Hi, here is my weekly winners of the week post. Some quick news that the Panthers trade WR Kelvin Benjamin to Bills and the Dolphins trade RB Jay Ajayi to the Eagles. Here it is:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Russell Wilson, QB, Seahawks
Statline: 452 yards, 4 TD, 1 INT passing, 30 rush yards
I don't even know where to start with how good Russ's performance was this week. Wilson had an INSANE INSANE game and he deserves player of the week. With a tough match-up against the Texans on tap, Wilson had a very good game that helped the Seahawks to their monster 41-38 win over the Texans. Wilson made EVERY throw. Well not actually but thats how it seemed. 452 yards is a lot and most of those balls were deep beauties falling right into the hands of either Paul Richardson (6 rec, 105 yards, 2 TDs), Tyler Lockett (6 rec, 121 yards), or Jimmy Graham (4 rec, 39 yards, 2 TDs). And minus Wilson's 30 rush yards, the Hawks would only have 1 rush yard. ONE! That is NOTHING and embarrassing. Also with the Hawks bad o-line, Wilson kept having to run around the pocket but he delivered every through. He spun out of tackles, run for big games, and made beautiful throws. Then Wilson threw what seemed to be the game ending pick right near the end to keep the Texans at a 38-34 lead. Then the Hawks got the ball back and under HUGE pressure with 21 seconds left Wilson strung up a series of beautiful pass plays first to Paul Richardson then a big 20 yard TD pass right to Jimmy Graham to win the game. Under pressure against a great opponent, Wilson had a game to remember. Wilson has won player of the week on my blog!
TEAM OF THE WEEK: Seattle Seahawks (5-2)
Final Score: Seahawks 41, Texans 38
Don't call me bias but the Seahawks are easily my team of the week. Even though the Seahawks happen to be my favorite team, if I wasn't a Hawks fan I genuinely would have picked the Seahawks and Russell Wilson as my team and player of the week. You know I can't be bias because I have the blog where I have to talk about every team fairly. But the Seahawks had a hell of a win. We already know that Russell Wilson had a great game so I don't even have to touch on that because I already explained how well he did. The Seahawks receivers played so well. Week after week Paul Richardson is really starting to look like a viable WR2/3 for the Seahawks who they can rely on every deep throw. The guy makes every catch. Tyler Lockett had an insane game. 120 receiving yards on only 6 catches. Despite trade rumors, Jimmy Graham had a heckuva game. Doug Baldwin's stats don't quite show it but he makes every catch when the Hawks need it. The Seahawks O-line also held up pretty well and they should be SO excited because they just aqquired elite O-lineman Duane Brown right before the trade deadline. He will help. Now lets talk about the Hawks D. While they ended up letting up a lot of points, they also had an insanely good showing. Richard Sherman was tested and got beat a few times but ended up with 2 huge interceptions. One that sealed the game and one that helped. Earl Thomas did get beat by Will Fuller like once but answered with a HUGE pick 6. New signing DE Dwight Freeney even made moves. He had a sack and could have had a forced fumble if the dumb ref didn't accidentally touch the ball. The Seahawks run game minus Russell Wilson only had 1 yard which is unbelievably embarrassing and will need to be worked on but the Hawks entire team played SUPER well and it won them team of the week honors on my blog.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Deshaun Watson, QB, Texans: 402 yards, 4 TDs, 3 INT
DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Texans: 224 yards, 1 TD

BREAKING: Jimmy Garopollo traded to 49ers
Hi, today I am discussing this breaking trade. Here it is:
All hope is not lost for the San Fransisco 49ers who have an 0-8 start to the year. The 49ers have pulled off a blockbuster trade a day before the Tuesday trade deadline. This move all started at the beginning of last season when the Pats QB Tom Brady was suspended 4 games. Backup QB Jimmy Garopollo was made the starter in his absence and lasted a game and a half before getting hurt. In that game and a half, Garopollo looked stunning. He threw beautiful on the mark passes and played like an experienced QB. He was then hurt and replaced with Jacoby Brissett for the remaining 2 games of Brady's suspension. Ever since them, every QB needy team was put on notice. When this years off-season hit, Garopollo was one of the main storylines. Rumors swirled the entire off-season about where he would go. The Bears seemed like the team he was most likely going to be traded to. Then nothing happened. The Pats made it clear that Garopollo was going to be hard to get and so the Pats went into the season keeping Garopollo. Finally it is all said and done and the Pats have traded Garopollo to the QB-needy 49ers for a 2nd round pick. I LOVE this move for the 49ers and hate it for the Patriots. The Niners EASILY got the better deal. Garopollo who looks like a franchise QB is now on the 49ers likely for the long haul. It is his last year on an expiring deal and he will be a free agent this off-season if the 49ers don't re-sign him (they will). The reason I hate this for the Pats is because they needed Jimmy. He was a GREAT option to be Tom Brady's successor. This off-season, teams
were rumored to be offering multiple first round picks for Garopollo and the fact that the Pats only got a 2nd for him is crazy. They could have had so much more I feel like. This move could ruin the Pats future and the 49ers got a steal of a deal. Garopollo looks like the answer for them. The 49ers now seem like a whole new team. When I think of them now I don't think of total failures, I think of a strong QB Jimmy G who can lead them for years to come. I love the fit in San Fransisco. Jimmy is paired with an AMAZING coach Kyle Shannahan who works SO well with QBs. He was the secret behind Matt Ryan's unbelievable MVP season last year before he became the 49ers coach. I can't wait to see how these 2 will pair. Then there is the fact that even though the Niners don't have the greatest receiving corps, Garopollo seems like the type of player who could make it work. Pierre Garcon will be his favorite target. The Niners o-line is spotty but I think Jimmy is talented enough to make plays with it. Garopollo will be the 49ers long term answer. This is a dream pairing between him and QB friendly head coach Kyle Shannahan and the Patriots made a deal that the franchise will deeply regret in 2 years when Tom Brady is 43 and can barely throw the ball 30 yards. A+ trade grade for the 49ers!

Winners of the Week, Week 7
Hi, here is my winners of the week post. Some quick news that the Dolphins release CB Byron Maxwell:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Eddie Jackson, S, Bears
Statline: 1 fumble recovery for a 75 TD, 1 INT for a 75 yard TD:
Eddie Jackson is a player I don't think I've ever talked about on my blog. I don't think I even knew who he was before this week. I don't think you guys did either. Now he's sitting at the top of the week as he wins player of the week for my blog. Jackson, a rookie safety drafted by the Bears in the 4th round of this years draft, won the starting S job earlier this year. Now it's looking like a pretty good decision for the Bears. Jackson set an NFL record. The first player in NFL HISTORY to have two 75+ yard touchdowns on defense in a single game. Thats a crazy record to own as a rookie that no one knew about until now. Jackson's first touchdown came from a fumble near the Bears own end zone. It was a pass to Curtis Samuel, Samuel bobbled it and then dropped it. A bunch of Bears went
to the ground and the ball eventually came out to the open. Jackson scooped it up and dodged a tackle. Then he ran and ran and ran 75 yards to score the first touchdown of the game. Later on in the game, Cam Newton passed the ball to Kelvin Benjamin, a Bears player hit it up and Jackson went running and grabbed the interception out of the air and sped to the endzone. 76 yards. TOUCHDOWN and an NFL record. Jackson scored the only touchdowns of that game. Crazy enough that they were both defensive touchdowns but even crazier that they both went for 75+ yards. Jackson has a new NFL record and he is the first defensive player this year to win my blogs player of the week! What a game for Jackson!
TEAM OF THE WEEK: Oakland Raiders (3-4)
Final Score: Raiders 31, Chiefs 30
While their record isn't great, their last game was. The Raiders who would be completely out likely if they had lost this one made a huge upset over a great Chiefs team. The Raiders had a huge win. It started with Amari Cooper. Cooper had an insane, player of the week nominee performance. Derek Carr had a great game also. He threw for a nice game. The run game was an issue as Marshawn Lynch got ejected and suspended. The defense played alright. They gave up some big plays in this high scoring affair to Alex Smith but they did what they had to do. What it came down to was a two minute drill that Derek Carr is just so good at. With :00 seconds left on the clock, the Raiders had one free play. If they didn't score a TD they would lose. Derek Carr got the ball and rolled out and then threw a short pass to Michael Crabtree who made it into the endzone! TOUCHDOWN Raiders, they won the game. The Raiders needed the win badly and now look like themselves again and have a chance again to make the postseason. Great game for the Raiders!
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Amari Cooper, WR, Raiders: 11 rec, 210 rec yards, 2 TDs
Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys: 26 atps, 147 rush yards, 2 TDs, 72 rec yards, 1 TD
Carson Wentz, QB, Eagles: 268 pass yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT
Dak Prescott, QB, Cowboys: 234 yards, 4 TD
Paul Richardson, WR, Seahawks: 61 yards, 1 TD
TEAM OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:

Hi, I haven't done many fantasy posts this year but with most fantasy trade deadlines coming soon in leagues, here is my buys and sells. A buy is someone you should trade FOR and a sell is someone you should TRADE AWAY. Here it is:
BUY: Adrian Peterson, RB, Cardinals:
After just one stellar week in Arizona, Peterson is easily a buy. He will get starting snaps for at least the next 5 weeks until David Johnson comes back. Since he's only played one week, there is a chance he is on your league waiver wire but he also may not be too hard to trade for. If you are needing a high quality RB2/FLEX/RB1 make sure to buy Peterson while you still can for little value.
SELL: Jerick McKinnon, RB, Vikings:
I know that McKinnon has been very good these last few weeks, but he isn't an elite RB or anything and so I personally don't expect it to last and I think you should sell him before he doesn't play well. Since he's had 2 good weeks the last 2 weeks, he is at tip-top value and you should trade him now for someone really good before his value goes down.
BUY: Chris Hogan, WR, Patriots:
Hogan has been really good and really productive in fantasy this year but coming off his first bad week in a few weeks, Hogan's value is actually pretty low right now. If you are in need of a high quality WR2/FLEX Hogan is a great buy. You may be able to get him for a bench player or possibly a low end starter. Hogan was bad last week but I expect him to get back on track with his good fantasy season and he is a buy.
BUY: Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints:
Kamara is becoming a great play in fantasy if you want 8-10 points every week. He may be still on your waiver wire and if he is pick him up right away, he is way to good to be on the waiver wire. If not, he's probably on the bench on someones team in your league. Since he isn't totally the Saints starting RB, people in your league may not really know him and be willing to give him up for not much. Kamara averages around 8-10 points a game, thats really nice for a flex or something. BUY into Kamara right away.
SELL: Amari Cooper, WR, Raiders:
Cooper has been up and down this year, mostly down but coming off a great Thursday night football performance, Cooper's value has risen a lot. While Cooper had a really good game, I don't expect it to last but what I expect is for someone in your league to barely check his stats and just see the name Amari Cooper and think "oh, I know him, he's a great receiver" and they will be intrigued to accept your trade for a pretty good player because they know Cooper. Cooper could be sold pretty high and I think you should trade him asap.
BUY: Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs:
Hill has had a really funny pattern this year that seems to keep repeating. Thus far, Hill has a great 10+ point performance, then has a down week, then has a 10+ point week, then down week. It has happened these first 7 games. Even though if the pattern continues, Hill will be off next week, patterns are rare like that to last in fantasy football and Hill has been a really consistently good receiver this year. Someone may be selling him for low and you should buy into him.
SELL: Jordy Nelson, WR, Packers:
With star QB Aaron Rodgers out for the season with a broken collarbone, Nelson is at risk. He has no chemistry with QB Brett Hundley and so who knows what he will do the rest of the young season. Nelson has been pretty good up until this point and lots of people in your league probably know that Nelson is an elite receiver but might not realize that with Rodgers out, Nelson will probably be worse. You can probably sell him for someone really good and it could be a huge steal of a trade for you.
BUY: Russell Wilson, QB, Seahawks:
Wilson is coming off a bad fantasy week but before that Wilson was pretty consistently good and so you should trade for Wilson if you need a QB. Wilson has looked insanely good this season. He has been scrambling super well and delivering beautiful passes. Wilson is going to keep heating up as he always does as we really get into the season. Buy Wilson while he is easy to get.
SELL: Rob Gronkowski, TE, Patriots:
I know Gronk is coming off a really good week but you need to sell him. Gronk is a fantasy big name coming off a 20 point week which means that everyone really wants him in your league. What you should do is sell him high for a bigger position of need because even though he is good, he has a horrible injury history and keeps being put out for little bits of time at a time. Gronk will be good when he is in but since he is hurt so much you can just sell him high for a position of need.
BUY: Cameron Brate, TE, Buccaneers:
The Bucs tight end is not someone we may all know which makes him a better buy but Brate has been playing really well for a tight end these last few weeks. He has 4 TDs already this season and they've all come from the last 4 games, 1 TD in all of them. Brate is averaging about 10 fantasy points a game which insanely good for a tight end. There is a small chance that Brate is still on your league waiver wire but if he isn't, it might not be too hard to get him despite his recent success because no one really knows who he is.
RISKY BUY: Brett Hundley, QB, Packers:
I'm going to have one risky buy in this post and that is the new Packer starting QB Brett Hundley. When Aaron Rodgers went down with an injury, Hundley is now the new starter. I think you should only buy into him if you have an open roster spot because who knows how he will do. He looks pretty decent so he could be pretty good with the Packers good offense but he also could be a complete bust at QB. I thought it was worth just mentioning Hundley.
Thanks for reading, I hope this helps your fantasy team.

Top 10 MVP Candidates Week 6
Hi, here is my MVP candidates ranking post that I do every 2 weeks. Next to players names I will write if they moved up + or moved down - how many spots. I will write N/A if they weren't on the list last time. Here it is:
(This post was made before this weeks Thursday night Raiders Vs. Chiefs game)
1. Tom Brady, QB, Patriots: +4
Statline: 1959 passing yards, 13 TD, 2 INT
Even though the Patriots are having a slow start to the season, Brady isn't. Brady looks like a top MVP candidate once again. He leads the NFL in passing yards with already practically 2000. He's already thrown a nice 13 TDs to only 2 INTS. He looks like the normal good old Brady and could have a chance at winning yet ANOTHER MVP this season.
2. Deshaun Watson, QB, Texans: N/A
Statline: 1297 passing yards, 15 TDs, 5 INTS
In the last 2 weeks, Watson has gone from a non-candidate to a top candidate. The rookie QB as we all know has had a surprising amazing start to the season. While the Texans are only 3-3 and in a 3-way tie for the top of their division, Watson is standing out. The Texans have become Watson's team the title that defensive stud J.J. Watt used to hold. While his stats don't seem amazing, he has been on another level this season. 2 weeks in a row he had 5 total TDs. 4 TDs and a rushing TD and the week after FIVE passing TDs in a single game! Watson is the front runner to win rookie of the year but the rookie could take home even bigger better honors if he keeps playing like a veteran QB.
3. Kareem Hunt, RB, Chiefs: -2
Statline: 630 rush yards, 4 TDs, 255 receiving yards, 2 receiving TDs
While Hunt's stats don't look MONSTER, they are. In just 6 weeks, Hunt has become a rookie phenom who carried the Chiefs to their great 5-1 start that leads the AFC. Hunt already has rushed for 630 yards in just 6 games which puts him on pace to get around 1500 yards or even more. He looks like one of the next elite RBs for the next decade. Hunt is off to a monster start and has a good shot at MVP!
4. Alex Smith, QB, Chiefs: -2
Statline: 1637 passing yards, 12 TDs, 0 INT
Smith is having the best year of his career surprisingly as the Chiefs made a massive trade to pick QB Patrick Mahomes in the first round so he could replace Smith who seemed to be slowing down. Smith has become a QB1 elite this year. He has already thrown for 1600 yards less than halfway through the season. If he keeps on pace it will be the best year of his career passing yard wise. Smith also has 12 TDs already which is really good and don't forget that Smith hasn't thrown a single interception yet this season. Smith is playign out of his mind this year and actually has a shot at MVP.
5. Leonard Fournette, RB, Jaguars: N/A
Statline: 596 rush yards, 6 rush TDs, 136 receiving yards, 1 receiving TD
This is the year of the rookie RB. We've seen Kareem Hunt, Fournette, Chris Carson, and Dalvin Cook all look like legit elite RBs for years to come. Fournette has looked like a monster RB the Jags have always needed. Fournette has looked like an actual nightmare for opposing defenses. He's already ran for 596 which puts him on pace for over 1300 yards in just his rookie season. He's already run for a whopping 6 TDs which puts him on pace for over 14 TDs. He looks like he has a shot at MVP even though its not likely he passes fellow rook RB Kareem Hunt in MVP race he still looks amazing! Fournette has a nice shot at this.
6. Antonio Brown, WR, Steelers: N/A
Statline: 700 receiving yards, 2 TDs
Despite Big Ben looking bad this year, Brown looks really really good. He somehow as a receiver already has 700 yards within only 6 weeks. If he keeps on this insane WR tear, he could be in for a historic season. Brown looks better than ever and for the first time that I can say without hesitating that Brown IS the best receiver in the league right now!
7. Todd Gurley, RB, Rams: -3
Statline: 521 rush yards, 4 TDs, 245 receiving yards, 3 receiving TDs
Gurley IS back from his down year last year. The former rookie of the year has had a great start to this years campaign and looks like an elite RB again. Gurley has already ran for a great 520 rush yards which puts him on pace for over 1000 rush yards. He also has whopping receiving stats that total up to 245 receiving yards and 3 receiving TDs. He looks really great this year and has a good shot at MVP.
8. Carson Wentz, QB, Eagles: +1
Statline: 1584 pass yards, 13 TD, 3 INT
Wentz is only 2 years into the league but already seems like he's been in the league for ages. Wentz is playing like a top tier QB. He has lead his Eagles team to a 5-1 start, the best record in the NFC and leads a top division. Wentz has already thrown for 1500 yards and 13 TDs with only 3 INTs just 6 weeks in. A QB this young putting such great numbers is rare and Wentz is looking GREAT!
9. Chris Hogan, WR, Patriots: N/A
Statline: 307 receiving yards, 5 receiving TDs
Sure, Hogan's stats aren't amazing but if you have him in fantasy or have watched in a real game, you would actually see how important he is to the Patriots and how beastly he has been playing lately. The former lacrosse player that switched to WR is having the best season of his career. Already only 6 games into the year, Hogan has a nice 300 receiving yards and a great 5 TDs. Hogan has been really important for the Pats and he is a huge longshot to win MVP but I feel like I should mention him.
10. Demarcus Lawrence, DE, Cowboys: (10 last time)
Statline: 8.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 24 combined tackles
Lawrence was 10 on the list last time and I still think he is no. 1 in the defensive player of the year race but he has slowed down a little since 2 weeks ago. Still leading the league in sacks but only by .5 sacks, Lawrence at the very beginning of the year had an insane start getting a bunch of sacks really really fast. Lawrence again still leads the league in sacks and I expect him to finish the year with a lot of sacks. He also has 2 forced fumbles and 24 combined tackles. Pretty good. Lawrence will likely be the DPOY but a longshot for MVP!
Just Missed the List: Le'Veon Bell RB Steelers, Calais Campbell DE Jaguars

Winners of the Week, Week 6
Hi, here is my weekly winners of the week post. Some quick news that the Raiders sign LB NaVorro Bowman and the Jags sign K Josh Lambo and cut K Jason Meyers. Here it is:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Adrian Peterson, RB, Cardinals
Statline: 134 rush yards, 2 TDs
Just last week, who would have known that Peterson would have done ANYTHING good at all this season when he was still a member of the Saints, now just a week later, he is player of the week for my blog. Peterson was signed by the Saints this off-season but the fit clearly wasn't working so this past week Peterson was traded to the RB-needy Cardinals for next to nothing. Peterson was only on the team for a few days before being thrust into the starting job in his very first Cardinals game. Peterson had an insane game. He ran for 134 rush yards which was 50 more yards than he had rushed for the ENTIRE season in just one game. Peterson also scored a nice TWO touchdowns. One on the opening drive and one later on to keep their big upset rolling. When Peterson last played on the Vikings, it was the very beginning of last season. He was bad for the 3 game he played last year before his season ending injury. The year before that though in 2015, Peterson was a top RB. What I'm saying is Peterson hasn't had a game this good since 2015. This off-season the reason it took him so long to get signed was because he was a 32 year old RB who always got hurt and couldn't play well anymore. It really looked like that when he was on the Saints but now Peterson in just his first game on the Cards looks like he still "has it"! A.P. all day is back and I'm really excited to see what else he can do. What a debut game he had and it won him my blogs player of the week! What will he do next?
TEAM OF THE WEEK: New York Giants (1-5)
Final Score: Giants 23, Broncos 10
The Giants a week ago looked completely hopeless, a week later, the Giants look like the Giants of last year. The Giants came into the week at 0-5, one of the only teams without a win left. The Giants had lost star receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall and their D was not playing well. QB Eli Manning looked really old and bad. Looming was a tough match-up against the Broncos who seem like a really strong team. Then the game came and the Giants some how pulled off the upset and looked good while doing it! Eli Manning looked good. The Giants used TE Evan Engram as their feature pass catcher and it WORKED! Janoris Jenkins had a pick 6 and the rest of the Giants D did their job to take a huge win over the elite Broncos. Some say that this upset was a top 5 win in Eli Manning's legendary career. The Giants have another really tough match-up on tap coming this next week against the Seahawks but they hope they can expose their road weakness and take the win. The Giants looked really good in their upset over the Broncos and it won them TEAM OF THE WEEK on my blog!
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Le'Veon Bell, RB, Steelers: 179 yards, 1 TD
Deshaun Watson, QB, Texans: 225 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT
Evan Engram, TE, Giants: 82 yards, 1 TD
Antonio Brown, WR, Steelers: 155 yards, 1 TD
Jay Ajayi, RB, Dolphins: 130 rush yards
TEAM OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
New Orleans Saints (3-2)
Philiedelphia Eagles (5-1)
Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2)
Los Angeles Rams (4-2)
Miami Dolphins (3-2)
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Winner List: Week 1 Kareem Hunt RB Chiefs, Week 2 Tom Brady QB Patriots, Week 3 Odell Beckham Jr. WR Giants, Weeks 4 & 5 Deshaun Watson QB Texans, Week 6 Adrian Peterson RB Cardinals
TEAM OF THE WEEK Winner List: Week 1 Chiefs, Week 2 Broncos, Week 3 Redskins, Weeks 4 & 5 Seahawks, Week 6 Giants

Winners of the Week, Week 5
Hi, here is my winners of the week for week 5. Some quick news that the Browns have named Kevin Hogan their starting QB for the week. Here it is:
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Deshaun Watson, QB, Texans
Statline: 261 yards, 5 TDs passing
For the 2nd week in a row Deshaun Watson is my blogs player of the week! After an amazing performance last week against the Titans, I didn't know there was anyway for Watson to play much better...well he did it. Watson threw for 4 TDs and ran for 1 TD last week, this week he threw for 5 TDs! FIVE! FIVE! FIVE! That is an INSANE amount for a QB, especially a rookie. Watson has been nothing short of unbelievable these last few weeks. As a rookie Watson has been doing things we expect a veteran or Tom Brady to do. Watson is already doing it all! He can pass, he can run. He makes great throws and great decisions. This is DESHAUN WATSON's TEAM NOW! I hope the Texans can make a playoff apperance because we know Watson somehow does even better on a bigger stage. Watson is second in the league in passing TDs. Only behind the great Aaron Rodgers. Watson is having a great year and has found his way into the MVP race and also may be edging Kareem Hunt for the rookie of the year favorite. Lets see what Watson can do next week against the BROWNS! It should be a monster game for him.
TEAM OF THE WEEK: Seattle Seahawks (3-2)
Final Score: Seahawks 16, Colts 10
This is crazy. Not only is this the second week in a row that the Hawks have won team of the week but with Deshaun Watson winning player of the week for the second week in a row, we have the same 2 winners from last week! CRAZY! Anyway the Seahawks pulled off a MAJOR win against the Rams who had been on a roll. The game started out VERY slow for the Hawks as it started with a 10-0 Rams lead but then the Hawks picked it up. Their D was playing on fire. Limiting Jared Goff, Sammy Watkins, and Todd Gurley. The team ended the day with 2 interceptions and 2 fumble recoveries. DE Sheldon Richardson had 1 interception and one fumble recovery. He had quite a day. The game got very intense in the end as the Hawks were only up by 6 when with about 20 seconds the Rams had the ball at their own 15. Luckily for the Hawks, with great defense and a lucky wide open drop in the endzone by rookie WR Cooper Kupp, the Hawks won on the final play of the game and took the division back. This would have been bad for the Hawks playoff positioning if they had lost this game but the team played well with each other and took home a huge win.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Myles Garrett, DE, Browns: 2 sacks in debut game
Carson Wentz, QB, Eagles: 304 yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT
Sheldon Richardson, DE, Seahawks: 1 INT, 1 fumble recovery
Dak Prescott, QB, Cowboys: 251 yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT
Leonard Fournette, RB, Jaguars: 181 yards, 2 TDs
TEAM OF THE WEEK Honorable Mentions:
Carolina Panthers (4-1)
Kansas City Chiefs (5-0)
Philledelphia Eagles (4-1)
Green Bay Packers (4-1)
Jacksonville Jaguars (3-2)
PLAYER OF THE WEEK Winner List: Week 1 Kareem Hunt RB Chiefs, Week 2 Tom Brady QB Patriots, Week 3 Odell Beckham Jr. WR Giants, Week 4 Deshaun Watson QB Texans, Week 5 Deshaun Watson QB Texans

Adrian Peterson traded to Arizona!! + News!
Hi, today I'm going to be talking about some big storylines that have happened recently. Here it is:
ADRIAN PETERSON TRADED TO THE CARDINALS:
After a weird couple months in New Orleans, the former MVP running back Adrian Peterson has been traded to the Cardinals. The Cards traded a conditional draft pick for the future hall of fame running back. Lets start out with last season. After a great 2015, everyone was hyped for Peterson's next season but in just I think it was 3 weeks, Peterson suffered a season ending injury. After the season, the Vikings let A.P. walk. Throughout the first month of free agency, all the big name free agents got signed and Peterson for some reason stayed on the market. The Seahawks, Giants, Cowboys, Patriots, Buccaneers, Packers, and more teams were rumored to sign him but all passed. Then out of nowhere, the Saints signed the RB to a 2 year deal. We knew it was going to be a little weird as the Saints not only are a pass happy team but they already had an established starter in Mark Ingram and a promising rookie Alvin Kamara. When the season started, the Saints turned to Ingram and Kamara as their feature backs, AP didn't do much. Thats how it happened. Throughout the first 5 weeks Peterson had done barely anything but just make an awkward scene on the bench. Trade rumors began flying. Some about the Giants. Then AP was actually traded to the CARDINALS! What a move! The Cards are NOT an RB needy team but offensive STAR David Johnson got injured in week 1 and won't be back until the end of the season and the Cards backup RB's have done a bad job and turned the Cards rushing offense into one of the worst in the league. Now the Cards have Peterson! I'm very very excited to watch this! Peterson may not assume the full starting job in his Arizona debut because he still has to learn the plays but in 2 weeks, AP will be the Cards starting RB. Carson Palmer needs some pressure taken off of him and this could be perfect. I'm excited to see if as a starter once again, if AP still "has it". Also when David Johnson comes back it will be fun to watch a David Johnson Adrian Peterson one-two punch. This is a low risk high reward bet for the Cards as they barely gave up anything to secure the services of the former MVP RB.
Giants start 0-5??! Outcome Predictions:
Who would have thought that one of the 0-5 teams to start out the year would be the once thought of as Super Bowl contending Giants? Now 5 weeks in, Eli Manning looks old, the o-line isn't working, there is no run game, Odell Beckham AND Brandon Marshall are out for the year, the D is falling apart, and coach of the year candidate from last year Ben McAdoo looks like he could be fired. Wow! That's a lot that went wrong. Lets look into the Giants schedule throughout the rest of the year. Denver and Seattle are their next 2 match-ups, 2 elite teams. Thats 2 L's right there. That could make their week 8 BYE VERY VERY uncomfortable and there is a possibility of coach McAdoo going out the window right then and there. The signing of Colin Kapernick could also be a possibility if Manning can't play well. After the BYE, they have a tough game against the suddenly contending Rams who will likely give them another lost. An 0-16 year won't be happening though as they play the hopeless 49ers after that week. They get their first win of the year RIGHT THERE! The rest of their season is up against tough teams but they play the Redskins twice in those games and I think they will win one of those matches and end the season 2-14. That could put them in the first or 2nd overall pick pool. If they get pick 1 or 2, they will likely start off by either taking a QB like UCLA QB Josh Rosen, USC QB Sam Darnold, or someone else. Another pick that could be great for the team that early is if they pick Heisman favorite RB Saquon Barkley who is exceeding expectations at Penn State that were already so high. The Giants will end the year 2-14, take a QB or Saquon Barkley, fire coach Ben McAdoo and get a fresh start. The Giants will have a mini rebuild this off-season but if they make the right moves, could be contenders once again after this season which will be a long one for the Giants.
Myles Garrett TWO Sacks in his debut:
While the Browns have started 0-5 for the second season in a row, it looks like they may have finally made a good pick. First overall pick DE Myles Garrett made his NFL debut this past Sunday and it was a memorable one! In his very first game, Garrett headlined with 2 sacks! That is amazing especially for your first game ever. This is a good sign too. Remember when the reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year Joey Bosa missed the first four games for a contract holdout then had 2 sacks in his debut? Again, he went on to win Defensive Rookie of the Year. Could a DROY be coming Garrett's way? I can see it. He was the first pick in the draft for a reason. Garrett looks like one of the first times in recent memory that the Browns made a great draft pick!

Top 10 MVP Candidates Week 4 Edition
Hi, today I am doing something that I will do every 4 weeks, my MVP ranking candidates. I will make a new MVP candidate ranks sheet 4 times this year, here is the first. Some quick news that the Chargers sign K Nick Novak and release K Younghoe Koo. Here it is:
1. Kareem Hunt, RB, Chiefs:
Who would have thought 4 weeks into the season that a 3rd round pick rookie RB would be leading the MVP race? Well it happened. Kareem Hunt has been amazing throughout the first quarter of the season. Hunt already has 502 rush yards, 4 rush TDs along with 157 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. Hunt already has 6 total TDs and 659 all purpose yards. A great start! Hunt is on pace for a 2000 yard season and 16 TDs if he stays on pace. That are MVP stats.
2. Alex Smith, QB, Chiefs:
Who else would have thought a man thought to be on his way out even enough for his team to pick another QB in the first round to be a top leading MVP candidate? Well it happened. Alex Smith has proved everyone wrong so far and is playing like a stud elite QB who may be on top for the MVP race. He's already thrown for a little over 1000 yards and 8 TDs. Did I forget to mention Smith can run very well too? He's rushed for a decent 89 yards and a TD but his good rushing attack adds an element of surprise to his game. Smith is on pace to have the best season of his career, 4000 yards and 32 TDs again if he keeps on pace.
3. Todd Gurley, RB, Rams:
Not only a candidate for MVP but a big candidate for comeback player of the year, Gurley IS having a comeback season. After winning rookie of the year in 2015, Gurley's second season was a major bust. The Rams O-line played terrible and Gurley or the Rams offense couldn't get anything going, now Gurley leads a contending Rams team and may win MVP. Gurley is having the best season of his career so far. He's run for 350+ yards and 4 TDs. He's also received 230 yards and 3 TDs. What a great start to his season. The Rams look like early predictions to win their division possibly even over the Seahawks and Gurley is very responsible.
4. Russell Wilson, QB, Seahawks:
The Seahawks haven't looked great but Russell Wilson has. Despite having the worst O-line in the league, Wilson has been playing like a QB with a great line. Wilson has an amazing ability to throw amazing passes on the run. His running ability makes him elite as he can pick up huge runs while pump faking to really mess with a team. Wilson can pass very well, run very well, and pass on the run REALLY well. He's already thrown for a little over 1000 yards and 7 TDs. He's ran for 138 yards and a TD to add on. Wilson looks like an AMAZING, possibly the best dual threat QB in the league and could win MVP.
5. Tom Brady, QB, Patriots:
While the Patriots don't look quite the same or quite as good this year, Tom Brady looks as good as usual. Brady has played very well this season other than his garbage week 1 performance. In week 2 he was my blogs player of the week, throwing for 400+ yards. Somehow he's already thrown for an insane 1400 yards in just 4 games and 10 TDs. His stats are amazing for only 4 weeks in. Brady is familiar to this list and could easy win MVP this year.
6. Matthew Stafford, QB, Lions:
I feel like I say this every year at the start of the year but the Lions are in position to win the division over the Packers and QB Matthew Stafford is leading the team. Stafford is having another MVP level start to a season as he for the 2nd straight year has an early chance to win. 887 yards and 7 TDs already while leading the Lions to a great 3-1 start almost single-handedly. The Lions seem to be on a hot streak and I'm excited to see if Stafford, the highest paid player in NFL history can lead them and possibly win MVP.
7. Aaron Rodgers, QB, Packers:
Some people have Rodgers at spot no. 1 on their MVP rankings, not me though, but I do think Rodgers has a good shot. He's already thrown for 1,100 yards and 10 touchdowns, thats really good. Rodgers has so far lead the Packers to a good 3-1 start and is tied for top of their division with Matthew Stafford's Lions. Rodgers looks like he is in another season with another great shot at MVP.
8. Jared Goff, QB, Rams:
After having a HUGE bust rookie year after being the 1st overall pick in the draft, Goff looks like the player the Rams expected last year and has a shot at MVP. With the revamped coaching staff and a whole offseason to prepare, Goff learned a lot and has started the season off with a BANG! He's already thrown for 1072 yards and 7 TDs. He is only 10 yards short of the amount of yardage he threw for in 8 games last season. He has already passed his TD amount with 7 instead of a measly 5 from last year. Goff has had a huge turnaround and has made the Rams a contender this season, they beat the Cowboys last week and are winning their division with a great record of 3-1. Goff could win MVP in a turnaround year!
9. Carson Wentz, QB, Eagles:
Wentz played better than everyone expected in year 1 and so far in year 2, he is playing even better. Wentz is starting to seriously look like an elite player and the Eagles franchise QB. The 2nd overall pick from last year has already thrown for 1058 yards and 6 TDs while leading the Eagles to a 3-1 start and early favorites to win a powerhouse division. All of the sudden the Eagles are playoff contenders and Carson Wentz is an MVP candidate. What a difference a year can make.
10. Demarcus Lawrence, DE, Cowboys:
In only 4 games, somehow Lawrence already has 7.5 sacks. ONLY 4 GAMES! Thats crazy! Lawrence who was a 2nd round pick in 2014 had 2 slump years but this year seems to be his breakout. He leads in the NFL in sacks with 7.5 in only 4 weeks and if he keeps pace, he will break the Cowboys all-time single season sack record and the entire NFL season sack record. 7.5 sacks in only 4 games, Lawrence has a small chance at MVP but is currently leading the race for Defensive Player of the Year!
