Torrey Smith and Tavon Austin Lead My Waiver Wire Pick-Ups of the Year

Hi, today I decided to make a post about 2 players who I think could be a tiny pickup that could end up becoming an amazing pickup that could help you win your league. Before I get started here is some quick news that the Chiefs Extend OT Eric Fisher's contract to a 6 year extension. Here this is:

Torrey Smith, WR, 49ers: Smith has had great years in the past but as he gets older people keep forgetting about how good the guy actually is. Since the 49ers are so bad no one really thinks about them but when you think about them, you realize Torrey Smith is the no. 1 WR there. Smith had a few GREAT games that showed glimmers of awesomeness. This year once the 49ers name their starting QB I think Torrey Smith could get in rhythm with them and he could start being great. If you need a backup receiver and you are looking for a receiver, it really doesn't hurt to pick-up Smith who could win your league for you if he breaks out and is awesome!

Tavon Austin, WR, Rams: Austin has been a beast. He is the WR1 for the Rams and he and rookie QB Jared Goff will need to develop a bond because with the right QB, Austin is a monster. Last year when the Rams played the Buccaneers Austin had a GREAT game. He scored multiple touchdowns and had lots of yards. Austin had many glimmers of amazing play but he had many more glimmers than Smith. Austin is also a great return man, adding to his fantasy value because if he can return touchdowns he gets points because he had a return for a touchdown last year. Austin is really fast and aside from returning and receiving TD's, Austin had rushing TD's. He is so young and has a chance of being so good. This guy deserves a waiver pick up.

Those are 2 amazing waiver wire pickups who could win you you're league. Out of the 2 I think both of them pretty much tie but Austin is younger and is a bigger package deal so you might want to get him instead. Thats it, thanks for reading! I think I will have another post about other waiver wire guys who are awesome.
