 12:
I thought this might actually be a close game, but it wasn't. The Dolphins offense and defense played poorly while the Steelers offense and defense surged. The Steelers D forced so many fumbles on the Dolphins and the Steelers O highlighted the stars Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown. Dolphins QB Matt Moore who had surprised me of how good he was playing as a backup the last few weeks looked like a regular backup like he is. He played horribly. Jay Ajayi was a no-show unlike the way he was when the Dolphins beat the Steelers earlier this season. The Steelers will be one of the hardest teams to take down in coming weeks of the playoffs and they will probably reach the AFC championship.

Giants @ Packers, My Prediction from my last post: Packers, Final Score: Packers 38, Giants 13:
This was a very disappointing game for the Giants. What many people thought would be a very close game really wasn't. It was very low scoring until about half way through the 2nd quarter the Giants were up 6-0 and the Packers put together a scoring drive with Davante Adams. With 6 seconds left in the half, Packers QB Aaron Rodgers did what he does best: clutch hail marys where he bombed one from near mid field to the endzone and Randall Cobb came down with it. As the game went on the Packers kept scoring and scoring and Cobb finished with 2 more TD's making it a TD hattrick for him. The Giants offense was slowed down because Odell Beckham was well covered and dropped a bunch of passes. The Giants "Super Bowl defense" got shut down. Many people were ready to see the Giants win the Super Bowl again, not if Aaron Rodgers has anything to say about it. The Packers look like the most dangerous team in the league and could easily take the Super Bowl.

I WENT 4-0 IN PREDICTIONS! GOOD FOR ME! The games next weekend for the Divisional Round will be: Steelers @ Chiefs, Texans @ Patriots, Packers @ Cowboys, and Seahawks @ Falcons. I will have lots of news and predictions coming this week so stay tuned for the next week of the exciting road to the Super Bowl! Also comment which player of these players: Paul Richardson, Le'Veon Bell, Jadeveon Clowney, and Randall Cobb was your playoff player of the week. All 4 of those players were important assets to their teams WIN!

Wildcard Weekend Game Picks...

Hi, with the exciting first round of the playoffs approaching very quickly, here are my predictions for the 4 playoff games this weekend. Here it is:

Dolphins @ Steelers, My Predicted Winner: Steelers:
How could the Steelers lose this one. After running the table and playing great football the last few weeks lead by their insane offense with Big Ben, Le'Veon Bell, and Antonio Brown they couldn't lose this one at home. The Steelers O is as dangerous as ever while their D has stepped up lately and played pretty well. The Dolphins will need their O and D to play perfectly if they want a road win upset. Running Back Jay Ajayi has been really good, but I don't think he's enough to lead a stumbling offense with Matt Moore at QB to fill in for the injured Ryan Tannehill (who does have a chance to play this weekend though). Matt Moore has been a good backup, but I don't know if he has what it takes to beat one of the most dangerous teams in the league on the road. The Dolphins did upset the Steelers earlier this season but that was when they were struggling and Big Ben went down with an injury in that week and the Steelers are a much different team then they were then. Sorry Dolphins fans, the Steelers are too dangerous for them to play with.

Raiders @ Texans, My Predicted Winner: Texans:
This is one of the toughest games to call, but after thinking about it, the Texans will win. I know when you think of the Raiders, you think of one of the best teams in the league, but that was before MVP candidate Derek Carr went down and then backup QB Matt McGloin also went down and likely won't play this week either, leaving rookie QB Connor Cook at starter. Cook is a decent player, but I don't think he can beat a great defense like the Texans which has been on fire lately. The Texans have a confusing offense, but its not as bad as the Raiders. The Texans signed QB Brock Osweiler to a huge deal this off-season, but he has been playing TERRIBLY this season and so a few weeks ago, the Texans benched Osweiler and started backup QB Tom Savage, who played decently before he himself went down with an injury last week so Brock Osweiler will be at QB again. He at least knows the offense well. With 2 evenly matched terrible offenses without good QB's, the Texans D is much better than the Raiders and at home vs a rookie QB making his first start they should be pretty good. The Raiders had such Super Bowl promise until Derek Carr got injured, it really sucks for them but the Texans will win and somehow advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs.

Lions @ Seahawks, My Predicted Winner: Seahawks:
What people are calling one of the most "evenly matched" playoff games I don't actually think is evenly matched at all. The Lions barely hung on to a playoff spot at 6th seed after losing the last 3 playoff games with almost no defense at all and a decent offense meanwhile the Seahawks haven't been playing completely great either, but they only have lost 1 home game all season and they are post-season regulars and other teams know they don't go down without a fight. The Seahawks boast the loudest crowd in the league, making it one of the top 3 hardest teams to win a road game at. The Seahawks offense will have a field day at their home turf playing against one of the worst defenses in the league meanwhile the Lions offense will need to work for every yard against one of the best defenses in the league. If the Lions pull off the upset, it will have to be from their offense, because their D has never done much for them and playing a hard D, at an away stadium, coming off a 3 game losing streak will be hard. Don't believe me? Even the Lions coach is scared of the Seahawks, in a press conference he said it was basically impossible to cover Russell Wilson. You can't win with a coach that is scared of the opposing QB. This should be an easy win for the Hawks so they can keep on rolling on their post-season run.

Giants @ Packers, My Predicted Winner: Packers:
This will be a great game that will be very close. The Packers have won the title of almost everyone of the most dangerous team heading into the playoffs but the Giants are the kings of upsets so this will be a great one. Green Bay sat at a terrible 4-6 earlier this season, everyone thought they were out but Aaron Rodgers said Pack would run the table and boy they did. They won out ending with a 10-6 record beating the Seahawks, Vikings, Lions, and some more good teams. The Packers right now have the most dangerous QB in the league and their offense will be the most important thing for them because their D is garbage and can't do much for them. The Giants O has been decent lately. Odell Beckham and the receivers have been good, but Eli Manning has been very on and off and he will need to perform for the Giants to win. The defenses aren't even. The Giants have one of the best defenses in the league with DPOY candidate safety Landon Collins, lockdown corner Janoris Jenkins, star pass rusher Oliver Vernon and more while Green Bay has pretty much no one. The Giants will need their O and D to perform while the Packers O will need to play nearly perfect so it can carry their trash D. The Packers though are insanely tough to beat at their cold home field and in a close match, them having home-field advantage literally is one of the final reasons why I think they will win. Their insane O plus home field advantage grants the most dangerous team in the playoffs a win to move on.

If the teams I predict actually win, the divisional round will look like this:
Packers @ Cowboys, Seahawks @ Falcons, Steelers @ Chiefs, Texans @ Patriots.

Thanks for reading and we will see who does end up winning and moving on to the next round of the post-season!
