Winners of the Week, Week 12
Hi, here is my weekly winners of the week post:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Julio Jones, WR, Falcons
Statline: 12 rec, 253 yards, 2 TDs receiving
Julio Jones has had kind of a down year, but after one game, people think of him as an elite receiver once again. Jones has been decent all year but this week he was on a whole other level. Jones and the Falcons had come off an epic win over the Seahawks that but them back in the thick of the playoff race. Jones and the Falcons knew they had to play well and win to stay in and they did. Right off the bat, Jones was catching 20-30 yard gains with ease. Then came one of the best plays of the year. Fellow WR Mohamed Sanu lined up at the QB position to fake it and it worked. Sanu caught the snap, waited a few seconds and then gave us his best Matt Ryan impression as he launched the football 50 yards into the endzone. Jones came down with it! It was an amazing play but it was just the start of an epic game for Jones. Jones ended up with a whopping monster 253 yards and also I can't forget to mention 2 TDs. It was a huge game and in my non PPR fantasy league Jones had 38 points! Crazy. In PPR with his crazy 12 receptions, Jones would have totaled 60 points!!!! 60! That is the most in probably over 10 years by a fantasy player. That is crazy. Jones had the biggest bounceback game of the year and it wins his player of the week on my blog.
TEAM OF THE WEEK: Rams (8-3)
Final Score: Rams 26, Saints 20
The Rams are your team of the week. After an amazing unexpected start to the season, the Rams slowed down just a tiny bit over the last few weeks, now they are back on top. The Rams ended the Saints 8 game win streak which looked like it wasn't ending any time soon before the game. Not only was it a huge game for the NFC playoff picture for the Saints and NFC South, but the Rams kept the top of the NFC West even though the Seahawks also won. It was a great game. Back and forth it went but the Rams had quite a lead at one point but the Saints made a comeback attempt and it almost worked but the Rams held them and won one of the most important games of the year. It started with QB Jared Goff who tossed the ball very well to give the Rams a chance at winning. RB Todd Gurley played as well as always. Sammy Watkins showed out. But the Rams D played better than expected and held the hot streaking Saints offense in the end even though it was bashed a few times by Alvin Kamara. This was not only a great game played by the Rams, but it was huge in the longrun for them. They made the Saints fall in the playoff race a bit and they kept themselves in the lead against a close race with the Seattle Seahawks for the division. If they had lost that, they would be in a bad position for the division. The Rams still face their toughest tasks of the year, playing the elite Eagles and the Seahawks in Seattle for the division but this huge game was a step in the right direction for the Rams and they are my team of the week!
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Antonio Brown, WR, Steelers: 10 rec, 169 yds, 2 TD
Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints: 87 yards, 1 TD rushing, 101 yards, 1 TD receiving
Robby Anderson, WR, Jets: 146 yards, 2 TDs
Jared Goff, QB, Rams: 354 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT
Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers: 11 rec, 172 yards, 1 TD
TEAM OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Los Angeles Chargers (5-6)
Arizona Cardinals (5-6)
Atlanta Falcons (7-4)
Philadelphia Eagles (10-1)
Carolina Panthers (8-3)
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Winner List: Week 1 Kareem Hunt RB Chiefs, Week 2 Tom Brady QB Patriots, Week 3 Odell Beckham Jr. WR Giants, Weeks 4 & 5 Deshaun Watson QB Texans, Week 6 Adrian Peterson RB Cardinals, Week 7 Eddie Jackson S Bears, Week 8 Russell Wilson QB Seahawks, Week 9 T.Y. Hilton WR Colts, Week 10 Adrian Clayborn DE Falcons, Week 11 Keenan Allen WR Chargers, Week 12 Julio Jones WR Falcons

Mahomes or Smith? Can 'Hawks pull off upset? Case Keenum's Hot Hand!
Hi, today I will be discussing some of the main headlines in the league. Also some breaking news that Giants are starting QB Geno Smith over vet Eli Manning for the first time since 2004. 49ers also decided to start QB Jimmy Garopollo over CJ Beathard. Here is the post:
SHOULD CHIEFS BENCH VET QB ALEX SMITH FOR ROOKIE PATRICK MAHOMES?
A new QB discussion has hit and I'm here to give you my look. Last season, Chiefs QB Alex Smith played decently. He looked good at times and looked bad at times but was one of the most average QBs in the league. The Chiefs were put on notice and when draft day rolled around, the Chiefs decided to give up a ton to trade from pick 27 to pick 10 with the Bills so they could draft promising young QB Patrick Mahomes. When drafted, the Chiefs plan was to bench Mahomes for the year and have him learn before he was the Chiefs starter. As the summer came to an end and football season was coming, Mahomes was turning heads at Chiefs facilities. In the pre-season, Mahomes looked really really good and there was a ton of hype for him. The Chiefs didn't care and named Alex Smith Chiefs starter week 1. Little did most fans know though that if Smith had a bad game in week 1 against the Patriots, he was likely going to be benched for rookie Mahomes. He didn't. Smith had one of the best games of his career, stunning the Patriots for a whopping on the road. After week 1, Smith kept playing amazing football. Finishing as the leading MVP candidate throughout the first 4 weeks. The Chiefs were at a 4-0 start, best in the league. It went downhill from there. The Chiefs began losing a ton of games. Smith didn't look as fiery and the Chiefs were slipping from the playoff picture. Now we are in late November getting near playoff time and the Chiefs are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Bills. It was one of Smith's worst games of the season sparking an argument if Patrick Mahomes should become starter. Fans whispers turning into screams of hope for Patrick Mahomes. Now I will talk to you about the battle. While Smith is a veteran who knows the Chiefs offense very well and has looked great at times this year, the Chiefs aren't winning games. Once the
best team in the league, the Chiefs now aren't even division favorites anymore as the Chargers are creeping up on them. Smith once had 0 interceptions and now in the last 3 weeks, he's thrown 4 picks. Smith is starting to make bad decisions on the field. But should the Chiefs stick with their experienced starter throughout the rest of the year. Patrick Mahomes does boast a ton of hope. He looked great in pre-season, and has been learning all year on the bench. He also was supposed to be better than Deshaun Watson who looked like the league MVP before tearing his ACL ending his season. Could Mahomes have Watson type success. But there is also the chance that he plays like most rookie QBs and makes bad decisions. It is a tough decision for the Chiefs but Smith has been named starter for this upcoming game and my final take on this is I don't stand by that decision. Mahomes should play. The Chiefs are slipping and Mahomes should be given a shot. He could turn the Chiefs around. I think if Smith plays badly this week, Mahomes will become starter. Mahomes wins this battle at least for me, he should be the starter. If the Chiefs don't make the right pick soon, they could lose the division to the playoff hungry Chargers. Mahomes is the right answer to me.
CAN THE SEAHAWKS PULL OFF THE UPSET AGAINST THE 9 GAME WIN STREAK EAGLES IN SEATTLE THIS WEEK?
The Eagles right now are the best team in the league. Lead by a leading MVP candidate QB and a defense that has been top 3 in the league this year. The Eagles sit 10-1. Top of their division, top of the NFC, top of the league. Last season under almost the exact same team, they went a disappointing 7-9 and looked far from elite. So what changed in a season? After a decent rookie season, Eagles QB Carson Wentz learned a ton this off-season and has become a monsterous QB. He leads the NFL in TD passes and is a leading candidate for MVP. He is the main reason for this Eagles turn around. Also WR Alshon Jeffrey, a free agent signing has played very well. TE Zach Ertz has become a top TE and the Eagles O-line is best in the league. Their D is top 3 in the league. Predictions for the rest of the season for the Eagles look mostly like winning out their schedule, best record in the league, and winning the Super Bowl which is very possible. Now the streaking Eagles face their toughest task yet of the year, beating the Seahawks in their own territory. While it has been easier for teams to win in the loudest NFL stadium this season, it still hasn't been easy. The Redskins barely won and so did the Falcons. Both because of bad field goals. The Seahawks have not blown by every team like the Eagles have so far, their road to week 13 hasn't been as dreamy as the Eagles. A pre-season Super Bowl top contender, the Hawks have had many rough spots on their way to a 7-4 start. A blowout loss in week 1 to the Packers. A disappointing loss to the Titans early on. A heartbreaking loss at
home to the Redskins due to 3 botched field goals by un-clutch K Blair Walsh. And another heartbreaker vs Atlanta at home as K Blair Walsh's field goal came up inches short of the posts. Now the Hawks sit at 7th in the NFC, barely outside of the playoffs looking in. A loss to the streaking Eagles wouldn't end them, but a win would be amazing for them. Our question though is can they pull off the upset. I say possibly. While Carson Wentz is a leading MVP candidate, guess who the other leading MVP candidate is? Seahawks QB Russell Wilson who has been the definition of carrying a team. He has put the entire Seahawks team on his back and carried them. He makes beautiful throws, leads the team in rushing, and puts together amazing comeback drives in the final minutes of games like its easy. The defense has been anything but consistent. The once called "Legion of Boom" is pretty much gone for the year. Star CB Richard Sherman is out for the season and it has proved costly so far. Also S Kam Chancellor is also done for the year which is horrible for the team too. One member remains though, Earl Thomas. He has been what is holding the D together with help from the Hawks awesome pass rush. So the Hawks are far from perfect but at home, they are magical and some of their woes can be put aside. Now lets talk about what the game will look like. I think Eagle QB Carson Wentz will have some trouble in such a hostile location but will end up fareing and I think he will have a decent game but not one to remember. All of the Eagles receivers will be utilized a little bit. The run game won't be much against the Hawks terrifying front 7 but the Eagles offense will manage to fare and score. The Eagles D will be a challenge for Russell Wilson but Wilson has been magical against every D he has played this year and I think he will have a pretty good game. The running game for the Hawks will be nothing except for a few good runs by Wilson like usual. The Hawks pass catchers will be heavily utilized but they will catch a lot of passes from Wilson when he's rolled out in the pocket. Both defenses will play. Eagles D will play better, I say they pick off Wilson once or twice but still get picked apart at times. The Hawks D will give up a lot but make saves at times. I think this one will come down to the wire like most Seahawks games and if I had to predict, I think the Eagles will win but by a small margin and I'm totally not counting the hungry Hawks out. I think this will be the Eagles hardest match-up of the year and they have a chance of losing it.
THE VIKINGS HAVE A TOUGH QB SITUATION, BUT AS LONG AS CASE KEENUM'S HOT HAND CONTINUES, THE VIKINGS WILL RIDE IT
It has been an interesting season so far for the Vikings but whatever they're doing, its working. The Vikings started the year out with predictions for them to do nothing. The Packers and Lions were both division favorites over them and they weren't supposed to have a great season. Now we look back and laugh at that as the Vikings are now 9-2, top of their division by 3+ games and the no. 2 seed in the NFC in a great position to earn a first round playoff BYE. If I told you this, this off-season people wouldn't take it too seriously, but if I told them who was the best offensive player on the team, they would never listen to me again. Vikings QB Case Keenum has been playing out of his mind and is the man behind the Vikings run this season to become the first team to ever play in their home stadium in the Super Bowl. To start out the year, the Vikes' had 3 QBs. Starter Sam Bradford, injured QB Teddy Bridgewater, and random veteran signing Case Keenum. Keenum's career was thought to be over. He played half the season as the Rams starting QB last year and played like garbage. He looked horrible. A few weeks into this season when QB Sam Bradford went down with an injury, Vikings fans were ready for another lost season when laughing stock Case Keenum went out as QB. Weeks later, no one laughs when Keenum comes onto the field, we just prepare ourselves to watch the opposing defenses get picked apart. Keenum has rebooted his career with the Vikings and leaves the Vikings with an impossible decision by the end of the season. Keep Keenum or keep Bridgewater. 2476 yards, 14 TDs, and 5 INTs are Keenum's stats so far this year. He has looked so good.
Meanwhile Bridgewater hasn't played a game since the 2015 playoffs. He has missed a year and a half with a terrible ACL tear and some thought the young star would never play again. Now Bridgewater is back and suited up and ready to play, but there is one last obstacle, Case Keenum. Bridgewater would come back and be the Vikings starter again if Keenum didn't keep playing so well. Until Keenum slows down, Bridgewater won't see the field. The Vikings are on a hot streak right now and are in prime position to make a playoff run especially if they can keep winning and wrap their hands around a first round BYE. Slowly the Vikings have crept into playoff position and are now a top team in the league and have a chance at maybe even the no. 1 seed in the NFC. They will ride Keenum's hot hand until it slows down, and they may be riding it all the way to the Super Bowl! This off-season, all 3 of the Vikings QBs hit free agency. Who will they re-sign? Many questions on the Vikings to be answered in the next few months...
CAN THE CHARGERS CONTINUE WINNING AND FLY INTO THE PLAYOFFS?
One last discussion I have for today is about the Chargers. After starting 0-4 to the season, almost everyone wrote the Chargers off including me. Phillip Rivers looked old, the D wasn't playing as well as it should, and it didn't look possible for the Chargers to do anything. Now as I write this, the Chargers are 5-6, coming off back to back huge victories and are surging their way into December right before playoff time. While the Chargers record is still below .500, over the next 2 weeks, the surging Chargers can change that. This week, the Chargers face the 0-11 winless Browns which should be a whopping to fly them into 6-6. The week after they play the offensive force Redskins but since the Chargers O has been on such a streak lately and their D has found themselves, they will win that game too and go over .500 at 7-6. Meanwhile in the next 2 weeks, their main rival Chiefs play the Jets and Raiders which could be 2 losses that could but them a 6-7, under .500 and giving the Chargers a lead in the division. Even if they don't lose those games, the Chargers still have a great
shot at the playoffs. I look at the Chargers remaining schedule Browns, Redskins, Chiefs, Jets, and Raiders and I can see them winning out. That would put them at 10-6 and they could potentially win their division with that record or easily get a wildcard with the low competition level of the AFC wildcard teams. Lately the Chargers O has clicked. Phillip Rivers isn't playing like he's old. Keenan Allen has been a top 2 receiver in the league over the last 2 weeks. Melvin Gordon is a top RB. Also the Chargers D has played elite top 10. A great CB area, and maybe the best pass rush tandem in the league. They have been causing mayhem for teams and I am rooting for them. I think they deserve to make the playoffs. They have been on such a tear lately and I think it will continue and if they do make the playoffs, I expect them to win at least a game. I think it could end up being pretty scary facing the Chargers in the playoffs. FUN FACT, the only team ever to start 0-4 and make the playoffs in NFL history was the 1992 Chargers. Now the 2017 Chargers may be able to do the same thing.
Thanks for reading this long discussion article. I hope you enjoyed because it took awhile.

NEWS/WHAT WENT DOWN:
-Vikings keep streak going, win another. Becoming a top seed in NFC. Detroit has good game but falls
-Chargers finding their way back into the playoff race, looking like playoff contenders after holding off flailing Cowboys lead by Dak Prescott who can't find a groove without Zeke
-Redskins offense looking good as they brush off Giants who are now eliminated from making the playoffs mathematically
-Falcons holding on in playoff race, pull away in end and put away Bucs comeback tries. Julio Jones monster 250+ receiving yard game, 2 TDs
-Joe Mixon leads Bengals to easy win vs Browns who are now 0-11 and are mathematically eliminated from playoffs. Its looking like they may actually go 0-16
-Titans win lopsided game, looks like they will make playoffs despite rough play. Colts almost win
-Bills play well and knock Chiefs off once again. Chiefs season slipping away as they are falling from the AFC playoff race. Should Alex Smith be benched for rookie first round pick Patrick Mahomes? Debate is sparking. If you ask me, I say yes
-Patriots have another commanding win as Rob Gronkowski, Dion Lewis star
-Panthers hold on in the end and win thanks to Luke Kuechly's defensive help. Panthers now tied with Saints in lead of NFC South with win. Saints have tiebreaker though but Panthers could change that if they beat the Saints coming up. Jets WR Robby Anderson has huge 100+ receiving yard, 2 TD game
-Eagles win another game by a big margin. Become first double digit win team at 10-1. Look like the easily best team in the league. Bears looked bad. Eagles have a fun match-up next week against the Seahawks. They have better chances of winning but it should be a great game
-Seahawks easily brush off 49ers. K Blair Walsh missed another field goal early. He should be cut. 49ers eliminated from playoffs. New QB Jimmy Garopollo plays in the end of the game for an injured CJ Beathard, looked good throwing a TD. Will be hard for coach to resist starting him next week against the exploitable Bears
-Raiders take early lead. Broncos second year QB Paxton Lynch looks bad. Injures ankle and will be out 2-6 weeks. Broncos CB Aquib Talib and Raiders WR Michael Crabtree get in another fight, both ejected and suspended next 2 games by NFL
-Rams pull out of a important NFC playoff game. Rams win helps them fight off Seahawks to keep hold of the NFC West. Division deciding game in Seattle looming. Saints RB Alvin Kamara looks great in the loss.
-Cardinals take early lead, hold defensive starring Jaguars to embarrassing loss. Cardinals rookie TE Ricky Seals-Jones has second straight good game
-Steelers hold off Packers who have surprisingly good game. Big Ben and Antonio Brown both have great games once again. Packers QB Brett Hundley looked great in the game and they barely loss what would have been one of the biggest upsets of the year
-Ravens win lopsided game as they strengthen their playoff case. Ravens look like they could make the playoffs with the lack of talent in the lower half of the AFC. Texans looked cooked.

Winners of the Week, Week 11
Hi, here is my weekly winners of the week post:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers
Statline: 12 receptions, 159 yards, 2 TDs
What a way to bounce back. Allen has been slow this season but he looked like the true WR1 he's supposed to be this week as the Chargers whopped the Bills. Allen went off! First of all, 12 receptions in an insane amount. When a player ends with 6 receptions in seems like he's getting the ball every play, but multiply that by 2 and you realize Allen had one of the best receiving games of the year. Allen was used as a huge threat this past week for the Chargers and this might mean the Chargers could be trending upward if Allen can play like this. Keenan Allen had a bounce back week that lead him to over 10 catches, 150+ yards, and 2 TDs. A dream game for any player, especially a WR. His efforts win him his first player of the week award on my blog.
TEAM OF THE WEEK: New Orleans Saints (8-2)
Final Score: Saints 34, Redskins 31 (OT)
The Saints look like a top 5 Super Bowl contender and they have finally won their first team of the week award on my blog. The Saints had a great game. Playing a hot Redskins team, they knew they would have to play well to win and they DID! The Saints won their 8th game in a row. At one point, they were down 16, then they came back in the end to beat the Redskins in overtime and secure their 8th in a row. Their offense played awesome. Drew Brees is still playing like an elite QB even though some say he is regressing with his age. The Mark Ingram, Alvin Kamara one two punch has no questioned become the best RB duo in the league. Ingram capitalizing on the ground and Kamara doing the same but adding an asset in the passing game. Their D played as well as it has this year too. Even though they did let up a big start for the Redskins, they contained them in the end and ended with a decent performance. The sky is the limit for the white hot Saints and I think its time we not only start calling them Super Bowl contenders, but my blogs TEAM OF THE WEEK!
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Antonio Brown, WR, Steelers: 144 yards, 3 TDs
Brandin Cooks, WR, Patriots: 149 yards, 1 TD
Tyler Lockett, Kick Returner/WR, Seahawks: 197 kickoff return yards, 37 yards receiving
Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Steelers: 299 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs passing
Kenny Stills, WR, Dolphins: 7 rec, 180 yards, 1 TD
TEAM OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
New York Giants (2-8)
Philadelphia Eagles (9-1)
Atlanta Falcons (6-4)
Los Angeles Chargers (4-6)
Minnesota Vikings (8-2)
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Winner List: Week 1 Kareem Hunt RB Chiefs, Week 2 Tom Brady QB Patriots, Week 3 Odell Beckham Jr. WR Giants, Weeks 4 & 5 Deshaun Watson QB Texans, Week 6 Adrian Peterson RB Cardinals, Week 7 Eddie Jackson S Bears, Week 8 Russell Wilson QB Seahawks, Week 9 T.Y. Winners of the Week, Week 10
Hi, here are my weekly winners of the week. Some quick news that the Seahawks sign CB Byron Maxwell:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Adrian Clayborn, DE, Falcons
Statline: 6 sacks, 2 forced fumbles
A player that I have never mentioned once on my blog just had maybe the best single performance of any player yet this year. Clayborn record 6 sacks. I can't even explain how INSANE that is. 6 sacks is how much some players get in a single season. 4 sacks is considered an insane game, but 6, thats the most in SO long. Most NFL star DEs get 1-2 sacks per game, Clayborn just went out and got 6! I can't even with how crazy that is. Also he forced 2 fumbles. Could it get any crazier. 6 sacks and forced the Cowboys to fumble twice. The Falcons and Cowboys were both almost even on the predictions for who would win, but the Falcons ending up destroying because of Clayborn. Clayborn just went out and had the craziest single player performance of the season and most of you probably have never even heard of him. I knew his name but not much about him, now Clayborn is suddenly the player of the week on my blog.
TEAM OF THE WEEK: Carolina Panthers (7-3)
Final Score: Panthers 45, Dolphins 21
While the Dolphins aren't a great team and can make a lot of teams just look good, the Panthers looked like their 2015-16 selfs again. Cam Newton played like an MVP again. He ended up with 4 TDs. He could lead the Panthers to a playoff run if he keeps playing like he did. The receiving core looked good. Cam Newton is finding his new WR1 without Kelvin Benjamin in Devin Funchess and I like it. He's looking like a stud. RB Christian McCaffrey had a nice 2 TD performance and is starting to find his role in this offense as the pass catching back. He is versatile and the Panthers are starting to find out how to use him. The Panthers D looked good too. They held the Dolphins O off and held them to 21 points. I was impressed by the Panthers and even though it could be a fluke playing against a bad team. They are currently sitting at 7-3 and at the 5th out of 6 NFC playoff seeds. With a divisional game against the Saints looming, they will need to keep playing how they are playing if they want a shot at leapfrogging the Saints and potentially getting a first round BYE seed. The Panthers had a great game and are coming together. They are my blogs team of the week!

Winners of the Week, Week 9
Hi, my weekly winners of the week post is here. Some quick news that the Packers cut TE Martellus Bennett and Vikings activate QB Teddy Bridgewater and put QB Sam Bradford on injury reserve. Here is the post:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts
Statline: 5 rec, 175 yards, 2 TDs receiving
I'm stupid. This past week in fantasy football, I play in an 8 person league meaning that some of our teams are loaded and so is the free agency waiver wire. I did an under the radar trade trading my bench Eagles WR Nelson Agholor for Colts WR TY Hilton. I then benched Hilton and later that week, Chargers WR Keenan Allen became available on the waiver wire and so I added him and dropped Hilton. Of course, Hilton then goes on to have the best game of the season. Anyways, TY went off! The Colts WR rebounded from the slump he's been having for most of the season posting an insane game. Hilton had 5 catches for 175 yards and 2 TDs! That's a really good game for a receiver. Not only was that a ton of yards, but one of Hilton's plays was INSANE! Hilton caught the ball, began running, fell over. Everyone thought the play was over but then Hilton got up and ran into the endzone for a TD. It turns out no one had touched him meaning he wasn't down by contact meaning his insane 80 yard receiving TD counted. Hilton embarassed the Texans D just like a week before Seahawks WR Paul Richardson did. They are becoming exploitable and Hilton is the most recent WR to expose them. Hilton had a huge game that not many WR's have done this season. Hilton looked elite again and is becoming big help for young QB Jacoby Brissett who is starting to get the Colts under control in his first NFL starting season. Hilton had a great game and out of nowhere is my blogs player of the week!
TEAM OF THE WEEK: Philadelphia Eagles (8-1)
Final Score: Eagles 51, Broncos 23
The Eagles have the best record in the NFL but are yet to win my blogs team of the week award, this week, they finally cash in for their first team of the week on my blog of the season. The Eagles looked better than ever this week and are starting to look like a dominant force in the NFL. Carson Wentz right now looks like the best QB in the NFL. In his second year, he is becoming an elite QB and since he's so young, he could be a force in the NFL for the next decade or two. Wentz had a great game. Eagles WR Alshon Jeffrey had his second great game in a row and is starting to find his place in the offense. Carson Wentz is starting to find him a lot more lately. Eagles RBs had a field day. New addition RB Jay Ajayi was supposed to have a limited role in his first game, he did but went off still. 78 yards and his first TD of the season. He had an insane 40+ yard TD scamper that looked really good but also showed off the Eagles no. 1 ranked O-line. Rookie RB Corey Clement had a 3 TD game. 2 rushing, one receiving. The offense played great. The defense also was great. They held off Brock Osweiler from having a great first game starting in Denver. They brought the pressure. Overall the Eagles team looks amazing and their latest game really showed it. The best team in the league has won their first team of the week award from my blog!
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Jared Goff, QB, Rams: 311 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs passing
Carson Wentz, QB, Eagles: 199 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs passing
Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints: 68 yards, 1 TD rushing, 84 yards, 1 TD receiving
Adrian Peterson, RB, Cardinals: 37 rush attempts, 159 yards rushing
Jordan Jenkins, LB, Jets: 2 sacks, 1 forced fumble
TEAM OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Los Angeles Rams (6-2)
Washington Redskins (4-4)
Indianapolis Colts (3-6)
Dallas Cowboys (5-3)
Carolina Panthers (6-3)
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Winner List: Week 1 Kareem Hunt RB Chiefs, Week 2 Tom Brady QB Patriots, Week 3 Odell Beckham Jr. WR Giants, Weeks 4 & 5 Deshaun Watson QB Texans, Week 6 Adrian Peterson RB Cardinals, Week 7 Eddie Jackson S Bears, Week 8 Russell Wilson QB Seahawks, Week 9 T.Y. Hilton WR Colts
