Hi, today I have some fun news to talk about. Here it is:
Logan Thomas, TE, Bills:
Could this be the start to something big? Former QB Logan Thomas has converted to tight end. The last time we saw a QB change positions was this past year when Terrelle Pryor changed into a WR. It worked out. Pryor became an ELITE receiver and had an 1000 yard season. Could we see Logan Thomas do this too. The former Cardinals QB was signed by the Bills and he has recently announced his switch at positions. The 6'6, 250 pound player looks like his physical traits are good enough for him to play the big bodied tight end position. The question is can Thomas catch balls. No one obviously really has seen if he has skills but if he can catch, I can see this turning into another

Thomas as a QB |
Terrelle Pryor situation. If he can work his way onto the Bills 53 man roster by the end of training camp maybe he can even work his way into a rotation where he will play some. He may end up being the target Tyrod Taylor needs. Thomas had 1 career completion on the Cardinals but what a play it was. He threw the ball into a tight zone where 2 defenders were, somehow Andre Ellington made the grab and broke away for an 81 yard TD. I think that Logan Thomas may have a chance. The Bills need help at pass catching spots and with the recent sucssess of players switching positions, maybe the Bills will try to make Thomas play some. With Terrelle Pryor he also wasn't supposed to even make the roster but he went through the pre-season and ended up the no. 1 receiver on the team. Maybe the same thing can happen with Thomas. Things may be easier for Thomas to fit in as the whole team is learning a new offensive playbook already so that will also give Thomas a legit chance to learn and compete with the other players. This could be an exciting move and we will see what comes of this!
