2 Players You Don't Know Who Have Changed NFL History

Hi, today I am posting about some players you probably don't know played that changed the NFL in a big way. Some crazy things happened today. Browns release amazing wide receiver Josh Gordon. Bills place star receiver Sammy Watkins on IR, should probably be out for the year. Here it is:

John Lynch, Former Broncos Safety:
In week 17 a few years back, the Broncos were playing the Chargers. Saints legendary QB Drew Brees was then on the Chargers. Near the back of their own endzone, the Chargers snapped the ball and Drew Brees dropped back and looked for open receivers. John Lynch ran in and forced a fumble on Drew Brees. Brees was an AMAZING QB for the Chargers and he was ready to take his team to the playoffs and the Super Bowl. The Chargers were already out of the playoffs so it was a meaningless fumble but Brees jumped for it anyway. He hurt his arm and 2nd year QB at the time Phillip Rivers stepped in to play. After the season the Chargers didn't re-sign the injured Brees and the Saints signed him. Rivers was the Chargers starter the next season and to this day. Brees took command of his new offense quickly and after a few seasons he lead the Saints to a Super Bowl win. Brees set a lot of records that are still held by him to this day. Meanwhile Phillip Rivers was amazing on the Chargers and also set records their too. Both QB's will be hall of famers and are amazing, but without John Lynch, Brees would still be slinging balls in San Diego and no one would have ever even known Phillip Rivers.

Mo Lewis, Former Jets Linebacker:
In the second game of the 2001 NFL season, the Patriots were playing the Jets. The Patriots had great QB Drew Bledsoe, it looked like he was taking the Patriots to the playoffs. In this game, Bledsoe on a random play rolled out and ran. He was hit by Mo Lewis and injured. Surefire future hall of fame QB Tom Brady came in and played for the first time. He was amazing and lead the Patriots to the Super Bowl. When Bledsoe came back, Brady was the new starter and he still is to this day. Brady is probably the best QB in NFL history. Without Mo Lewis, its possible that Bledsoe could have been thought of as the best QB in NFL history if he kept on doing what he had been doing. If Lewis wasn't in the the league, Brady could have gone his whole career as a backup and no one would ever know the true talent behind him.

How Far Will Each Un-defeated Team Go?

Hi, today I am posting about how long I think each NFL team that is un-defeated right now will stay undefeated. NFL.com did this too. Some quick news that Seahawks sign veteran RB C.J. Spiller. Also the Browns prized WR Josh Gordon won't come back in week 5, he is taking time off for rehab and won't be in for a little while. Here is the teams:

BRONCOS:
The Broncos have done well the first 3 weeks. Trevor Siemian has looked like a great answer at QB even throwing 4 TDs last game. The D has looked as dominate as ever lead by Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller. They will stay undefeated awhile. An away game @ the Buccaneers could right away put them at 3-1 but I say they beat Tampa by a field goal or something but not by much. They win the next three games vs. Falcons, Chargers, and Texans to go 7-0. Then they play the Raiders which will be a tough game but they will edge them out for 8-0. Playing the Saints will be there last un-defeated week, they will win that game but then go 9-1 finally faltering against the Chiefs. The Broncos will be a playoff team also. The Broncos will stay un-defeated until 9-0.

EAGLES:
A surprising 3-0 start with a rookie QB won't last for long. The Eagles somehow beat out the heavily favored Steelers last week and won both of their first 2 games. Their D is looking GREAT and Carson Wentz is playing well with the decent receivers on the team. If the Eagles can incorporate Dorian Green-Beckham into the mix more they would be even better. The Eagles face the Lions but they will win that game to go to 4-0. They will go to 5-0 beating the Redskins in a divisional match-up. Then their first loss will come from fellow un-defeated team, the Minnesota Vikings. The Eagles will still have a great season but they will only be 5-0 before taking their first L. They will be a playoff team probably winning their own division. LONGEST UNDEFEATED RECORD: 5-0

VIKINGS:
Somehow without their franchise QB and their future hall of famer the Vikings have made it to 3-0. Their D blasted off this year and is now the no. 1 D in the league at the moment. New QB Sam Bradford has looked like an amazing addition, he is super great in the offense. WR Stefon Diggs is looking really good also. The Vikings have a pretty easy schedule but in the super close future the Vikings could take their first loss this coming week against the Giants who play pretty well against hard teams. They will win though and go to 4-0. The Vikings will then roll over the next 3 teams they play in the Texans, Eagles, and Bears to get to 7-0. They will win the next 2 games against the Lions and the Redskins to get to 9-0 but their first loss will come in week 10 to the Cardinals. 9-1 will be their record but if they can beat the Cardinals it is super possible they could go 16-0 un-defeated. They will be a number 1 seeded playoff team. LONGEST UNDEFEATED RECORD: 9-0

PATRIOTS:
The Patriots have gone to a surprising 3-0 start with backup and third string QB's in and their best pass catcher gone. The Patriots were predicted to start out 2-2 before starting QB Tom Brady comes back but the Patriots beat 3 of the 4 teams and its looking like they will win this upcoming game against the Bills. Their D is playing pretty well and LeGarrette Blount is looking like a great RB. The receivers are playing great and free agent signing Martellus Bennett is also playing GREAT! This coming week the Patriots are playing the Bills and even though the Bills are looking great this year, the Patriots have done some crazy stuff. They will take that win and go 4-0 and then their man Brady will be back. Brady will help A LOT!! The Patriots will then bulldoze their next 2 match-ups vs the Browns, and Bengals. Against the Steelers will be tough but they will take the W to get to 7-0. The Patriots will then beat the Bills again and go into their BYE week 8-0. They will come back with their toughest match-up of the year. A super bowl 49 rematch Vs. the Seahawks. This will be a close game but the Patriots are bound to falter at some point and the Seahawks would probably be the team to do so. The Patriots will go 8-0 before their first loss but if they beat the Seahawks they would probably get to 10-0 before losing to the Jets in New York or losing in week 15 vs the Broncos in Denver where they always seem to lose(they lost to the Broncos twice last year). The Patriots will probably be the number 1 seeded playoff team in the AFC. LONGEST UNDEFEATED RECORD:  8-0

RAVENS:
Last (and probably the least), the Ravens. I honestly don't know how they are 3-0. They have had some easy matches and this coming week 4 they could right away take their first loss to the dream killing Raiders. They are bound to be the first team to take the first L.

Thanks for reading and I hope you're favorite team wins a lot of games! My starts and sits post will be up soon.

Week 3 Wrap-Up WHAT WENT DOWN

Hi, here is my week 3 wrap-up plus news:
SCORES:

Texans @ Patriots: Patriots 27, Texans 0
Cardinals @ Bills: Bills 33, Cardinals 18
Vikings @ Panthers: Vikings 22, Panthers 10
Broncos @ Bengals: Bengals 17, Broncos 29
Lions @ Packers: Lions 27, Packers 34
Ravens @ Jaguars: Ravens 19, Jaguars 17
Browns @ Dolphins: Browns 24, Dolphins 30
Redskins @ Giants: Redskins 29, Giants 27
Raiders @ Titans: Raiders 17, Titans 10
49ers @ Seahawks: 49ers 18, Seahawks 37
Rams @ Buccaneers: Rams 37, Buccaneers 32
Chargers @ Colts: Chargers 22, Colts 26
Jets @ Chiefs: Chiefs 24, Jets 3
Steelers @ Eagles: Eagles 34, Steelers 3
Bears @ Cowboys: Bears 17, Cowboys 31
Falcons @ Saints: Falcons 45, Saints 32
WHAT WENT DOWN:
What a week! Lets start off by listing the few undefeated teams left in the league: Ravens, Patriots, Eagles, Vikings, and Broncos. Next week the un-defeated Eagles have a BYE week so they will stay un-defeated but will some of the other no loss teams take their first L. It's likely that the Ravens will fall to 3-1 vs the Raiders. The Texans were heavily favored to win this week and somehow with a 3rd string QB and their best pass catcher (ROB GRONKOWSKI) out, they shutout the Texans. The Vikings also had a surprising win where their surprisingly good defense and their injured up offense won. Sam Bradford is looking great in Minnesota and the absence of Adrian Peterson didn't seem to matter. Right now the Vikings have the no. 1 D in the league ahead of the no. 2 Eagles and no. 3 Broncos. Trevor Siemian is looking like a great choice at starting QB by throwing 4 TD's and a bunch of yards to get the Broncos to 3-0 on the favored Bengals. Matthew Stafford and Aaron Rodgers both had great games but Rodgers barely edged out Stafford's team for the win. Surprisingly the Ravens took out my playoff bet the Jaguars to go 3-0 even with a not amazing team. The Jaguars are still in the playoff race in my opinion so don't worry Jags fans. Odell Beckham vs. Josh Norman was as entertaining as it was last time and even though the Redskins won the game, Odell Beckham won the battle while putting up 120+ yards. The Raiders Vs. Titans game wasn't as high scoring as it was thought to be even though DeMarco Murray had yet ANOTHER great game. He is making a comeback like I said he would. 49ers Vs. Seahawks featured the Seahawks finally looking like their old selves. Christine Michael had a great game rushing. Jimmy Graham had a TD and a lot of yards, Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett were the speedy, catching almost everything receivers, and the D looked better than ever. Russell Wilson had a great game but got injured on a play, was out for a play, came back in for a play and then sat on the sideline. He looked fine but there is a chance he won't play against the Jets next week. Carlos Hyde was really good on the 49ers. Jameis Winston had a great game like he did in week 1 and the Rams some how edged the Bucs out. Jared Goff doesn't even come to mind much anymore. Todd Gurley played like he did last year finally when he won Rookie of the Year. The Chiefs won by a GREAT defensive game. The D had 6 interceptions that included to pick 6's and 2 fumble recoveries. If you had them in fantasy like I happily did you enjoyed a 32 point week for them. Ryan Fitzpatrick looked terrible and after the game the Jets coach Todd Bowles got mad at the team. Some news also for the Jets is they signed former really good Bucs tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins who could see some serious targets sharing the field with Brandon Marshall, Quincy Enunwa, and Eric Decker. He is the starting tight end and he should be good! The Eagles surprisingly crushed the heavily favored Steelers to one of their worst losses ever and showed that they are playoff material. Rookie QB Carson Wentz is looking like a great fit. The Bears sadly lost Jeremy Langford to an injury that will side-line him for 4-6 weeks. I don't know when staring QB Jay Cutler will be back. Dak Prescott had a great game and passed for his first career TD, he will be the starter when Tony Romo comes back I think. The Falcons Saints game was a great running attack from the Falcons spotlighting both Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman, they both scored 25 or more points in fantasy. Matt Ryan was good too. This coming week get ready for Steelers star running back Le'Veon Bell to be back after his completing his 3 game suspension. Also Texans star DE J.J. Watt re-injures his back and will be out for a while, possibly the season!...Raiders cut amazing pro bowl fullback Marcel Reece. Bears sign ex-Lions running back Joquie Bell.
Thanks for reading it was a great week and I will have posts coming soon!

Winners of the Week, Week 3 Edition

Hi, I know everyone wants the weekly wrap-up and I will be posting that tomorrow but I am starting something new called Winners of the Week. Every week I will pick one player and one team who I think played very well and feature them in the post. At the end of the season I will count up how many times a player or team was featured if they were on more than once and they will become my player and team of the year. Also you can vote for a player and/or team in the comments and I will see who wins that if they get votes. Thanks for reading and here are my winners of the week:

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Marvin Jones, WR, Lions: Jones had an insane, breakout week. The former Bengals receiver who was bought in free-agency by the Lions is looking like money well spent. He had 6 receptions for a whopping 205 yards and 2 TD's! CRAZY! IN standard fantasy leagues he put up 32 fantasy points. This is crazy because he isn't even the number 1 wide receiver on the team behind Golden Tate. It looks like Jones will get a bump up in receptions in the future and he could in time become the no. 1 receiver on the team. Tomorrow when you can add players, snatch Jones up right away if he is on the waiver wire. He is a WR2/FLEX from now on and I think he is really good. Jones gets the player of the week award this week!

TEAM OF THE WEEK: Eagles (3-0):
My team of the week this time is the Eagles. The Eagles had a surprising 2-0 start even with a rookie QB and a new coach plus as one of the worst teams last year. People thought they weren't really in the playoff race but then they took down the 2-0 Steelers who are heavily favored to make a deep playoff run. The Eagles didn't just win, they crushed. They held the Steelers to one of their worst losses in the last decade with a 35-3 win. Rookie QB Carson Wentz dominated the offense while the D worked great together to hold the no. 1 offense in the league to 0 TD's! The Eagles are now winning their division and are coming on to a BYE week. Get the rest and then go back out and make the playoffs! They are headed for the playoffs!

Thanks for reading and I will have my wrap-up of the week post coming tomorrow probably.

Week 3 Fantasy Starts

Hi, today I'm doing my fantasy starts of the week. Here they are:

Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants: Shepard has had double digit games the last 2 weeks and its time for him to just go crazy and get more than both of those weeks. Playing the Redskins will give him the chance. Most may say, Odell will get all of the targets vs. an easy Redskins D. But remember, Odell's biggest rival, star cornerback Josh Norman is now on the Redskins and he forced Odell to a bad game and a suspension when the 2 faced last year. While the 2 are getting caught up in a fight, easy corners will be guarding Shepard and Eli Manning will get Shepard the ball. It will be a good week for Shepard. He is a WR2/FLEX.

Texans Defense: The Texans D are set for another good week. They have had a 10 point week and a 15 point week last week and playing against the Patriots, its a good possibility that they'll get a lot of points again because with rookie QB Jacoby Brissett starting for the Patriots, he doesn't really know what he's doing, he will make a lot of stupid mistakes which will result in a lot of points for the defense. Get them in your lineup right away.

Matt Ryan, QB, Falcons: No one may have noticed, but in standard leagues, Matt Ryan has scored the most points of any QB and is ranked the no. 1 QB right now in fantasy. Its only been 2 weeks so that's going to change pretty soon, but this week should be a field day for Ryan. He has scored 24 and 27 the last 2 weeks but this week he is going up against the worst defense in the league in the Saints D. He should have a 30 point or better week. He is your elite starting QB this week so pick him up off the waiver wire right away and put him in.

Isiah Crowell, RB, Browns: Crowell is a sleeper but it will payoff. Crowell had a pretty great week 1 scoring 10 or 11 points. Then week 2 he took off having a 25 point game that included an 80+ yard rushing TD. We can see Crowell is getting into a groove plus with starting QB Josh McCown out for the game and rookie QB Cody Kessler starting he will be looking to hand the ball off a lot because he won't be used to all of the pressure in the NFL in his debut. Crowell will get all of those handoffs and vs. an easy Dolphins D, he should have another great week and start becoming a top running back. Also since no. 1 WR Corey Coleman is out for the game, that makes it even better. Every sign is pointing to Crowell having a good game. Crowell is an RB2/FLEX

Will Fuller, WR, Texans: Fuller is secretly having a breakout rookie season. Fuller has scored at least 10 points in both of the first weeks and against an easy Patriots defense, he should be good again. Fuller gets a lot of yards and so if he finally scores a TD he will have tons of points. Fuller will get targeted a lot because DeAndre Hopkins will be watched by Malcolm Butler, the top corner on the team. Hopkins is also a great start because Malcolm Butler isn't even THAT good. Fuller is a FLEX play.

Thanks for reading and I will have my sits post out soon.

LaQuan McGowan

Hi, people might be confused to the name of this post but I am writing this about an undrafted free agent who is avaliable right now that I feel like could be a really good player and teams he could fit in with well.

LaQuan McGowan is not the average tight end that you would think. Most tight ends are bigger than most players but normally they are not 400 POUNDS! Thats right, McGowan is 400 pounds. Some teams might think that is risky, playing with such a big player but I think he could be good. If you watch his highlights you will see that McGowan just can't get tackled. In one of his touchdown catches a defender jumped at his leg and barely did anything to him. McGowan would be so hard to get down, that is why he could be good. Also he used to play O-lineman which means if a team had an injured lineman they could just convert McGowan from tight end to O-lineman. McGowan could also be a more blocking tight end. Also he is 6'7 which makes it tough for a corner to jump up and swat the ball from him. McGowan is the complete package and I think a team should sign him. Now I am going to talk about some teams he could fit in well with. The Seahawks are the first team that come to mind. They have one of the worst O-lines in the NFL if not THE worst. Plus Russell Wilson always likes having good targets. McGowan could play as a great blocking tight end and make catches when the Hawks need a clutch play. Jimmy Graham gets hurt a lot and McGowan could be a great backup for when Graham is gone. Another team that could be good is the Lions. QB Matthew Stafford LOVES passing the ball and with hall of fame WR Calvin Johnson retired, the Lions next best target is Golden Tate who isn't great. Lions tight end Eric Ebron gets hurt way to often and McGowan could be their reliable guy to help out when Ebron is hurt. The Lions run game hasn't been great lately and McGowan could block pretty much anyone. He would look great in a Lions jersey. McGowan is also surprisingly fast which is a great quality to have in the NFL. He is bound to play in the NFL at some point and when he does, watch out. LaQuan McGowan will be the face you see in the endzone on TV the most.
Here are some highlight videos for LaQuan McGowan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-rmC48v9-c

My New Super Bowl Pick

Hi, I have a new SB pick in and here it is:

MY SB PICK: NFC SEAHAWKS VS AFC COLTS:

This is my new pick. Hear me out. I know the Seahawks have had a bad start but the team gets into rythm as the season goes on and the Seahawks have a great defense and a great offense. Russell Wilson always seems to start out bad but then lead his team to the playoffs and with an easy schedule, it shouldn't be too hard for the Hawks to win some games, there are only tough match-ups left on the schedule already are Vs. the Patriots, Rams, Cardinals 2 times, Jets, and Packers and its only week 2. Tyler Lockett is looking great at receiver and Thomas Rawls and Christine Michael seem to make a good running back duo. The O-line needs some help but the Hawks can do it. The Colts are on the other hand 0-2. Not a great start to the season put they will pick up as the season goes on. Andrew Luck had a monster week 1, making everyone believe in the Colts. In my fantasy league Luck went from the trading block to untouchable. He is the leader of the team and is probably the biggest reason I think they will make it. They have a great young receiving core in T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief, and Phillip Dorsett who are all play makers. They have pretty good tight ends, Dwayne Allen is a good target and in week 1 Jack Doyle proved to be pretty good with 2 TD catches. Running back is okay, the have Frank Gore who had a few good weeks last year but his prime is behind him, the Colts will likely have a new running back soon. The O-line is GREAT! The defense is not. Aside from Vontae Davis and maybe D'Qwell Jackson, the D is not great. They have a few players who used to be stars but are now sort of washed up like Trent Cole, Antonio Cromartie, Robert Mathis. Their D can do it though, it wasn't much better when the Colts made it to the AFC championship. The two teams can totally edge out their conferences and make it to Houston for SB51. I predict the NFC and AFC championships will feature, Seahawks Vs. Panthers and Colts Vs. Jaguars.

WHAT HAPPENED:
Here is some of the big highlights of the week. Patriots new QB Jimmy Garapollo who is stepping in for Tom Brady during his 4 game suspension injured his right shoulder, should miss some time. Patriots put in rookie Jacoby Brissett. Sam Bradford has a great game and leads Vikings to a win. WR Stefon Diggs has a great game catching a lot of Sam Bradford's passes. Seahawks have terrible game, Russell Wilson has bad game and when the Seahawks had a chance to win, they lost it with a facemask call and a fumble. Vikings star RB Adrian Peterson suffered potiential season ending ankle injury, more news coming soon. Aaron Rodgers has a terrible game and loses the game. Giants Vs. Saints game which was supposed to be a blowout but ended up being super low scoring, Odell Beckham playing not so great, same with Saints receiver Brandin Cooks who had an AMAZING week 1. Arian Foster suffered a groin injury in game yesterday and his status is in question right now. Dak Prescott has a great game vs Redskins, even rushing for a TD himself. Josh Norman didn't cover Dez Bryant surprisingly. Von Miller leads the Broncos with an awesome win. Andrew Luck plays decent. Thomas Rawls comes back but doesn't play very well, then leaves game with what seems to be a minor injury. Jimmy Graham was back and had some great catches today too. Tyler Lockett has a great game.
Thanks for reading and I hope your fantasy teams did well. I won in 2 of my 3 fantasy leagues so I'm feeling pretty good. Be sure to watch the game tomorrow night.

Week 2 Fantasy Starts and Sits

Hi, week 1 is over and its already time for week 2. I'm going to dive right into the starts:

Brandin Cooks, WR, Saints: Cooks is going to be one of the best players in this league. Last week he lead all receivers with 27 points. He is pass happy Drew Brees' favorite target and he is one of the fastest players in the league. Cooks also set a new team record this season with the longest score in team history catching and running a 98 yard touchdown. Cooks is a WR1/WR2 that can easily destroy the Giants corners even though they are good.

DeMarco Murray, RB, Titans: Murray had an excellent kickoff to his season scoring 17 points in regular leagues. Murray was used as more of a pass catcher but this week watch him score A LOT of points. Murray can destroy defenses with his great O-line. Murray is a low end RB1 but a great RB2/FLEX.

Eli Manning, QB, Giants: Manning is set for a good week. After leading the Giants to a week 1 victory, Manning is set for another great week. The Saints D was the worst in the league last year and they still don't have any corners which will make it hard to contain top 2 WR Odell Beckham Jr. And company. When Manning and the Giants faced the Saints last year Manning scored a crazy 38 points in standard leagues! That's insane! Odell Beckham should have a 2 TD game and Manning will throw for a lot of touchdowns. Also another start is Saints QB Drew Brees.

SLEEPER: Jack Doyle, TE, Colts: Okay, you might not want to start the no. 2 TE on the Colts, Jack Doyle, but if you're looking for a risk, Doyle could do great. Last week Doyle was the no. 1 tight end in the league but that was because he caught two TD passes from Andrew Luck. Doyle is a huge risk if you are starting him but it COULD really pay off if he has another week like last week. Doyle won't be covered by no. 1 defenders because starting TE Dwayne Allen will get them. Again, Doyle could have a great week but he is a risk so don't be mad at me if he scores one point this week because I said its a risk.

SITS:

Russell Wilson, QB, Seahawks: Wilson is playing against the Rams despite injuring his ankle in the the last game. Wilson didn't play great week 1 even though the Seahawks won. Give Wilson this week to recover and then put him in next week. Plus the Rams always for some reason give the Seahawks trouble so I wouldn't start Wilson for that reason also.

Broncos Defense: Sure they're the best D in the league, but there going up against one of the best offenses in the league. The Colts QB Andrew Luck had a down year last year, being hurt for most of it, but now he is back and better than ever, last week he threw for a bunch of touchdowns and 35 fantasy points in most fantasy leagues. Luck and his pass happy offense will be a challenge for the Broncos D, boasting WR's T.Y. Hilton and Donte Moncrief and TE's Dwayne Allen and breakout Jack Doyle. The Broncos D should not be in your lineup this week.

Julian Edleman, WR, Patriots: Edleman is one of the most overrated players in this league. He wasn't AMAZING last week and with Jimmy Garapollo at QB, who knows what will happen. Edleman and his Patriots are up against the seemingly easy Dolphins but they put the Seahawks in trouble last week and almost took the game. Edleman is not a great bet for this week.

Thanks for reading and I hope you're fantasy teams do well.

Steelers @ Redskins: Steelers 38, Redskins 16
Rams @ 49ers: STILL TO COME! (will have a post about that tomorrow)

PLAYER NEWS: Browns QB Robert Griffin III added to injured reserve after getting a terrible
shoulder injury, Griffin should be out for 8 weeks or possibly the whole season! Josh McCown will probably be the Browns starter from now on. Chargers no. 1 receiver Keenan Allen suffered an ACL tear which ended his season right at the start. Seahawks QB Russell Wilson played pretty well but hurt his ankle and could be out for week 2. Titans RB DeMarco Murray played pretty well, two receiving touchdowns! Eagles rookie QB Carson Wentz had a great debut and lead the Eagles to a 29-10 win against the Browns. The Chiefs set a franchise record for the biggest comeback in team history against the Chargers, starting out losing by a lot. Cam Newton got a little hurt during Broncos game, he will be back for this upcoming weeks game though. Cowboys rookie QB Dak Prescott had a pretty good debut game, will he stay starter when Tony Romo comes back? Bills cut Rob Gronkowski's younger brother FB Glenn Gronkowski. Ezekiel Elliott had an okay debut game, he says he can do better. The Steelers dominated even with Josh Norman on the Redskins. DeAngelo Williams looked like his old self from his dominate last year with 100+ rushing yards + 2 TD's and Antonio Brown had 2 TD's himself also with a bunch of receiving yards. Adrian Peterson has a terrible game while the Vikings D played amazing. Shaun Hill played pretty well at QB and there is a chance Sam Bradford maybe won't start. Jaguars RB Chris Ivory hospitalized, when will he come back? Drew Brees, Brandin Cooks duo enjoy a great game including a 98 yard touchdown pass to set the Saints franchise record. Your gonna want Brandin Cooks on your fantasy team this year. The Saints other receivers played pretty well too. The Raiders had a great game and won with a risky 2 point conversion. QB Derek Carr, RB Latavius Murray, and receivers Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree all had great games. That is a lot of the news from this week! THANKS FOR READING! I hope your fantasy teams won because my got crushed :(

Week 1 Fantasy Starts and Sits

Hi, FANTASY STARTS AND SITS IS BACK! Last year before the Sunday games every week I would write a post about players who should start and shouldn't start on your fantasy team for the week due to their match-ups or something else. Here are my starts and sits:

STARTS

Christine Michael, RB, Seahawks: People are ready to see Thomas Rawls play again after his season got ended early last season when he got injured. Those people will have to wait. Rawls is still easing into playing again and this week, coach Pete Carroll listed backup RB Christine Michael as the starter. Michael has had a monster pre-season and he is super fast and has shown that he can play GREAT! Against the Dolphins easy defense, Michael should come off your leagues waiver wire onto your starting lineup. He is a great RB-2/FLEX!

DeAngelo Williams, RB, Steelers: Anyone who has DeAngelo Williams should be very excited. Williams was amazing last year when he stepped in for the injured Le'Veon Bell. Now Bell has a 3 game suspension to start off the year and DeAngelo is back at starter. Against an easy Redskins defense, Williams should be able to expose them for many points. Having him and Christine Michael would be great for your team in week 1. Don't just start Williams this week, start him the next 2 weeks. Williams is an RB1/RB2/FLEX.

Tyrod Taylor, QB, Bills: Taylor had a very good season last year. He threw for 20 TD's and only threw 6 interceptions. He also rushed for 4 TD's. Taylor is so good. He is great at throwing the ball and with no. 1 WR Sammy Watkins back in the game, he should be amazing. Against an easy Ravens defense he should be able to steal a lot of points in that game. Not to mention Tyrod also is one of the only good starting rushing QB's, he can run in for touchdowns himself getting himself a lot of points.

Martellus Bennett, TE, Patriots: With Rob Gronkowski out for week 1, Bennett will be the starting tight end and he should haul in a lot of passes. Bennett has a lot of talent and was a great starting tight end on the Bears and now on the Patriots he will even get a lot of targets. Watch out for him, pick him up as your starting tight end for week 1.

OTHER STARTS: DeMarco Murray RB Titans, Blake Bortles QB Jaguars, Eddie Lacy RB Packers, Sammy Watkins WR Bills, Tyler Lockett WR Seahawks.

SITS

Jimmy Garapollo, QB, Patriots: Sure, it may be fun to test out a QB who is young and starting in a talented offense when Brady is gone, but don't test your luck. First of all, Garapollo is against the Cardinals defense, one of the leagues best defenses, second, Patriots best pass catcher Rob Gronkowski is not playing this week. Third, this is Garapollo's first game as a starter which is hard for him. I wouldn't start any of the Patriots offensive players except for maybe RB LeGarrette Blount who could be good.

Arian Foster, RB, Dolphins: Everyone is probably really excited to see Fosters debut as a starter in Miami, but I wouldn't put him in yet. The Dolphins are in Seattle against one of the leagues BEST defenses. Foster will be limited to not many carries and it isn't great for him. Don't start him unless you don't want points.

Jimmy Graham, TE, Seahawks: Since Graham is finally coming back after an injury that he got mid-way through last season, everyone is super excited to finally be able to plug him into their lineups. Graham is good, but don't start him. He is going to play but Coach Pete Carroll never said how much play time he would get, he won't get much is my guess cause he is working on coming back. Plus since he is coming back, he may not be as good as he was as he turned on last year. Give him a few weeks before you put Graham in.

Kirk Cousins, QB, Redskins: Cousins is overrated. Everyone says he is so good and sometimes he is, but this isn't going to be his week. He is playing against the Steelers good defense and his receivers aren't great. DeSean Jackson is sometimes good, Josh Doctson is a rookie, Jamison Crowder can't play great. Cousins does have amazing tight end Jordan Reed but he will be covered up by some good corners. Don't start Cousins this week, he could be a fluke.

OTHER SITS: Matt Forte' RB Jets, Jarvis Landry WR Dolphins, Keenan Allen WR Chargers, Phillip Rivers QB Chargers, Ryan Tannehill QB Dolphins, Carlos Hyde 49ers RB, Thomas Rawls RB Seahawks. THANKS FOR READING!!!

THE NFL SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED

Hi, sorry I haven't posted in awhile, I was away. But the first game of the season was last night and it was this past seasons Super Bowl, rematch!!!! Here is what happened.

Panthers @ Broncos        My Predicted Winner: Broncos     Final Score: Broncos 21, Panthers 20

As you can see this was a VERY CLOSE GAME! It came down to the last few seconds but I will tell you about that later. First lets just say Broncos new starting QB Trevor Siemian played VERY WELL. Siemian threw the ball very well and had a great game. Everyone was happy with his play. Broncos RB C.J. Anderson was the best player of last night. He scored 25 fantasy points in most leagues with 2 touchdowns and lots of carries for many yards. The start of the game had the Panthers scoring on a throw to WR Kelvin Benjamin, Cam Newton looked great. Then the Broncos fullback ran in for a great touchdown to tie the game at 7-7. Then after a long drive, Cam Newton rushed himself into the endzone. 14-7 Panthers. Right before half, Panthers kicker Graham Gano hit a nice field goal to put the score 17-7 Panthers. After half the Broncos made their comeback. Trevor Siemian turned on a completed a bunch of passes, C.J. Anderson scored a TD and the Broncos D started sacking Cam Newton like the Super Bowl. 17-14, still Panthers. Then C.J. ran in for another touchdown to put the Broncos on top at 21-17. After that the Panthers put in a drive that resulted in a field goal, making it a 1 point game. The Broncos turned the ball over and the Panthers got it back with hopes of winning. As the Panthers inched down the field, time ran out. At the Broncos 47 with 9 seconds left, the Panthers brought out kicker Graham Gano to try to make the game winning field goal. BOOM! The ball went way off to the side and had no chance of going in. The Broncos celebrated while the Panthers went 0-1. Their chances of going undefeated already down the drain. What a game! Trevor Siemian and C.J. Anderson played VERY WELL!

OTHER NEWS:
Seahawks RB Christine Michael to take the start against the Dolphins this weekend over Thomas Rawls who has injury risk. Jimmy Graham also to play.
Vikings are starting backup QB Shaun Hill over Sam Bradford week 1 so Bradford has another week to learn all of the teams ways.
Rob Gronkowski not expected to play week 1 v Cardinals

My fantasy week 1 starts and sits will be up soon! NFL IS BACK!!!!!!!

BREAKING NEWS: SAM BRADFORD TRADED TO VIKINGS!

Hi, this past weekend a lot of insane news has happened and I'm here to tell you all about everything. Sorry if this post gets long it's just there is a LOT of crazy news! Here it is:

Sam Bradford: Ever since the Eagles traded up to the 2nd pick in the draft and selected QB Carson Wentz, Sam Bradford has wanted out of philly, this weekend he got his wish. When Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater tore his ACL and was ruled out for the season, the Vikings raced to find a QB. Then they found Sam Bradford. After giving Philly a first round pick and more, Sam Bradford was sent over to Minnesota. Even though Bradford has been a bust his entire NFL career, he could have a career year with the Vikings because their offense is much better than any other he's played with before. With Laquon Treadwell and Stefon Diggs two young emerging receivers, Bradford could be pretty good also with the help of a great o line and Adrian Peterson.

Carson Wentz: Wentz wasn't supposed to start until next year, but then the Bradford deal happened and everything changed quickly. The Eagles were left with super high payed backup QB Chase Daniel and rookie no. 2 overall pick Carson Wentz. Daniel was in line to start but after the weekend, the Eagles staff decided Wentz would get th start. I think Wentz will probably be decent to kind of bad this year because it's his first season of super intense playing. In college he played D-2 so he doesn't really know yet. This will be an interesting thing to see how the no. 2 overall pick from D-2 plays after playing Only 1 pre-season game this year.

Blaine Gabbert: The 49ers have named their starting QB and it's going to be Blaine Gabbert. Gabbert has played okay when he was the starter last year and in the pre-season but nothing to wow anyone. Competition Colin Kaepernick deserved the role. He is still super young and he had one down, injury season and now the team revolves around some crappy guy named Blaine Gabbert, don't forget that Kaepernick took the 49ers to the Super bowl and to an NFC championship game. Don't forget it, Gabbert won't do anything for the Niners and they will probably have another down year.

Other News: Steelers linebacker Bud Dupree is out for the season and put on injured reserve. EX-Titans running back Bishop Sankey goes to the Patriots, Packers pro bowl o lineman Josh Sitton goes to the Bears, Beara cut their franchises leading scorer kicker Rohbie Gould and sign Connor Barth, Vikings cut promising young receiver Morirz Boehringer, Dolphins sign WR Justin Hunter, No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff in line to be 3rd string QB, Cowboys sign Mark Sanchez, Texans cut good receiver Cecil Shorts
